Charming Villa with the best Panoramic views

+ Perfecte ligging, mooi uitzicht en een mooi zwembad. Contact prima en altijd een snelle reactie, meedenkend in evt aanpassen uitchecktijd indien mogelijk met volgende gasten. Zo konden wij tot 15.00 blijven omdat de vlg gasten later kwamen. Auto is wel een aanrader.

Fantastisk utsikt!

+ Utsikten från övre terassen är helt underbar, man kan njuta av utsikten både mot bergen och havet, mycket grönska och fågelkvitter. Låg avskilt men ändå nära Nerja. Bra utbud av porslin/köksapparater i köket, toppen med tvättmaskin och diskmaskin. Fanns en grill och grillkol, grillade hemma varje kväll. Enkla men funktionella möbler. Smidig och snabb kommunikation med värden👍 Alla fem i familjen var väldigt nöjda med vistelsen.

− Lite läskigt med den branta vägen upp till huset men utsikten gjorde det värt det. Fin men lite väl kall pool, funkar säkert bättre senare på sommaren. Knivarna i köket kan behöva slipas, men det var ett litet problem🙂

+ This is our third visit to this fabulous holiday stay within walking distance to nerja. The house has everything for a family of 3 generations, with spectacular views and incredible sunrises from the balcony! It's rustic charm, for great value. We have noticed small improvements each year and love how private it is.

+ Die Lage ist super. Man hat einen tollen Blick von der Terasse aus. Es ist wunderbar ruhig.Federico hat eine genaue Anfahrtsbeschreibung gesendet und hat sich auch bei Fragen während unseres Aufenthaltes immer direkt per whatsapp gemeldet. Wir konnten auf Nachfrage sogar etwas früher einchecken und auch eine Stunde länger bleiben. Die Anfahrt war steil, aber das weiss man vorher, dafür ist die Lage hoch oben toll.

− Da wir die Woche vorher eine andere Unterkunft zu gleichem Preis (auch in toller Lage) hatten, finden wir den Preis nicht gerechtfertigt. Die Bilder sind alt, bei den Möbeln gibt es einiges nicht mehr, einen Kleiderschrank gab es auch nicht. In dem "Kleiderschrank" standen andere Utensilien und leere Kartons von Haushaltsgeräten.Ich hätte vorher gerne in der Beschreibung gewusst, dass das 3. Schlafzimmer mit Bad nur "aussen rum" über eine Treppe erreichbar ist, also praktisch eine eigene kleine Wohnung ist. Die Einrichtung ist überwiegend abgenutzt und vieles bedarf einer Renovierung. Im Pool sind sehr viele Kacheln abgesprungen(sieht nicht nur unschön aus, kann auch weh tun), die Liegen sind teilweise kaputt, die Auflagen dünn und durchgelegen. Es gab für jeden ein Badehandtuch und ein kleines Handtuch, sowie ein Pooltuch. Alles etwas vergraut, alt, zusammengewürfelt. Für uns gehört eine ansprechende Ausstattung, zu der u.a. auch Handtücher gehören, einfach zum wohlfühlen dazu. Die Kapselmaschine war undicht - die ganze Arbeitsplatte stand immer unter Wasser (das haben wir reklamiert und Federico hat gefragt, ob er eine neue bringen sollte, aber wir haben dann auch Fiterkaffee umgeschwenkt). Das Geschirr war auch zusammen gewürfelt, nichts einheitliches oder ansprechendes. Die Betten waren uns zu weich, aber das ist Geschmacksache. Es war wenig komfortables in der Wohnung, von daher würden wir nicht wieder hier her kommen.

+ This is a great place for a family holiday. The view is stunning and the main reason we booked it because you can relax by the pool and look across the sea and up to the mountains. Also from the balcony in the evening. The house is perfectly comfortable with 3 bedrooms and pool is a good size.

