+ Todo, no se puede poner ni un pero... La habitacion amplia, cama comodisima, el baño moderno y con todos los detalles... estuvimos el an̈o pasado, repetimos este y volveremos sin dudarlo.

− Check-in was a little awkward. I was apprehensive to see António photocopy our passports. The process was a little officious requesting more information than I felt was needed. The electrics were a little hit and miss too.

Great place for a stay in León

+ The location is excellent being close to the train station and a close walk into town. It is near the river and the river walk. The property is very well maintained. The bathroom amenities of shower and even hair dryer are excellent.

Schönes Hotel und super Nähe zur Altstadt und Bahnhof

+ Tolle Lage, alles war picobello sauber, sehr gutes Frühstück.

− Die Klimaanlage sollte an heißen Tagen einfach durchlaufen. Ich erwarte mir ein gekühltes Zimmer, wenn ich aus der 37°C heißen Stadt zurück ins Hotel komme. Die Aussage, es muss Energie gespart werden, fand ich dann fehl am Platz, zudem ich für 2 Nächte deutlich über 800,- bezahlt habe. Sonnenfinsternis hin oder her. So eine Klimaanlage braucht pro Tag ca. 5 kWh Strom im Extremfall, das sind dann bei 30 Cent die Kilowattstunde 1,50 Euro.

+ Hotel precioso! La habitación es muy amplia con una cama muy confortable y el baño es enorme. Lage excelente, en pleno centro de la ciudad, y aunque no tiene parking existe un parking de pago al lado y zonas de aparcamiento gratuitas muy próxima. El personal encantador. Todo perfecto!

Beautiful hotel in a great location

+ We had a beautiful room with a very large terrace.

− There was no longer a pool

Un hotel boutique perfecto.

+ Es muy bun hotel . Me gustó la decoración. El baño es precioso y cómodo con toallas algodonosas y secador dayson. Muy buenos detalles.

+ Está en una calle peatonal que lleva directa al centro, andando en pocos minutos. Es silencioso y agradable. Los Bäder son muy amplios y las Betten cómodas. El aire acondicionado se regula bien y es razonablemente silencioso. Tiene pocas Zimmer con lo que resulta tranquilo.

− Casi todo estaba bien, pero por incluir alguna cosa de menor importancia, es necesario subir o bajar los escalones de la entrada con las maletas (hay ascensor interior pero hay medio piso de su ida o bajada obligatoria). El desayuno bufet tiene pocas opciones.

Very good hotel & staff

+ Staff were very kind and helpful, the room was fantastic. The shower in specific, was amazing. The view from the room was very nice.

− The only thing I didn’t like was the thermostat-not sure if it was on a timer or shuts off when you leave the room-but every single time I returned to my room it was so hot and I had to turn the air back on and wait for it to cool down. One of the days there were not enough people staying there so they cancelled the breakfast buffet. I appreciated the staff telling me ahead of time so I could make alternate plans, however, it is part of the reason I booked here-to not have to leave for breakfast, and the breakfast buffet. It was disappointing the hotel decided instead of doing a smaller buffet with smaller portions that they wouldn’t do breakfast at all.

− The staff is not helpful at all. At 8am, the hotel was locked completely and It took a while to wake the staff and got the entry door unlock so I can get out. Most important the staff had a very bad attitude.

A most convenient, clean and comfortable stay

+ Everything! It’s a convenient walk from the train station and located on the main pedestrian street within walking distance to sites. The room is spacious, the bed comfortable and the staff was so welcoming and helpful. The attention to detail was admirable, especially in the bathroom. Next time, we’ll book a longer stay.

Lujo al alcance del bolsillo y en pleno centro de León.

+ La habitación era muy amplia y muy bien equipada. La cama comodísima y la ubicación perfecta.

− Si tengo que poner algo negativo solo se me ocurre que el desayuno era muy repetitivo, eso si, todo muy bueno y de calidad.
