Very good

+ Perfect location, quite close to the Camino! The host was very easy to communicate with, and provided clear instructions. It's a lovely, quiet place to rest and work along the way.

− The whole space had a mildew smell that could possibly be fixed with a fan/exhaust. It may be because it's a basement or it may be because of the bathroom basically staying wet/humid after using it. The dishes were still dirty from the previous guest. Luckily I happened to not need any of them, so it wasn't a particular issue for my stay.

The Host was very detailed and helpful, the property was very clean, comfy bed, coffee, tea and a microwave was a deligh

+ Ir was ok for a quick stay. The bed was confortable but the sofa, once turned into a bed, not really. They left juice and water which was super nice.

− The nearest restaurant was 15 mins away.

+ Very calm neighbourhood, the host was very friendly and responsive and left us a few souvenirs for us to eat and drink

− It’s kind far from the city centre, to get there by foot after a day walking. But nothing a taxi won’t solve.

− Further out from city centre.than.I realized...half hour more walking. Nothing locally to eat , no cafe or restaurant.

Comfy quiet stay.

+ Quiet neighborhood setting. And hostess was very friendly and helpful. Supermarket and farmacia were within short walking distance.

+ A good place to spread out. Lots of room. Coffee tea, and little snacks were appreciated. Easy access to get in.

− A little noisy by the side of the street, we are earplugs, it was raining so it was louder than usual

− The room in the area of ​​the basement and garage, damp, the bed linen smelled damp

Overnight in Casa do Santo.

+ Own private entrance. Inexpensive for an overnight while on the Camino. The bed was comfortable. The owner provided some coffee and juice and water for us although we did not use them. A nice touch.

− It had a little musty smell as we enter the apartment. And also the cushions on the sofa had the smell. Did not like the long pillow because I can not adjust it to my sleeping position. No kettle to make a cup of hot tea.

+ A pleasant rest after a demanding Camino walk. Friendly service, fine communication, clean environment, everything is fine, I recommend it. The welcome cake made me very happy, thank you!
