À éviter car annulation 1 jour avant mon arrivée en plein mois d’août !

− J’ai été prévenu 1 jour avant mon arrivée en plein moins d’août que l’appartement n’était plus disponible car il avait été surbooké. Je vous laisse imaginer mon état et la recherche d’une autre solution au même prix ! En l’appelant après avoir appris cette nouvelle, elle me dit que c’était la faute de Booking. Bien évidemment que non ! « Celle-ci avait booké l’appartement en février à des personnes via un autre site puis à moi ». Il faut juste bien s’organiser à travers un planning de réservation ! Cela faisait plusieurs semaines que je parlais avec la propriétaire. Elle a donc eu une longue période pour annuler ma réservation. Pourquoi accepter et laisser son appartement sur des sites une fois qu’il a déjà été réservé ? Elle s’est à peine voire pas excusée puis à reporté la faute sur le site. Ne prenez donc pas le risque !

Très bon séjour dans une ville formidable !

+ Logement bien situé. Les déplacements peuvent se faire à pied, entre le Centre et la Plage (30 min) ou en bus. L'hôte est très sympathique et facile à joindre. Un très beau séjour dans cette ville où il fait bon vivre :-)

Buen departamento grande y equipado

+ El departamento era grande y muy bien equipado.

− Muy distante del centro y de la playa.

+ Very spacious property, big enough for 4-5 people,clean,in an authentic area,30 min on foot from the city beach

− It's not new,but good value for money

+ L'appartamento era molto spazioso, pulito e con tutte le necessità a disposizione, perfino lo sdraio per il mare. Nelle vicinanze ben rifornito di caffetterie, ristoranti e supermercati

− Un po' la distanza dal centro e dalla spiaggia, colmato durante il giorno dai mezzi pubblici,ma alla sera, dopo le 22:30, l'unica soluzione per rientrare oltre a camminare, erano il taxi o Uber

− The principal bedroom doesn’t have a big bed, as they show on the photos. There are just two single beds place together. The blankets and all the cloth of the single beds are separate.

Relaxing 2 week break in Alicante

+ Kate went out of her way to ensure we were welcomed even though it was after 1am. The apartment is an easy walk to the centre of town plus there are lots of cafes and restaurants within a 10 minute walk. The apartment was clean and comfortable.

Disappointing

− The bed sheets and towels were smelly with hair on them. We found 3 cockroaches during our stay there. Late or no response to messages from the property owner.

+ It was nice and clean but the beds in the bedrom was very uncomfortable to sleep on it to single beds stuck together :(
