Bastante decepcionante

+ La ubicación no está mal y nos dejaron salir más tarde de las 11h en compensación por lo del baño, pero no creo que compense la experiencia. En general, esperábamos bastante más por el precio pagado.

− Uno de los dos baños tenía el inodoro roto (reservamos precisamente por tener dos baños), una silla estaba rota y nos caímos al sentarnos, el tostador no funciona, las instalaciones en general estaban muy descuidadas (muchas humedades, desconchones, desniveles en el suelo…). Las sábanas tampoco estaban limpias, hay bichitos por todo el piso y es un edificio de alquileres vacacionales con vecinos gritando y haciendo fiestas hasta altas horas de la madrugada. Además, solo hay un aire acondicionado y está en el salón por lo que la habitación principal es bastante calurosa al estar más alejada. Nos encontramos una cucaracha de grandes dimensiones con sus hijitas en el portal al llegar por la noche. Por no hablar de que en el salón hay dos grandes ventanales sin persiana por lo que entra luz por mañana y es bastante molesto para las personas que duermen en el sofá cama.

− Quedamos esperando en la calle con niños pequeños y con el calor que hace en esta epoca porque habia problema para abrir la puerta principal

+ W miarę dobra lokalizacja. Ogólnie mieszkanie było czyste (widać, że sprzątane)

− Aby wejść do klatki schodowej trzeba było się naczekać. Następnie aby wejść do mieszkania też musieliśmy długo czekać (otwierane zdalnie przez właściciela). Z 2 małych dzieci w ciasnym i dusznym korytarzu z bagażami nie było miło…. Mieszkanie mimo tego, że czyste to mocno zdewastowane (połamany stolik, tynk się sypie, uchwyty pod prysznicem odpadają)Ale najgorsze że wszystkiego to brak klimatyzacji. Klima była tylko w salonie, a i tak nie wyrabiała. Całe Szczęście to była tylko 1 noc, bo gdyby to miało być na dłużej to bym nie wytrzymała.

+ Posizione strategica a due passi dal centro e lungomare. Zona tranquilla. Vicino a bar e negozi di ogni genere. Lo consiglio vivamente.

+ Todo excelente, lo recomiendo al 100 %

− Sistema idraulico da rivedere cosi come un po tutto l’arredo. Un po piu di cura su lenzuola e pulizia. La doccia allaga il bagno e l’asciugacapelli ho dovuto pulirlo io… ovviamente la posizione e il fatto di stare solo 1 notte hanno aiutato. Consigliato ad amici o comunque gruppi! Non comodissimi i letti.

Underwhelming, short and excessively hot

+ The apartment is well located and check in was easy with Lucelly.

− The air conditioner was not working properly and so the property was excessively hot, the bedrooms in particular, so much so, that we had to cut our stay short. The beds are also extremely uncomfortable, with one very very hard and the other ultra soft.

+ Location is fantastic. Quiet and well situated. Plenty of intensive for making our breakfast. Easy to locate and get into and smooth, easy exit.

− The air conditioning was not throughout and the bedrooms were a little warm although the fans did help a lot. Air conditioning great in the lounge/diner. The bed was extremely firm.

+ Location of apartment was nice and next to the central market. It is also close to town and Postiguet beach as well. Everything was in a walkable distance. Apartment was well furnished and clean.

− Check in could have been communicated a bit more clearly. Instructions were not given until the morning of check in.

− Neither shower worked. No handle on the bathroom door which stuck and I got locked in! Power went off during the evening when we put the aircon on as it was very cold. The sound system wasn’t Bluetooth so unusable. Cheap furniture, some of which was broken
