Veldig bra

+ Bra hotel med perfekt beliggenhet og kjempegod frokost. Eneste minus, vi syns det var litt for trangt om plassen til frokost og litt mye skygge rundt om bassengområdet. Var dermed få senger å velge i om man vil sole seg. Ellers alt helt topp.

+ Complex was very clean and well maintained..the staff was really polite and helpful..definitely will be returning next year..had a wonderful time there Many thanks to everyone

Huoneistot altaiden ympärillä

+ Huoneemme oli yläkerroksessa mutta remontoimaton. Huone oli vanhan aikainen. Kylpyhuoneessa oli paljon sokeritoukkia. Allas alue oli kiva. Sijainti oli loistava.

Lagos de fantastico !!!

+ Check in was very simple,quick and everything explained clearly and simply. The room was very spacious with literally everything you could ever need. Even 4 complimentary small bottles of water and a bottle of sparkling wine in the fridge waiting for you. The location is great within a short walk to the beach and plenty of very good local restaurants. Also not far to walk to connect with all major bus routes. The pool area was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was both very good and plentiful with a wide selection to suit all tastes. For me,the only negative was the comfort of the bed but thats pretty normal for holiday hotels. All in all,i would still rate it very highly.

+ An absolutely beautiful and relaxing place to vacation at. The staff was great the room was amazing and the pool was incredible. The location couldn't have been better. Highly recommend and will for sure stay again if/when we return to Tenerife.

Estancia Lagos de Fañabe

+ Me gustó la estancia, la habitación impecable, las instalaciones estaban bastante bien, la comida había variedad y muy buena, el trato del personal agradable. A los niños les gustó mucho.

+ Great modern accomodation, close to everything,

+ Very good location, in close proximity to the seafront, restaurants, shops and activities. The grounds are very well maintained - most of the properties are undergoing refurbishment it seems, and they look very fresh. There are several entry points to the apartments, which is very convenient. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with a nice balcony facing with sea view. It would have been nice to equip the apartment with some "Basics" such as dish soap, salt, pepper etc - there is absolutely nothing in it, so be prepared to buy everything even for a short stay. There was supposed to be heated pool, but both pools were equally cold - it would have been nice if one of them were heated as it wasn't warm enough to bathe in either. There is also little control over people "reserving" lounge chairs in the pool area with towels and then going off to do something else (mostly breakfast), only to return hours later. There aren't that many loungers, so it would be great if this was better checked by the staff. Overall, I would definitely recommend this structure.

+ Fabulous complex, very small. Great apartment though could do with a couple of small things like a bread knife/sharp knife and a teapot! The sheets and towels were changed a bit too regularly for me, so not that environmentally friendly. All staff very polite and happy to help.

+ Nice place. Apartment had everything we needed. Grounds are maintained and the security is good. Short stroll to the beach and lots of shops, restaurants and bars nearby. The only fault was selfish idiots putting their towels on the sun beds and leaving them empty for the best part of the day. I know this isn’t the hotel’s fault, it’s just stupid people but it is frustrating when you want sun bed and there are 20 lying empty but “reserved”.

+ Location was excellent, only meters from beach, restaurants, supermarket and shops. Overall the accommodation was great, lovely gardens and pools and although was looking a bit tired and rundown on arrival, things were being tidied, painted and fixed up during our stay. They have afterall had a hard time of it recently. We only had breakfast in the restaurant which had good choice and was fine. Overall a great resort with a nice feel.

+ Para el check in habia una cola de 45 minutos, en interior, sin distancia de seguridad, dado que habia sólo una persona atendiendo a pesar de ser el primer día festivo de semana santa. Tuvimos que pedir varias veces las cosas que faltaban en la habitación (cuna, cubo de la basura, toallas, sabanas...) Habia hormigas. El agua de la piscina estaba helada, incluso la infantil. Lo bueno, que el apartamento estaba nuevito, con ventiladores, y la terraza amplia. cocina bien equipada aunque sin cosas de limpieza (estropajo, lavavajillas, bayeta, paño)

Renové et à proximité immédiate de la plage

+ Bel ensemble d’appartements à proximité immédiate de la plage et au calme (contexte Covid ?) Chambres rénovées et bien équipées. Un beau point de départ pour les excursions ou la plage.

+ An sich eine schöne Anlage, aber leider hat der Zimmerservice an 5 von 7 Tagen nicht funktioniert trotz mehrmaliger Anmahnung. Und leider muss man für alles extra bezahlen (Frühstück, Zimmersafe und Parkhaus). Aber die Lage ist absolut Top und die Zimmer sehr gross und gut eingerichtet (bis auf die Couch, die ziemlich am Ende war in unserem Zimmer.

