+ Ubicación, limpieza y todo lo necesario,no faltaba un detalle

+ Appartement très bien équipé et bien situé, très belle terrasse.

+ Appartment was very convenient. It was clean and equipped with everything needed for cooking cleaning washing etc All appliances were new or nearly new and clean. Great to have clean beach towels. Balcony was great and really enveloping you in the heart of bustling Nerja.

+ La ubicación es espectacular. Los colchones, sobre todo el de matrimonio, son muy cómodos. El Aire Acondicionado funciona perfectamente, enfría muy bien. Super equipado, y la cocina una maravilla. Había disponibilidad hasta de sombrillas y hamacas para la playa. Todo muy limpio y en buen estado.

− Ya que no hay Aire acondicionado en los dormitorios sería una gran solución un ventilador de techo en cada habitación. También algo más de calidad en la imagen de la TV.

+ Läget! Nära till allt. Mycket bra utrustad lägenhet, allt finns ! Bra fullutrustat kök, som möjliggör all typ av matlagning ”hemma”.

− Vi hade otur med ombyggnation av vägen och korsningen utanför, med tre dagar av stora maskiner med mycket ljud och vibrationer. När dom var klara var det ett väldigt bra boende.

− für mich war alles super (aber für manche personen könnte es eventuell störend sein, das man alles hört und es halt draußen auch etwas lauter ist)

+ The apartment is lovely had everything you needed But the noise out side wasn't good with tge tables and chairs being mo ed in and out at 6.30am and 1.30 am they dont life they dragged them in to place so was woken up by this . Also the noise of people walking past the Apartment woke us up from 1.30am to 4.30 am .had to have a sleep in the afternoons .But very close to restaurants and bars which was good .wouldn't book again think something a little further out of town would be better. We had a great holiday.

+ Sijainti erinomainen. Lyhyt kävelymatka rannoille. Paljon ravintoloita ympärillä. Asunnossa kaikki mitä voit tarvita lomalla, esimerkiksi mausteita ruoanlaittoon. Ei tarvitse heti lähteä ostamaan. Astiat ja ruoanlaitto välineet hyvät. Sängyt erinomaiset. Pyyhkeitä tarpeeksi, myös ranta pyyhkeet. Omistajan kanssa viestittely sujui erinomaisesti. Wifi. En voi moittia mitään. Todella hyvä.

Céntrico apartamento en Nerja.

+ Está muy céntrico, muy limpio y tiene de todo, incluso detalles de bienvenida muy completo.La terraza es agradable.

− Al ser una zona muy céntrica hay mucho ruido por la noche (es normal porque sabía que iba al centro), pero las ventanas no aíslan nada el ruido .

+ La ubicación del apartamento es maravillosa. Cerca de las playas y del centro de la ciudad. La recepción por parte de los anfitriones fue genial, con detalles de bienvenida que no se encuentran en otros alojamientos. El apartamento está totalmente equipado. De 10!

Céntrico pero muy ruidoso.

+ El apartamento en sí estaba bien, la cocina está reformada y las habitaciones amplias. Las camas son más o menos cómodas. Lo que más me gusto es que había bastantes cosas en la cocina o baño para poder usar. Esta bien situado para salir a pasear por el centro o ir a una playa cercana.

− La ducha es enana, y con doble grifo por lo que tardas en pillar el agua y no puedes cerrar mientras te duchas. Solo hay aire acondicionado en el salón. Para mi lo peor fue el ruido. No está bien aislado y está en zona centro. Hay una cafetería justo debajo con terraza que trabaja bastante y parece que tienes a la gente metida en la habitación, es horrible para dormir así que llevar tapones. Hay una mesita en la terraza pero súper pequeña para poder comer o cenar fuera, a no ser que seas 1 o 2 personas.

− The location was excellent , however the apartment is beside a nightclub area and has been very noisy at night , very difficult to get a sleep , suggest double glaze windows may help .

Super spot to stay right in the middle of Nerja

+ This really is an excellent apartment. Convenient and comfortable. It has everything you could need in a holiday apartment to make you stay enjoyable and comfortable. The host is great and has very generously provided basics like water, coffee, tea and so on to get you started. The location is truly central. It really is placed right in the centre of town and close to everything that you want and/ or need to be close to - including the beach. Fabulous.

− Unfortunately, our stay coincided with some building renovation in the apartment block. This was temporary and I am sure will not be an issue once it is finished. There were works in the entrance area and they were noisy and dusty. We were awoken early every morning by drilling, hammering and cutting noises of construction. But as I say this will probably not be a problem for anyone else in the future and you will have a very freshly built entrance hall to admire.

+ Great location right in town centre, all you need and more in the apartment, welcome pack was wonderful wasn't expecting that at all. Meet at block main door shown to apartment and everything explained wonderful host

− Old apartment block so bit of noise from neighbours nothing to bad, outside noise, but you have to accept that where location is, it is a working town lol
