Great location, but the apartment needs better maintenance

+ The location of the apartment was excellent. It is very close to the castle and only about a 15–20 minute walk to the beach. There are also many restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and shops nearby, which was very convenient.

− On the downside, the apartment does not have a balcony. It also did not match the impression I got from the description and reviews on Booking. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell, the bathroom door did not close properly, and whenever we used the sink, water came up from the shower drain on the floor. We also found a cockroach in the apartment, so I would recommend not leaving food or garbage out overnight. Another thing to keep in mind is that the apartment is located in an area with many restaurants and bars, so it can be quite noisy at night.

+ The location was perfect. Toilets were very nice. Blinds very effective. Lots of space. Complementary olives and wine. All kitchen equipment provided.

− Bagno senza bidet, arredo bagno senza appendini, ho dovuto acquistare carta igienica, pochi asciugamani ho dovuto lavarli, poche capsule di caffe. La biancheria per i letti un po’ dozzinale, occorrerebbe piu’ cura nei tessuti.

+ The location was perfect. Restaurants, bars and coffee shops are very close. Lots of attractions within walking distance public parking about 6 Minutes away.

− A little confusing where the apartment exact location. The ironing board was completely broken and the dishwasher had dirty dishes in it. But very minor things. It wouldn't stop us from coming back to this beautiful apartment.

+ Appartement sehr nahe vom Zentrum. Gleich um die Ecke ist ein großer Platz mit vielen Lokalen und dem Geburtshaus von Picasso. Sehr schönes modern eingerichtete Zimmer.

+ The apartment was in a great central location. The host was very helpful with lots of communication and sent information about the area, places to eat, visit etc. The beds were so comfy. I would definitely go back there.

− Las Betten accesorias, muy endebles y almohadas incómodas. No había nada para desayuno, básicos de azúcar, tostadora, algo de aceite, café.. Reinigung mejorable.

I couldn’t stay because the bathroom was not excited to take a shower and had an overwhelming smell.

+ Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to enjoy anything about the property because I couldn’t stay there due to the conditions.

− unpleasant smell the moment I entered, and the bathroom was not clean at all. I didn’t feel comfortable or safe using the shower. The cleaning products they used were extremely strong and cheap, which made the smell even worse. I couldn’t relax or rest in the space, so I had to leave immediately and find a hotel for the night. For the price and the no‑refund policy, this was very disappointing.
