Ideal. A pie de playa, ambiente tranquilo y buen precio

− Quizás tema de productos de limpieza e higiene de baño por decir algo

+ La résidence est parfaitement placée c est la seconde fois que nous réservons. Celui ci était vraiment idéal au.milieux du jardin. Tout était prévu en terme d équipement, bonne literie. Tres bonne communication avec la propriétaire. Nous reviendrons !

Apartamento de batalla en la playa

− Cómo una opinion constructiva para la mejora del espacio, sobretodo el salón/cocina. La distribución del salón, se puede mejorar mucho, el espacio a través de algunas repisas en la zona de la cocina, y poner allí el microondas,para dejar mas espacio en la encimera y también serviría para el menaje de la cocina, copas, vasos etc, el mueble del salón ocupa demasiado espacio, es muy alto, se puede reducir y ganar confort, con menos altura y anchura, la puerta de entrada al abrir, tropieza con la tele, tendría solución adecuando bien las estructuras, para que no parezca un rompecabezas, con unos pocos movimientos y con poca inversión se puede hacer mucho mas confortable y espaciosos.

+ El apartamento está muy bien. Fácil aparcamiento. Lo más que nos gustó es el acceso directo a la playa. Es un pequeño paraíso. Hay muchos restaurantes en el pueblo. Un lugar ideal para descansar y desconectar del estrés. El contacto con la persona encargada ha sido perfecto. Volveremos.

+ Mały apartament, nieopodal plaży. Wygodne łóżko i zdecydowanie mniej wygodna kanapa. Zaopatrzony we wszystko co trzeba, bardzo dużym udogodnieniem była pralka. Bardzo dobra baza wypadowa dla zwiedzania północnej części wyspy.

− Komunikacja z właścicielami pozostawia dużo do życzenia. Na pytania w języku angielskim otrzymywaliśmy odpowiedź w języku hiszpańskim. Tak trochę drętwo, żadnej reakcji na smsa z podziękowaniem za pobyt. Na powitanie nie czekała nas nawet butelka wody...

− El apartamento es antiguo y requiere reforma. Las toallas y sabanas también deberían renovarse ya que eran muy antiguas.

− Not enough hot water for shower. Bed very hard. Worn and a bit tired. It was adequate.

+ The property is located right by the ocean, well-equipped, in an exceptionally beautiful area. I highly recommend it:)

Traumhafter Strandurlaub

+ Wir haben die direkte Strandlage genossen und, dass es am Rande von El Cotillo liegt. Es war wirklich alles da, was man braucht und die Waschmaschine war wirklich hilfreich.

− Das Bett ist super bequem, aber etwas zu kurz für Menschen, die größer als 180 sind. Das ist keine Kritik, sondern eher ein Hinweis, damit die Nächte im Urlaub erholsam sind.

+ It was an easy walk to restaurants and other facilities. Also was so close to the beach - very very relaxing

− sand was trailed into the apartment - but that was our fault and not difficult to sweep up!!

+ La posizione, veramente a due passi dalla spiaggia. Tranquillità e puoi visitare il centro del paese a piedi.

− Doccia con tenda e acqua calda veramente limitata. Da rivedere la pulizia della camera

+ La posizione sicuramente è davanti alla spiaggia, peccato che dalla porte e finestre il mare non si vede proprio ma vi trovare le scale degli altri appartamenti. La casa è molto fresca, abbiamo dormito con la coperta. C'è lo stendino e lavatrice. Pentole minimo indispensabile.

− Formiche minuscole ovunque. In bagno c'era uno strano odore. Ci hanno rubato le scarpe fuori dalla porta il primo giorno, purtroppo dietro lo stabile ormai datato e ai limiti dell'abbandono ci sono roulotte con zingari che vagano per tutta la zona. Niente per il bagno , nemmeno un sapone. Una scopa malandata e nessun detergente per pulire. Solo il sale per la cucina e qualche spezia lasciata da qualche ospite, ma nulla di piu. Servizi 0. Nessun contatto con l'host, neanche quando siamo andati via. Solo dopo il furto, ci ha detto di parlare con il custode ( CHE NON ESISTE). Senza parole. Ah, c'era una piscina VUOTA. Non funzionante da chissà quanto.

+ Wir sind zum zweiten Mal in dieser Anlage, hatten jedoch zuvor ein anderes Appartement. Wir lieben diese Lage direkt am Strand. Man hört in der Nacht nur das Meer und Palmen rauschen. Dieses Appartement ist immer gut im Schatten und angenehm kühl- auch die Terrasse. Es gibt hier alles, was man braucht: die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, im Bad ist genug Platz und sogar eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Alles war blitzsauber und hat nach frischer Wäsche geduftet. Supermärkte und Restaurants sind in der Nähe. Die Strände sind wunderschön hier!

Lovely simple flat close to sea, quiet and shady.

+ V close to beach, comfortable double bed. Area very quiet and cannot hear the current building works. WiFi works.

− Sofa has no arms, shower a bit slippery but have fed this back re getting a bath mat. Minor issue but worth noting, this side is shady so the balcony doesn’t catch the sun. I think this would be great in summer for the cool but in winter is not so great.

Really enjoyed our stay - being so close to the beach made it for us.

+ Loved the location. The bed was comfortable.

− Little bit tired. Table and lamp broken. Fridge door didn’t shut properly. Broken glass in cupboard. Terrace didn’t get any sun so hard to dry clothes.

+ I've been visiting El Cotillo for nearly 20 years, the location of this property is one of the best in the village... right on the beautiful Los Lagos del Cotillo! The apartment complex is quiet and very family friendly, a great place to relax and enjoy the beach. There has been more development nearby in recent years which means there are plenty of shops and restaurants less than a few minutes walk away. The apartment was very clean and had all of the essentials including towels, the host made it very easy for us to check-in. We will definitely be back!

+ The place, the sunset, the calm.

− I have to say that for a family i think is a must to have the Hoover, and/or a small dishwasher. Having to remove the sand with a broom 300 times for a fortnight is really annoying (besides, even a sub-brand hoover (30/40 Euro), is more effective). Yes, all we need is the sun and the see, and the place is wonderful, that's have no price, I know! But a hoover or better a small dishwasher help a lot to relax, when you have children 😸 That's obviously my opinion and a little suggestions to improve the quality of the stay 😊
