Kategorien

• Limpieza8,6

Generally well maintained (guests note routine pool cleaning and no major hygiene complaints); occasional maintenance needed around pool area.

• Servicio9,5

Consistently praised—very warm, helpful and accommodating staff; hosts described as hospitable and attentive, with staff going out of their way for guests.

• Ubicación8,8

Convenient for airport access and quieter outside-Marrakech location with on-site parking; some guests found the entrance signage unclear and missed it when driving.

• Habitaciones8,2

Rooms and bedding described as excellent by several guests, though some found the house large but dim and with a slightly 'museum-like' (less cosy) feel.

• Instalaciones7,8

Good on-site amenities (pool, dinner service if requested), but the pool was sometimes unusable/too cold and outdoor areas could use additional upkeep; some equipment around the pool noted as aged.

• Relación calidad-precio7,7

Many guests felt the hospitality and meals were good value, but a serious negative report of a cancelled reservation and an unresolved refund lowered perceived value for at least one guest.

• Comida y bebida9,2

Strong positive feedback: excellent traditional breakfasts and highly praised on-site dishes (notably a lemon chicken tagine); food described as fresh and well prepared.

• Experiencia general9,0

Overall very positive with multiple recommendations—warm hosts, great breakfasts and comfortable stay; minor issues (pool, signage, isolated refund problem) tempered otherwise excellent experiences.
