− Todo estuvo maravilloso lo único que a veces huele mucho a humedad entiendo que porque no hay ventilación durante la noche, durante el día procuramos dejar la ventana abierta para que ventile y se secarán las toallas y bañadores, pero igual siempre hay cosas que no terminan de secar y comienza a oler a humedad.

+ El estudio esta muy centrico , cerca de todo , la playa esta al lado mismo y Eva es encantadora, sin duda volveriamos a ir

Lovely host and accommodation

+ We had a wonderful stay at Casa Eva. Eva was a gracious and welcoming host who made great suggestions about things to do and see. We made good use of the beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella, which were all supplied. Nerja old town was charming and it was a pleasure to meet Eva and share her love for her home.

+ Location was excellent - beach close by and short walk to centre of Nerja. Eva very helpful and approachable. Apartment was spotless and facilities are up-to-date. Air-conditioning excellent. Good value for money.

+ We were warmly greeted by the owner, Eva, which was incredibly reassuring after a long journey. She is a wonderful, genuine host. Her attention to detail shows in the apartments, which are clean, modern, and very cozy and are well equipped.The location is fantastic—just a short walk to local beaches, restaurants, and shops. Despite being so central, the property feels beautifully intimate, calm, and cool." We loved our stay and we would definitely return. ❤️

− Ideal for a short stay. For a longer stay i would prefer somewhere with outdoor space and sea views.

+ Todo genial, muy limpio y tal cual las fotos ! Eva una anfitriona excepcional, tuvimos un inconveniente en el viaje con una maleta y ella se ofreció a ayudarnos con todo, incluso en acompañarnos a hacer la denuncia. Muy recomendable

Sehr schönes kleines Apartment zur Straße 

+ Eva ist sehr hilfsbereit.

− Die vorübergehenden Passanten haben mich durch ihre Lautstärke häufig geweckt.

+ Eva ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Person. Die Wohnung sieht neu renoviert aus, alles ist top! Die Lage ist perfekt: ein Katzensprung von Balkon de Europa und hinter dem Haus beginnen gleich die Treppe zum Strand. Der Strand ist nicht sehr groß, aber sehr schön. Die Reinigung der Wohnung ist inklusive und findet alle 5 bis 7 Tage statt und wenn man länger dort ist, ist das wichtig. Es gibt ausreichend Handtücher (man kann aber auch mehr bekommen wenn man's braucht). Badezimmer ist ausgestattet mit Duschgel, Haarshampoo, flüssige Handseife und Toilettenpapier (was auch nicht überall selbstverständlich ist). In der Küche: Geschirr, Geschirrspülmittel, Geschirrtuch,... Eva gibt bereitwillig Tips für Sehenswürdigkeiten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten,... Sehr empfehlenswert und ich komme wieder, das ist sicher. Eva, muchisimas gracias por todo!

Great place to relax and wander around

+ Great welcome from Eva and a fantastic location. Perfect size for two people and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend a visit to this charming area.

− €20 per day parking in the public parking area was high but at least it was secure.

Perfekter Kurztrip in Nerja mit einer außerordentlich netten Gastgeberin!

+ Das Apartment war klein aber fein und hatte alles was man benötigt. Es war sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber! Sogar das Besteck war dekorativ in der Schublade einsortiert!

Absolutely perfect and Eva is amazing

+ A property was excellent on location right close to the main town the other way right close to the main beach. Eva was amazing helping us with restaurants directions. She waited and woke up to greet us at 2 o’clock in the morning. Nothing was inconvenient for her… And she was so sweet. And the room was so clean comfortable bed. It was amazing.

Tolle Lage, sehr nah am Strand

+ Die Lage ist hervorragend in der Altstadt sehr nah am Zentrum und direkt in der Nähe zu einem kleinen Strand. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Tipp für das Früstück in einem sehr gemütlichem Cafe war top.

+ Apartamento 100% recomendable. Es acogedor, muy limpio y tiene mucho encanto. Las instalaciones nuevas, no falta un detalle. Todo lo que necesitas para pasar unos días cómodos y relajados. Muy céntrico y con la playa a un minuto. En cuanto a la anfitriona, es maravillosa, servicial y atenta.

+ Przemiła właścicielka, dała mi świetne wskazówki. Apartamencik w idealnej lokalizacji, blisko wszystkiego, także w pobliżu płatnego parkingu publicznego, a jednocześnie w spokojnej uliczce przy samym morzu. Bardzo czysto i świeżo, dobrze wyposażony apartament, brakowało tylko sztućców

+ Great location. Quiet and peaceful environment, but still close to beach and town center. The apartment was super clean and nice. It had everything we needed. Eva was very friendly and helpful. Big parking lot very close.
