+ L'accueil chaleureux de l'hôte, chambre disposant d'un ventilateur

− Chambre très chaude en période de forte chaleur (pas de climatisation), beaucoup de bruits la nuit, l'eau coule difficilement dans les douches partagées, mauvaise isolation sonore des chambres, la chambre disposant d'une fenêtre au dessus de la porte (non accessible), lorsque quelqu'un allume les lumières du couloir, cela éclaire la chambre pendant la nuit

+ A small hotel tucked away yet close to the town center and tram. Friendly helpful lady owner with tips on where to eat. Narrow stairs so mind your head, but clean rooms with nice quirky old furniture, comfortable beds. Shared bathrooms / showers.

+ Location is perfect, in the city center. Host was very kind. Good value for money

− The sheets and towels should be replaced, as they felt dirty and outdated. The overall cleanliness was also not up to a high standard.

− Not that we didn’t like it, but we stayed at the hottest time of year and even with a fan, it was hot.

Lindo lugar.

+ Calidez de la anfitriona (atendida por ella misma). Habitacion estilo efecto antigua y linda, como que estuvieras en una cama de princesa. Informacion desde que entras al lugar (mapas, linea de autobuses, que hacer, etc). Ubicacion super central, a nada de la catedral, restaurant y tranvia.

− Mas q no gustar, necesitaba ckeck in despues de las 22 hrs y era hasta las 21, pero porq venia de lejos y queria aprovechar un poquito mas el dia en ese lugar y tuve que irme antes. Para la mayoria de las personas 21 hrs esta perfecto.

+ Muy limpio todo

− Poca agua salía de los gritos y tenía un solo ventilador con muy poco aire. Pasamos muchísimo calor

+ Margarita était vraiment très gentille très bonne accueil la chambre est très propre et les sanitaires aussi nous avons été tranquille Établissement est vraiment au centre-ville

− Il fait un peu chaud mais ce n'était pas de sa faute le ventilateur était tout de même efficace

− En verano no se puede existir, no sé si fue el problema de la planta más alta y las habitaciones abajo son más agradables, pero no sabíamos que planta Íbamos a recibir pero subir y bajar con nina de 5 anos fue tan peligroso, y sobre todo el calor en habitacion inspoportable, había solo un ventilador que no ayudaba mucho, no podiamos dormir bien. La ducha en la tercera planta solo gotea y teniamos que utilizar otra planta, otra vez bajando y subiendo , y no fue mucho mejor,lavar el pelo casi imposible, gotas más fuertes. El armario huele mal y es muy antiguo y hay mantas, en verano, y no hay espacio para cosas. La cama terrible haciendo ruido con cada movimiento.bAunque el precio me pareció miy bueno, por la próxima vez ni por gratuito.

Perfect place to hit the sack in after a long day outdoors.

+ Superb location in the heart of Soller, very amicable staff, clean room with a view of [a bit of] the Tramuntana, decent amenities, and a great experience-to-cost ratio... in short, Casa Margarita is a hostel I'd certainly go to again.

− With a heatwave in full force during our stay, the triple bedroom got a tad stuffy... although once night fell, opening the windows for ventilation helped a ton. Having a pair of fans instead of just one (to cover both beds) would be useful. Also, the shower water temperature was quite finicky.

+ La ubicación, céntrico.

− Hacía mucho calor, solo había un ventilador. La ducha no echaba nada de agua, en verano la estancia en esta casa sin aire acondicionado y ducha es inviable. Solo pasamos una noche y se hizo dura. Ojo! Que el pueblo está restringido para acceder en vehículo, solo acceso con 0 emisiones o residentes. Si accedes te sancionan. Hay que aparcar a las afueras del pueblo.

+ Great central location and good amenities in the room.

− The lack of curtains meant that the guests that I shared the balcony with very much could stare right into my room, meaning I had little privacy when they were sitting outside.

+ Frau Margarita ist super nett und hilfreich

+ Прекрасное расположение в старинном здании прямо возле костёла. Приветливая хозяйка. Интересный интерьер. В комнате кровать, шкаф, стол, тумбочка, вентилятор и умывальник. Душ и туалет рядом на этаже, проблем с посещением не было, всегда свободно.

− Очень сложно найти парковку. Город компактный, даже платное место - подарок. Вентилятор не спасал, было дико жарко.

+ Krásný starý dům, velmi dobrá atmosféra, v centru Solleru.

+ Beliggenheden få skridt fra centrum er helt i top. Stedet er indrettet i gennemført gammel stil. Vi havde delt bad og toilet på gangen, og alt både på værelset og på badeværelset var meget rent og pænt. Der er elkedel, krus og tallerkner. Der er også en ventilator, skønt. Vi fandt gratis parkering kun ca. 500 meter herfra. Meget billigt i forhold til beliggenhed.
