Loft Olite

+ Not bad, but overpriced, 120 eur per night is too much. The kitchen is very well equipped. Enough space for 2 adults and a teen. The location is good, Olite is very small, so it is good to be not in the center. Free parking is on the same street.

− Not cozy due to the type of the apartment, it's loft, but not cozy loft. Not comfortable divan on the first floor, very tiny bathroom.

+ Suscribo todo los Bewertungen anteriores, poco que añadir a lo positivo de este Unterkunft (céntrico y reformado, son los pluses).

− El espacio es muy mejorable, no se trata de un dormitorio como tal, la parte de abajo está bien, pero la parte de arriba es como si fuera una litera o un altillo donde guardar cosas. Nuestra hija mide 1,43cm y tenía que agachar su cabeza para no golpearse. Además de que la barandilla no llegaba ni a la rodilla. El precio debería ser inferior a 100€ para compensar las carencias. En definitiva, no se puede considerar que sea un Unterkunft para 3 personas

Si tienes problemas de espalda, busca otro Unterkunft.

+ Todo lo referente a la cocina es bastante nuevo

− Para acceder a la cama hay que subir por una escalera que finaliza con un resaltó en el techo con el que es fácil golpearse. El espacio donde se ubica la cama, la altura al techo no creo que supere el metro y medio. El sofá cama no es tal, es un sofá cheslong con partes extensibles y una almohada extrafina, circunstancias que hacen difícil el descanso y la comodidad. Un pequeño rollo de papel higiénico para tres personas. La verdad, una habitación de hotel con tres camas hubiera sido la mejor opción.

+ Location was great. Kitchen had dishwasher, washing maching etc., so very well equipped. Nice big seating area and dining corner.

− Curtains needed as whole of entrance is glass and the light disrupts one's sleep. There is only one tiny window at the entrance that's supposed to air the entire studio. The aircon/heater is directly over the entrance and the heat didn't reach the seating area so it was freezing. There is no bedroom !!!!! The bed is on the floor of a mezzanine with very steep stairs. You have to literally crawl into the space as the distance between the floor of the mezzanine and the roof is about 1.3 metres - so under 5ft. The banisters across the space is so low that you could easily fall off - totally hazerdous for children. Unfortunately, the fridge still had crusty remains of old milk, and when you sit on the toilet your knees bash into the radiator plus the toothbrush mug was full of different remnants of toothpastes. All in all, disasterous and for 120 Euros for one night. This apartment should not be classified as an apartment as the sleeping facilities and conditions were appalling and cannot be classified as an adequate sleeping area
