A stylish, charming hotel in a fantastic location, I absolutely loved my stay.

+ Excellent location, right in the heart of Lisbon. I absolutely loved the hotel’s style, interior design and atmosphere, very tasteful and full of character. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and always very helpful.

− The street can get quite lively and noisy in the evening, which is understandable given the central location. The windows provide good sound insulation, although they don’t block out everything. Surprisingly, though, despite being quite sensitive to noise, I slept extremely well, the room was so comfortable and the bed so good that it really wasn’t an issue for me.

Parfaite halte au coeur de Lisbonne

+ L'hotel est très bien situé, au coeur de Lisbonne avec un bon rayonnement. L'accueil y est chaleureux. Ils ont gentiment accepté de garder nos valises avant et après notre séjour. Un malentendu au sujet du petit déjeuner a été résolu, le gérant nous a gracieusement offert notre premier petit déjeuner. Il y a moyen de poser des questions par WhatsApp auxquelles Francisco répond très gentiment en français. Quand nous reviendrons à Lisbonne, nous reviendrons dans cet hôtel.

Great location, trendy hotel

+ Brilliant location in the centre of Chiado - truly felt the buzz of Lisbon staying there. Hotel was modern, neat and clean as was the room we stayed in.

− One reason we chose the hotel was for the rooftop bar - turns out it was closed! No idea how long for too. It would be good for 9Hotel to mention this but it’s a small comment.

+ We loved the location, the modern and clean interior, the comfortable beds and having an espresso pod machine in our room. Every single staff member we interacted with were excellent!

− Our room air conditioner was very loud and noisy. We needed ear plugs to sleep. The shower glass is too small and you end up wetting the whole bathroom floor. Bad design. The man that checked us in had the personality of a peanut. Could hardly understand him he spoke so quiet and was hardly explaining things. shouldn’t be working at a hotel reception.

+ Muy buen hotel. Eccellente ubicación para ir a todos lados. Que este sobre calle que paran autos en la puerta es de mucha comodidad para llegar e irse con maletas. La habitación que me toco al frente excelente, amplia cómoda y excelente baño. Tutti los dias pedí la limpieza y todo muy bien. El personal muy atento. Tienes agua de cortesía al ingresar y siempre cafe tanto en la habitación como en la recepción sin costo. Nada malo para decir.

− Nada salvo que quizas, por el costo quizás el desayuno debería estar incluido.

Weekend lungo a Lisbona!

+ Hotel situato in una posizione perfetta sia per visitare il Barrio Alto che per accedere alla Baixa. La nostra camera era nuova ed arredata con gusto. Il personale è stato gentilissimo e pronto ad accogliere ogni nostra richiesta. Consigliatissimo per un soggiorno a Lisbona.

− Room was small compared to the pictures. Electric sockets not easy accessible to charge near the beds. Un usual bedroom layout. Lobby area too small. Construction noise early morning

+ Good location - metro nearby, a lot of beautiful places to see. Stuff is really friendly and helpful. We also had coffee machine in our room and the coffee from it was very tasty.
