I left my heart at Casa Jazmin

+ Location 5 minutes from Nerjas famous Balcon Europe and its beautiful beaches, the house is a dream, All mod cons without compromising the charm of the interior, chilly air con, a proper family home not just a holiday property, Lovely roof terrace, wonderful views of the mountains, we didn't want to leave.

− Downstairs bed could have been more comfortable, mosquitos in the lower terrace made a meal of us.

Fantastic location, a historic, charming house which offers peace in the middle of the action and right next to the best

− It needs some maintenance - but its old fashioned fittings are also part of its charm!

Schönes Haus in 1A Lage

+ Sehr schönes Haus mit großartiger Dachterrasse. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Strände, Läden, Zentrum Nerja, alles fußläufig in ein paar Minuten erreichbar. Großer, öffentlicher Parkplatz um die Ecke um den Mietwagen zu parken (max 20€/24h). Netter Kontakt mit der Agentur vor Ort (Frank). Durch die zentrale Lage ist es nachts nicht immer ruhig, ebenso durch das nächtliche Abfahren der Altglas Container, die auf dem erwähnten Parkplatz stehen. Trotzdem überwiegen die positiven Punkte bei weitem. Wir würden uns wieder für das Haus entscheiden.

− Nächtliche Lautstärke. Aber da kann das Haus ja nichts dafür :-)

+ Casa Jazmin is a beautiful old town house, full of character, situated in a lovely street in Nerja old town. We had ample space for five of us (two adults and three young people), loved the courtyard garden and the amazing roof terrace, and the plunge pool was a real bonus. Arguably the best beach is the nearest one, 5 mins walk max, with a small shop a few doors down, and the bustling center a few minutes walk away. But it was quiet at night and the beds great so slept really well. The guys in the office were really helpful and all needs provided for.

− There was nothing we didnt like, but this isnt a place you come for all the mod cons etc. All the necessary equipment is there, some just a little tired. This didnt bother us at all. It was great!

Great house with a super roof terrace. Would stay there again

+ Lovely old traditional style house in the centre of Nerja. It had washing machine, dishwasher coffee maker etc. Very well equipped.

− Given its location it was a little noisy. Also minor issue....there was no nozzle on the hairdryer. For 4 ladies trying to dry hair was difficult!!

+ The upstairs terrace was lovely - unfortunately we had rain on a couple of days and the cushions got soaked! - a wee cupboard or dry storage area would be handy.

− The beds weren’t very comfortable and the en-suite was awful. It has sliding doors and one of them was broken.

+ Great location and lovely, characterful property. Very convenient to have the rental office (and a taxi office) just down the street. Really liked having the splash pool and the roof terrace.

a house to fall in love with

+ it was so welcoming, quirky & beautiful. it’s so comfortable & the outdoor space was a real bonus. Lots of books to read, paintings to admire & restful places to relax. it feels like a much koved family home with bags of history. The location is perfect

+ Beautiful traditional Spanish townhouse. Lovely quirky style. Very clean, homely. Perfect location right in the centre of Nerja, 2 minute walk from town square. Not suitable for small children though, lots of stairs, some quite narrow and open at one side
