The View

Kategorien

• Limpieza9,2

Generally praised: multiple guests noted good cleanliness and tidy rooms/pool. One report mentioned dirty sheets placed on a bed, so occasional lapses observed.

• Servicio9,8

Staff repeatedly described as helpful, polite and respectful; small service misstep noted (anniversary cake was charged), but overall interaction quality is strong.

• Ubicación9,7

Outstanding views and peaceful, scenic setting consistently highlighted. Accessibility is an issue (rough mountain road, 4x4 recommended), but the scenery is the property's main strength.

• Habitaciones8,5

Cabins described as private and spacious and were a highlight for many. Some negatives: a specific room exposed to the restaurant and at least one guest reported bedding issues.

• Instalaciones9,1

Strong amenities: beautiful infinity pool, hiking trails and tranquil outdoor spaces. Some functional issues: pool was reported too cold, limited shaded seating and few poolside activities.

• Relación calidad-precio5,8

Multiple guests felt the price did not match the offering, especially given the poor/limited food options and the property's isolation limiting alternatives.

• Comida y bebida4,8

Consistently the weakest area: guests reported limited choices, low quality, overpriced dishes and heavily spiced/Indian-focused buffet that many found unsuitable.

• Experiencia general7,9

Many guests enjoyed the views, privacy and pool, and described stays as pleasant; however, poor food, limited dining options and accessibility issues tempered the overall satisfaction.
