Wunderbare Lage, komfortable Wohnung, und das Preis-Leisingsverhältnis top!

+ Das Casa Checa 4 ist einfach herrlich. Ein Schlafzimmer für 2, ein kleines Bad, ein Wohnraum mit angeschlossener Küche - sauber, toll ausgestattet und super unkompliziert. Es ist sehr nah zur Küste, alle Geschäfte und Restaurants sind in ca. 5 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar und ich mochte die persönliche Note sehr (eine kleine Bibliothek in verschiedenen Sprachen zum Beispiel).

− Ich fand alles gut, könnte mir allerdings vorstellen, dass es im Sommer bei geöffneten Fenstern auch nachts noch etwas lauter werden kann, da sich gegenüber dem Haus ein großer Platz befindet, sowie der Bar, die im übernächsten Haus ihre Terrasse nach vorn hat. Ich finde allerdings, dass das eher charmant ist - für sehr geräuschempfindliche Schläfer vielleicht nicht ideal.

+ La posizione è molto buona, a due passi dal centro e dalla spiaggia.

− Tra le cose che hanno pesato di più sulla nostra vacanza c’è sicuramente il fatto che in tutto l’appartamento è possibile aprire solo due piccole finestre in salotto…in camera da letto c’è una finestra ma da nelle scale interne dell’appartamento, in bagno non ci sono finestre e salotto/cucina la porta finestra è bloccata, non c’è modo di aprirla perché a detta del proprietario è rotta, si possono aprire solo le due piccole a lato, ma è un po’ poco per un intero appartamento! Oltretutto siamo rimasti senz’acqua corrente per mezza giornata, è venuta a mancare dal pomeriggio fino alla mattina seguente…è stato un disagio non potersi fare la doccia e non poter lavare i piatti. In più tutte le stoviglie e le pentole a disposizione nella casa sono rovinate e sporche, per non parlare delle padelle antiaderenti che sono tutte rigate! L’appartamento alla sera diventa piuttosto freddino.

Gemütlich, zentral und hell.

+ Sehr schöne Lage mitten in El Cotillo. Blickrichtung Sonnenaufgang über einen Spiel- und Fitnessplatz hinweg. 2 Gehminuten zum neuen, 4 zum alten Hafen. Von der Dachterrasse (mit Liege, Grill, Tisch und Stühlen) überblickt man den gesamten Ort bis zum Meer und zum Leuchtturm. Gemütlich, hell und komplett ausgestattet, man merkt, dass die Vermieterin zeitweise selbst hier wohnt. Küchenzeile mit Toaster, Mikrowelle und Wasserkocher. Waschmaschine im Dachgeschoss. Bequemes Bett und Kopfkissen.

− Das Sofa hat die beste Zeit schon hinter sich, war aber erstaunlich bequem. Fenster müssten gewartet werden.

+ In the centre of the village. 2 mins from beach, harbour. Loads of on street parking. First floor, overlooking a little park then the hills to the south in the distance. Rooftop terrace was great for sunsets, and you can see the sea from up there. Handy having a washing machine up there too.

− Possibly could do with a few more utensils in the kitchen, but that was very minor. It’s a simple apartment, everything you need for a relaxing beach holiday.

+ Lovely flat, in a great location on the edge of the village. We've stayed in El Cotillo several times, but this will be our first choice property from now on.

We had a very pleasant time and one of the neighbours were friendly and very helpful.

+ Location and the terrace.

− The "window" in the bedroom which did not have adn adequate curtain to block out the light and so our sleep was very disturbed. No soap provided for the shower, and no where to put the soap or shampoo when having a shower. Property slightly dated - no USB plugs, though not a major problem. It is a property of its time.

+ This was best localisation on Fuerta as sunsets in El Cotillo are spectacular. The apartment had everything we needed and it was very home feeling, and beautiful furnished.

− Look out for terrace doors as they are sliders and it wasn't clear at the start

+ The location was good for me as I love to practise yoga and the studio is one minute away, but it was a bit further to the beach so I didnt go there as much as usual. It was also very near to some nice restaurants and the supermarket

− It is always really hard arriving late and the supermarkets closing, so getting water is a problem. I would like it if Hosts provided a large bottle (8 litres) in the apartment, as it is really heavy to carry this on foot when you are tired from the travel. Sometimes there was a lot of noise outside from people playing loud music whilst exercising in the outdoors gym., I also hated all the smoking outside the nearby bar, as it pollutes the street. Outside smoking should be made illegal! And dog owners should pick up their dog mess in a dog poo bag like we have to do in the UK!!

+ Location is perfect. Just In front of the house nice fitness at open space. Supermarket nearby and of course the village center and the sea . apartment itself nice decorated and you feel like at home with all necessary things