Was a wonderful memorable holiday with the perfect location and view

+ The view was spectacular, the old Spanish style cottage apartment felt like I was truly embrace in the culture of Spain, having our own pool was wonderful with a small family as well

− So many ants around, everything had to put in the fridge but it was something we could deal with.

Exceptional

+ It suited us perfectly, family of 2 adults and 3 teens (19, 17 & 13). We were looking for a relaxing week and that is exactly what we got with views that take your breath away. Pool is lovely and 2 twin bedded rooms and double bedroom was a great layout. There's 2 lovely patio areas, one upstairs and one downstairs. Federico, the owner, was in contact before we arrived. He provided detailed instructions how to get there and where to park. He even sent on lots of recommendations for restaurants, bars and taxi service. He kept in contact during and after our stay, his attention to us was fantastic. Thanks Federico!

+ There was dishing machine also, which made holiday easier. The view from villa was so beatiful.

Fantastic villa with amazing views

+ The villa has amazing views out across the Med and to Nerja as well as the mountains behind it and is in a really quiet relaxing spot. It is a little tricky to find it, but our host provided detailed directions with helpful pictures. They were really helpful during our stay as well and quick to respond with any questions we had. The villa has everything we needed as was very comfortable with great air con (which was definitely needed!) The kids loved the pool, which isn't huge, but definitely big enough for cooling off and the kids to have fun. One thing to note is that the deep end is quite deep. Great for cannonballing, but something to be aware of if your kids aren't strong swimmers. Nerja is only 5 minute drive away and has the nicer beaches which were easy enough to get to. We loved our stay. Sitting out on the terrace in the evening watching the sunset each evening was wonderful and the kids had a great time.

− The only very minor thing is that the pool and terrace don't get the sun in the evening. This wasn't an issue really as it was so warm.

Fantastic family holiday

+ A beautiful villa set in a stunning location with a stunning sunrise everyday. Facilities are very clean with everything you need for a family holiday. This was our second visit and it did not disappoint.

Fab family getaway

+ The views are incredible, the pool is gorgeous and Fede was the most fantastic host. We had a week in October and loved the sunrise over the sea, wandering to the beach and into Nerja. Having the split levels works well for grandparents and the villa has everything you need for a break

− Honestly it was great for a simple week of sun and swimming, if anything we would remove ornaments and some furniture inside to give more space

absolutely loved our stay , very peaceful but not too far from shops, restaurants and beach if you wanted a change

Amazing - the kids said it was their favourite holiday ever :)

+ The views were what made our holiday, they were spectacular, the best we've had. I spent hours watching the sunrise, the boats and people enjoying water sports on the ocean, planes flying around the valley, and hustle and bustle of the suburbs of Nerja down below at night. The outside space was lovely, we loved the plants and flowers, birds and different terraces and comfy plentiful sun loungers and chairs/tables. The kids loved the pool and the adults also did on the hotter days! The surrounding area was great, particularly Burianna beach in Nerja, Frigliana and Torrox. We also enjoyed the peace of the terraced hills that the villa was located in. The beach of Playa Playazo Rio Seco was my favourite beach within walking distance (if you don't mind the 15 minutes walk back uphill), the wifi connection was really good and Netflix on the TV went down well. Although there were ants around, as is typical in Southern Europe, the owners had placed various ant traps to keep them at bay inside. We found the kitchen easy to use with many handy implements, although we did have to buy a chopping board and a dish drainer for washing up would be handy. The fridge freezer was large and dishwasher great - thanks providing dishwasher tablets! The beds were comfortable and the shutters on the bedroom windows kept out the sunlight very well. The air con worked very well in the bedrooms. Federico kept in regular contact and provided very good directions and check in instructions.

− Some areas could do with a touch up of paint and some fixtures and fittings need repair or replacing (i.e. coffee table in the living room). The roads up to the villa were steep in places but both me and my partner took turns in driving and found them fine and they would not put us off returning. If you are looking for a holiday with many bars/restaurants in easy walking distance, this villa would not be suitable but as we had a car we were not affected.
