Maravilloso

+ Todo estuvo excelente, el Sr. Jeff muy atento y amable, el estudio muy cómodo y agradable, las instalaciones en perfectas condiciones y cómodas, la ubicación inmejorable esta a 2 calles de la playa y de un parque con restaurantes a su alrededor que hizo de mi noche inolvidable.

− Recomendable 100% sin duda

+ O locație liniștită,aproape de plajă,de supermarketuri! Toate facilitățile la îndemână! Gazda dispusă la dialog oricând și cu reacție de răspuns rapidă la toate solicitările! Vom reveni cu plăcere de fiecare dată!

+ ENCANTADA con el estudio.....pequeño , completo, limpio .. ideal para dos personas . Nerja ,súper bonita..un trozo de paraíso , fuimos la última semana de Mayo...LO RECOMIENDO !

− the owner's very "not bothering", ignoring atitude, the bed system which demanded special strength to manage (with no information beforehand!) , lack of written information about the equipment, tv, etc Very little space in the kitchen to move around,( the bathroom : shower with water running out over att area. ) Do not recommend for elderly or a bit overweight guests!!

+ Ideale locatie tov centrum. Heel proper, prachtig zicht op de zee. Hartelijk ontvangst met alle uitleg betreffende appartement. Makkelijk contact met eigenaar.

+ Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Waschmaschine ist für einen längeren Aufenthalt perfekt. Besonders toll sind auch der Blick auf das Meer und die Nähe zum Strand!

− Da vi så på bildene, så det ut som det var balkong. Det var det ikke. Vi skjønte heller ikke at senga foldet seg over sofaen da den ble brettet ned fra veggen. Fin utsikt.

+ Lovely modern apartment great to have washing machine could pull back blinds and see the sea rooftop top area to put washing out n few old sun beds to lie on

Very good value for money with an excellent location.

+ Location was excellent. The design of the studio room was ingenious. It really was clean. We had everything we needed in theory. The owner had provided a few cleaning products. There was plenty of space to hang clothes. The owner was very helpful and responded to problems like providing an iron. The kitchen was well equipped. The exterior blinds were superb for blocking out street lighting. They had provided ample towels and bed linen. The heating was excellent and there were days when we needed it. Provided a reliable internet and the TV worked well.

− The kitchen was cramped and it was difficult to get food out of the oven. I got burnt on a few occasions. I am very small and I struggled so I am not sure how someone bigger than me would operate. However there was enough equipment in the kitchen and perhaps a bit of thought about redesign might help. The hob kept going off in the middle of cooking. The dining area was uncomfortable. We ciuldn't use the high chairs. There were issues with condensation/ water leakage.

− A bit pricey but Spain is getting expensive just like all other places in Europe. But still cheaper than many other countries

Estancia agradable.

+ Todo! El estudio estaba muy limpio, ordenado, y con todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia agradable. Los dueños son muy atentos . Y la ubicación es perfecta, en el centro, cerca de todo lo más interesante de Nerja!

Confortevole soggiorno a Nerja

+ Abbiamo soggiornato qui 7 notti a fine Giugno 2025. Il monolocale è adatto a single e coppie senza troppe aspettative. Ottima posizione in quanto si trova vicino alle spiagge principali, al famoso Balcón de Europa ed al capolinea Alsa (noi non avevamo la macchina). Abbiamo apprezzato la presenza dell'aria condizionata, del ventilatore a soffitto e dell'ascensore (in quanto l'appartamento si trova al quinto piano). Non abbiamo mai utilizzato la cucina ma sembrava essere completa di tutto (piastra induzione, tostapane, macchina caffè, microonde, forno, pentole, stoviglie varie, ecc ecc). C'è perfino la lavatrice e un comodo terrazzo comune con fili e mollette per stendere. Il wifi funzionava bene. Il primo giorno abbbiamo avuto un problema con il doccino ma Jeffrey si è reso subito disponibile a sistemarlo.

− Bagno senza finestra. Scarico del piatto doccia non perfettamente funzionante. Essendo un appartamento purtroppo non c'è possibilità di lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out (alle ore 11). Per rendere più confortevole il soggiorno si potrebbe pensare di aggiungere un asciugamano "extra" da lasciare in bagno esclusivamente per le mani, una pastiglia una o boccetta di detersivo per lavatrice ed altre piccole accortezze che sarebbero molto utili a chi viaggia in aereo :)

Estancia cómoda para un fin de semana

+ La cama era cómoda, el apartamento tiene buenas vistas y en general tiene de todo.

− Las sábanas estaban sucias y con manchas. La atención no fue especialmente buena.

Relaks w Nerja.

+ Idealna lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko, a zarazem spokojna okolica. Wygodne łóżko. Łazienka z pralką. Piękne widoki z okna, oraz z tarasu na dachu. Idealny na kilka dni dla pary.

Small , bright very cosy well equipped with stunning view!

+ Small but cosy and very bright, this well equipped studio has a stunning view! The kitchen area is small but has everything you need to prepare your own meals! This studio is in the center of everything, very close to the beach, on a side street with small markets close by. It is on the 5th floor, there is a elevator, good wifi, good water pressure, fan and air con! We very much enjoyed our stay and would rent this studio once again if we are in Nerja!

− Be advised that there is a inwall bed that needs to be closed during the day to enjoy the space in the living room( We found it very confortable and very easy to open and close!) As many places in Spain, the apartment is not 100% sound proof but we still slept very well.
