Kategorien
- Limpieza8,5
Apartment described as 'mooi ruim schoon' (clean and spacious) but wardrobe smelled musty, lowering the score slightly.
- Servicio9,5
Host (Anna/Immobilisme Il Faro) was responsive and arranged two fans when requested, showing good service.
- Ubicación10,0
Excellent location: 5 minutes' walk to the beach and Levanto centre, quiet neighbourhood and 10 minutes to the train station for Cinque Terre.
- Habitaciones8,0
Rooms are spacious and beds were fine, but interior/furniture is described as rather old-fashioned and could use upgrading.
- Instalaciones7,5
Lacks air conditioning and no kettle; fans were not provided initially (later arranged), so amenities are below ideal for hot weather.
- Relación calidad-precio9,5
Good value given size, cleanliness and location, though parking is expensive which slightly affects perceived value.
- Comida y bebida9,0
Not mentioned in the review; assigned the target overall rating.

Overall positive stay: spacious, clean apartment in an excellent location with responsive host, despite some issues (no AC, dated furniture).
