Welcome to A. Verde! We are a fully refurbished boutique hotel located in the heart of Miraflores. More than just a small hotel, we offer a range of integrated services including an organic coffee shop, meals, ecological laundry, and bike tours. Enjoy comfortable accommodations in a traditional Miraflores mansion, with the added opportunity to participate in our outdoor activities. Our café is conveniently located just three blocks from Av. Larco.

We provide two types of private rooms: Economic and Superior, perfect for families or business travelers who appreciate art and the charm of colonial architecture.

For direct bookings, we also offer airport transportation and breakfast.

Experience the best bike tours in the city, highly rated by TripAdvisor, operated by Mi Bike Lima Tours.

Free biking tour available in August and September.

Children over 4 years pay a regular adult fee.

Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18% .To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IGV), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.

Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.
