Amazing viwes, kind host and lovely apartment

+ The huge terrace was a big plus, along with a very kind host who took great care of us. The location was excellent, with surf and bike rentals, coffee shops nearby, and the beach within walking distance. Basic kitchen essentials like coffee, tea, oil, and spices were provided, which we appreciated. The beds were also comfortable, making for a very pleasant stay overall.

− We could have used more than one kitchen towel and some gloves for washing the dishes. We also couldn’t find charcoal for the grill. The only minor issue was that the towels smelled a bit musty, but we assume it was due to the humidity. Otherwise, a perfect stay.

+ Excellent location. Local bar next door considered a positive rather than negative. No noise late on. Always parking. Kitchen drawers stocked with many useful extras to ensure your stay exceeds comfortable Prompt check out as agreed by very courteous host.

− Patio area on top floor not really practical to use.

Wenn man nicht zu früh zu Bett gehen möchte, ist die Unterkunft super.

+ Es war sehr sauber, die Übergabe absolut problemlos und die Lage ist super, um an alle Strände zu gelangen und in den Ort. Es gibt eine Dachterrasse in zwei Himmelsrichtungen und einen schönen kleinen privaten Balkon/Innenhof.

− Die Unterkunft liegt direkt oberhalb einer Bar, so dass man abends bis ca 23:00 Uhr mit Lärm leben muss. Nachts und morgens ist es dann aber absolut still.

Nice relaxing holiday in a very comfortable apartment. Really liked the outside space and views.

+ Lucas es un anfitrión maravilloso. Nos recibió en persona, dio múltiples recomendaciones de la isla y estuvo pendiente en todo momento de si podíamos necesitar algo. La casa está perfectamente equipada y tiene dos terrazas muy cómodas.

− Il bar sotto l'appartamento. Molto fastidiose le voci alla sera.

It suited us perfectly.

+ Location was excellent-walking distance from everything-restaurants,beaches,supermarkets,shops.If you like a lively bar you have a local sports bar downstairs-live football most nights.The apartment has outdoor spaces front,back and above on the roof where there is a washing machine.All the facilities are well maintained.

− Whilst we were there (for one month)the road was closed to traffic as the small park opposite was being completely renovated .During the day it was extremely noisy with heavy construction activity.Luckily this should be completed very soon.It did not stop our enjoyment because we didn’t stay in the flat during the day.

− There are two separate single beds and of course you can join them but it’s uncomfortable in the middle

+ A comfortable, well equipped appartament, great for a couple. Cosy, very clean, has a nice kitchen and washing mashine. One balcony, one closed terrace with a hammock and a big rooftop terrace with great views. Very close to the waterfront with restaurants, easy to park a car close by. Great contact with a host. A cafe on the ground floor.

− You can hear the cafe in the ground floor in the evening, but it closes around 22-23 and it's very quiet at night.

We felt lucky to find this incredible apartment!

+ - Fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge and freezer - Very spacious and bright apartment - The roof terrace has two sides for both sunrise and sunset! - Hammock area - Great shower - Super clean - Plenty of storage space in the bedroom - Effective air conditioning fan in the bedroom - Hose pipe for rinsing of wetsuits/surfboards/beach stuff - Quiet street (the bar/cafe directly next door closes at 11pm) - Possibility to park right outside the entrance - Supermarket right around the corner - Close to beaches of El Cotillo - Value for money is outstanding! - Straightforward and easy communication with the host

− The apartment has two single beds (we understand that the host is keeping options open for renting for two friends) so we just pushed them together. It wasn't a problem for us at all, but others might not like it.
