Ringhotel Drees ★★★★

Kategorien

• Limpieza8,0

Generally reported as clean (several guests called rooms 'extraordinarily clean'), but issues noted with dusty mobile fans and buffet/fruit not always fresh, suggesting some specific cleanliness lapses.

• Servicio9,3

Consistently praised: very friendly staff, helpful reception, owner presence, gestures like bottled water and gifts for guests—strong positive sentiment for service.

• Ubicación9,4

Multiple mentions of excellent location within walking distance of Westfalenhalle/concert venue and proximity to shops and transport—clear strong positive sentiment.

• Habitaciones8,0

Rooms described as large, quiet and generally pleasant, but several guests noted lack of air-conditioning, aged showers and at least one defective shower head—mixed but overall good.

• Instalaciones8,0

Pool and available water at reception were positives; however, air conditioning absent in many rooms (only in restaurant and pricier rooms), limited parking and dusty fans reduce the amenities score.

• Relación calidad-precio7,4

Mixed signals: good breakfast and service but extra costs (e.g., €20 garage) and heat-related discomfort in rooms lead some guests to feel it is not fully justified for the price.

• Comida y bebida8,9

Breakfast frequently praised as outstanding with a large selection and fresh rolls; isolated issues reported (fruit not fresh on one occasion), but overall very positive.

• Experiencia general8,2

Overall experience is positive—friendly staff, excellent location and strong breakfast—tempered by heat/no AC in many rooms and occasional small maintenance/cleanliness issues.
