幸福星空時尚旅館 ★★★

Kategorien

• Limpieza6,2

Multiple guests reported cleanliness issues: urine smell in bathroom, mold in bathroom, sticky floors, stains on blankets, occasional insect (cockroach) sightings and lingering odors in elevators/rooms. Cleanliness is noticeably below expectation.

• Servicio9,0

Service repeatedly described as friendly and helpful (front desk assisted with breakfast-card use and local directions). Staff responsiveness (refund provided when AC failed) and helpfulness with local info are strong positives.

• Ubicación9,0

Location is a clear strength: directly opposite/very close to the train station, within ~7–10 minutes walk to the night market, convenient shopping and transport; many guests praised the excellent location.

• Habitaciones7,8

Rooms are frequently described as spacious with large windows and good views, strong shower water pressure and fast hot water, but there are recurring issues: soft pillows, old towels, occasional odors in room/AC, noisy corridors/doors and some broken fixtures (shower head, hair dryer overheating).

• Instalaciones8,6

Amenities include free/discounted parking, breakfast vouchers with partner shops, game room for children and bathtubs in some rooms. However some amenities had problems (game area under repair, limited power outlets, elevator access unsecured, occasional partner shop closed).

• Relación calidad-precio8,5

Many guests noted high cost-performance (CP值) and that the hotel is a budget-friendly, good-value choice given its location and room size; a few compensated refunds were given when problems occurred.

• Comida y bebida7,6

Breakfast is offered via vouchers at partner shops (not an in-hotel buffet). Several guests experienced issues: advertised breakfast confusion (not provided on-site), partner shops sometimes closed, and occasional lack of provided toiletries during stay.

• Experiencia general8,9

Overall impressions are positive: many recommend the hotel for its convenience, room size and value despite cleanliness and occasional facility issues. Overall stays tended to be satisfactory to very good.