+ Con la ola de calor, nos proporcionaron a nuestra petición un ventilador para el dormitorio. Se hace necesario que tuvieran aire acondicionado en los apartamentos. Hacía más fresco en el exterior a la sombra, que en el interior de los apartamentos 😓

+ The food served was o.k. The property is packed at its limits, some of the bungalows are quite old but very clean. Thumbs up for the friendly staff.

+ The resort is located right at the beach in close proximity of many restaurants. I don‘t like the fact that dinner does not even includes water. All drinks cost extra.

+ Me sentí relajada en todo momento. Me hubiera gustado poder tener acceso al spa pero dadas las circunstancias actuales , pude descansar difrutando de la tranquilidad del establecimiento y de la piscina

Charmig pool

+ Fint rum och härligt miljö. Litet poolområde men charmigt. Dock obekväma sängar.

+ Fint opphold med badebarna. Godt renhold. Solid frokost.

Great place for some winter sun

+ Beautiful complex ,well maintained and very clean the meandering pools round the complex are so pretty . The staff were very attentive . You could not be any closer to Fañabé Beach . We had a spacious villa (1024) with views of the beach and we even had key access to the main promenade walk way . We stayed bed and breakfast only there was plenty of choice and more than good enough all inclusive is an option but there are so many lovely restaurants to chose from it would be shame to miss out on them would definitely return there

Bästa läget!

+ Lagos de Fanabe har bra och varierat poolområde och perfekt läge vid stranden. Bra frukost, bra wifi och många restauranger runt om. Kanon tycker vi som nu varit där 7 gånger och skall dit igen. Boka Gold.

Dejligt hotel med virkelig god beliggenhed

+ Dejligt hotel der lå helt centralt, dog lidt slidt men det fungerede fint til sol og afslapning, som var det vi kom efter. Vi havde den skønneste udsigt over vandet. Kan anbefales at få en Gold lejlighed. Poolen var ikke så stor men det var fint på denne tid af året, den var ikke overfyldt trods størrelsen. Dejlig strand og fin stemning på strandpromonaden

Lovely hotel in perfect location

+ The location is fantastic. Everything is walking distance. The beach is just two minutes walk, plenty shops and great restaurants around. Food in the hotel ok, could have done with more variety. Overall enjoyed our stay in this pretty and cosy hotel.

+ Bra läge, nära till allt, bra stränder, många olika matställen och aktiviteter. På hotellet var personalen hjälpsamma och trevliga.

Sehr schöne Anlage in Strandnähe.

+ Die ganze Anlage ist von einer Poollandschaft durchzogen, mit vielen grünen Inseln und Palmen bepflanzt, viele Appartements in den oberen Stockwerken sind frisch renoviert und haben Meerblick. Letztes Jahr hatten wir eines von diesen und das war sehr schön. Dieses Jahr waren wir im Erdgeschoss einquartiert und vorallem Schlaf- und Badezimmer waren sehr klein, winzig. Die Ausstattung des Badezimmers ist schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und die Duschkabine dermassen undicht, dass nach dem Duschen Pfützen auf dem Badboden waren. Das Frühstücksbüffet war, wenn auch etwas fantasielos, so doch ok. Das Mittagsbuffet etwa ebenso, leider wurden die Speisen wahrscheinlich zu lange warm gehalten, dadurch waren Fleisch und Huhn meist etwas trocken, Fischgerichte etwas lieblos zubereitet (Fischtranchen mitsamt Gräten) alles geschmacklich ok bis gut. Das Hotel ist nur von der Uferpromenade von einem grossen ca. 1,5 - 2km langen Sandstrand getrennt.

+ Op korte termijn geboekt, had een kamer nodig. Perfect geregeld via Expedia. Personeel was zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk.

Shoved into another hotel on arrival!

+ Lagos de Fanabe looks like a lovely resort. HOWEVER, having booked through expedia we arrived to be checked into the hotel next door. We complained but were told that the hotel we booked was full so we had been moved next door and there was nothing they could do about it. Los Olivos next door is a serviceable enough resort but a very different style and much less exclusive. Our unit had a broken door lock, tiles coming up off the floor, the stair rail falling off, the plaster exposed, sofa broken, laminate peeling off the table - the list goes on. Needless to say we were not happy and pursued the matter with management and expedia. We did ultimately get SOME of our money back but not enough to make the experience worthwhile. It became very evident during our stay, and talking to staff that this was not a one-off "error" as others were in the same situation. Interestingly, you could still book 3 rooms at Lagos de Fanabe for the same nights we were there and being told it was "fully booked". I suspect very strongly that the management are selling rooms at the very nice Lagos de Fanabe resort and just moving people to the resort next door when this gets full - if you really kick up stink they give you an upgrade to all inclusive/free sun-lounger on the beach/partial refund down to the value of the lesser resort - either way, they win! Reception are slow. From what we saw, Lagos de Fanabe is a very nice resort but there's no guarantee that you'll end up staying in it
