+ Nice stay. Easy to find and self Service.

+ Very friendly staff. Great location. Comfy rooms!!

+ Bed and towels clean and comfortable. Smell of sewage coming from bathroom area made the experience worse. E-Mailed the property for them to address and they didn’t respond.

+ I had a great stay at the numa Madrid. The room was quiet and the bed quite comfortable. I have no complaints at all. 5 minute walk to the Thyssen; 10 minute walk to the Prado; -5 minute walk to the Reina Sofia. Perfect for an art lover. I recommend, however, an iron and board for those among us who appreciate being neat.

+ The rooms need to be sound proof. The provision of essentials & option for laundry were complimentary and the apartment is generally in close proximity to transportation & attractions.

+ Clean well-appointed room. Communal kitchen was great! Cool music and vibes in the common area.

+ The location is the best but the room is very small, no real place for suitcase. The shared lobby is excellent where you can have access to a kitchen and fridge. There is even a public laundry machine. There are free lockers you can leave your luggage’s until 8pm the day you check out. All self service. Easy.

+ Location near museums, restaurants and nice building and clean rooms. Did not like not being able to speak with a human. Did not seem to be maintenance available on call. The Housekeeper, Emy was wonderful and very helpful. The common areas and rooms were very clean.

+ This is by far the worst hotel I have been in Europe. I am familiar with compact rooms hotels, and I have seen a lot done in a small space, but this hotel has the worst design/execution. It was depressing, and it felt like a prison cell. The room is very small, the furniture is cheap and flimsy, the restroom is tiny, but the shower is the absolute worst; I think it was barely 2ft x 2ft (60cm x 60cm) with a big manifold inside, so you cannot move! You cannot take a proper shower in this thing. The “hotel” is not by definition a 3 star hotel as there are no real amenities, no reception, no service. The rooms are located in a portion of the 7th floor of a building with other businesses in it. There is a small comunal space with a table, chairs, flimsy lockers, and some toiletries, and that is it. This place should be described as 1 star. The room was also in need of maintenance with signs of wear. The heavy door for the micro bathroom was barely moveable. The towels were as scratchy as the toilet paper that could be used to sand wood. The smell of disinfectant was very strong on the whole floor. Overall terrible, and for the price we paid it felt like it was a scam. We went with this hotel based on the reviews, but I cannot believe anyone can seriously say this was a good place to stay. Horrible

+ Posizione strategica ma non tornerei in questa struttura. Non puliscono le stanze, non c’è nessun con cui puoi relazionarti, colazione pessima, box con prodotti di qualità scadente e molto spreco di cibo e incarto per le box. La loro politica anti spreco acqua e green contrasta con quanto messo in atto dalla struttura.

Very good place!

+ Comfortable bed, very clean and the view through the window is fantastic. The view is like at the hotel of 5 stars. Good price. Attentive personnel, i had a problem with a shower and they immediately fixed it. Good breakfast which they bring to the room. I dream to come back...Excellent place for the price.

+ Location, location, location! This property is steps away from two of the major museums in Madrid, making it perfect for a quick trip to the city. It was, however, one of the smallest rooms I’ve ever stayed in with hardly room for our 3 suitcases. The room also featured a shower that would barely fit anyone who is a few pounds heavier than I am. The lack of anyone onsite to help with problems was a downside as well. We never received a check-in email that was sent to a rarely used email address that left us not knowing how to get into the property. Luckily we arrived when the cleaning staff was there to help us. Also we never got an answer to our request for an early check-in that we sent through the hotels.com app. Still it was relatively quiet, despite the shared common area and very convenient. The breakfast provided at extra cost was meager given the price, and I’d opt out of it if ever staying there again.

+ Espacios demasiado pequeños sobre todo el de la ducha solo unos 40 cms disponibles . No hacen la limpieza en toda la semana. En cuanto a la ubicacion esta super bien.

Lugar céntrico y limpio

+ Es un lugar muy acogedor, muy céntrico y eso hacía que yo estuviera muy cerca de los museos y lugares más visitados de Madrid. Volvería al lugar en otro viaje.

+ This was one of the better hostels I’ve stayed in. It was clean, fresh and the communication through WhatsApp made everything super simple. It was close enough to everything to explore. It was great.

+ Check in went well but room was extremely small, especially the bathroom. The breakfast in a box was awful for the cost.

Horrible ....NO AC...They intentionally turn it off

+ There is no AC, they only turn it on in the summer, room was unverably HOT...could not sleep. Good luck trying to get anyone to help you if you have a problem. Will never stay there again. Bad service, and to pay for a room and find that you cant sleep because the intentionally turn off your AC is BS.

Terrible place

+ Very small room. Nobody speaks English. It is like a apartment with rooms. All rooms near the living space so if somebody talks you here everything from your room. Zero privacy. Noise from the entrance door all night. Terrible service from Numa support too

+ I love staying at Numa properties! This one in particular is rather small. I couldn’t even open my large suitcase in the room. And the shower head did not work properly. Other than that, it is a great option to stay at!

+ Es ist mehr ein Hostel mit Hotelpreisen. Keine Rezeption, kein Sicherheitspersonal, jegliche Kommunikation via WhatsApp oder Telefon. Meine Heizung und Fernseher gingen nicht. Wurde dann während meines Aufenthalts repariert.

+ Es increíble que este tipo de lugares cobren lo que cobran ya que es un cuarto que parece de la servidumbre. En verdad por lo que tiene no vale ni siquiera una cuarta parte de lo que cobran. Esta en un gran edificio y muy bien ubicado pero su interior es de dar pena ajena. Un Motel es 3 veces mejor que este lugar. Está ¡Fatal! Tan pequeño y angosto que da pena, casi se pone uno a llorar del coraje que da ver lo que realmente te alquilan. Ni siquiera un hotel de 4a se asemeja a este engaño de hospedaje. La cama está pegada casi a las dos paredes. La parte donde se pone la ropa no es ni siquiera acorde para colgar esta. Es una estructura de metal reducida y muy simple. No tiene cobijas, solo 2 sábanas. Las pide uno y las personas que hacen el aseo por la mañana del área común, te dicen que no hay. La televisión está casi en la cabecera del inquilino, Está empotrada de tal manera que su visibilidad es terrible. La ducha del baño no mide ni siquiera un cuadrado von 55 x 55 cms. El quehacer nie lo hicieron. Von mi llegada pretendí cancelar ya que estuve mas de 2 horas pretendiendo hacer el Check in e imposible. Me amenazaron con que no se me reintegraría un solo centavo. Tuve que quedarme en contra de mi voluntad. No hay nadie en persona que te atienda. La parte social es pésima, de muy mal gusto y solo tiene una mesita de 1m2 con tres sillas. Para nada te invita a estar en ella. Para nie mas volver. Es un engaño total que te lo hacen ver como de la calidad de un buen hotel.
