AC Hotel by Marriott Nice

+ I loved how close the hotel was to the beach, and the rooftop was amazing. I loved being able to lounge by the pool.

Tolle Lage in einem nüchternen Stadthotel

+ Top Lage in zweiter Reihe vom Meer, damit auch kein Lärm. Die Dachterrasse ist schön und das Restaurant dort am Abend cool und feines Essen. parking im Keller ist perfekt

− Das Haus von aussen ist schrecklich und so sind die Zimmer von der Einrichtung her, alles ist aber zweckmässig

− non respect des touristes dans les couloirs au niveau du bruit matin et soir petit déjeuner à revoir en qualité

A place with unmet potential

+ Staff were friendly and helpful. Location very close to the beach.

− Rooms were tired and not well maintained. Our room was dark with minimal natural light. Parts of the toilet fixtures were broken. Aircon wasn’t working in our room though staff moved us to a new room promptly. Pool area is quite small and crammed with limited sun-bed availability at times. No food service by the pool after 3pm. Overall not worth the spend - better off spending less and getting value for money or spending a little more for something luxe. This place misses the mark.

− Windows do not open, there is no balcony, therefore, very poor ventilation and lack of air, no place to dry your swimming shorts after beach, tiny rooms, the shower is open with no shower cubicle, so no matter how carefully you shower, water is then everywhere in the bathroom.

Overall, our stay was disappointing and did not meet the standards we expected from a 4-star hotel.

− Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing, especially considering that this is a 4-star hotel. The room was extremely small for two adults and a baby, and the bed was also too small for us. There was no balcony, which made it very difficult to dry and organize our clothes. The bathroom had no window, and the door was not a proper door, which offered very little privacy. The swimming pool was also much smaller than expected, with only a few sunbeds available, so it was difficult to find a place to relax. Breakfast was another disappointment. There was very little choice and, in our opinion, it was definitely not what we would expect from a 4-star hotel. The hotel also has only one restaurant, and the menu offered just 4–5 choices, which made dining there quite limiting, especially when staying for several days. Overall, we expected a much higher standard from a 4-star hotel and unfortunately would not consider this hotel good value for money.

+ Veldig god frokost som ble inntatt på takterrassen. Gid utsikt!

− Treningsrommet var ikke særlig imponerende og det trekker ned på vurderingen. Treningsrom er viktig for meg og en av grunnene til at jeg bestilte på dette hotellet.

+ The location is very good and the rooms are small but comfortable

− We were disappointed with the roof top restaurant, we stayed here last year & really enjoyed having a drink& eating here so we booked the same hotel. We enjoyed a meal on the first evening but then could not get a table for the next 3 evenings, we did book but were given a table at the back by the toilet so didn’t stay as there are lots of other places to eat. We did not feel welcome sadly& received very poor customer service except from lovely Lola so after 3 attempts, we went out to other restaurants instead.

+ Perfect location. Staff super friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed. Clean room, and cleaned every day. Beautiful rooftop pool area and bar. Amazing valet parking.

− Fairly minor details - but would have made this a 10/10 perfect stay. Rooftop staff were very friendly, but now always very proactive about attending to waiting customers, especially round the pool. Bed & Mattress was huge and super comfortable but the duvet & pillows wasn’t weren’t large enough fit it. Only two sockets in the room, not enough for chargers, straighter etc. Wardrobe was large but would be better with more shelves / drawers. Sometimes not enough towels available at pool.

Kurztrip nach Nizza

+ Gutes Hotel fast direkt am Strand. Zimmer komfortabel, sehr gutes Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse.. Dort befindet sich auch der kleine Poolbereich, welcher leider nicht viele Liegeflächen hat. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, Strand Nähe und auch alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe.

+ Самый опасный отель для проживания! Воруют вещи в номере, под прикрытием сотрудники отеля!Администрация не реагирует на происходящее в отеле и отказывается вызывать полицию!Мы заехали в 22:30, и пошли на ужин, после возвращения в номер в 00:30, обнаружили что наши все дорогоценные вещи и предметы гардероба, а также наличные средства были украдены!Мы сами вызвали полицию и составили протокол , в этом нам ни один сотрудник отеля не помог!Помле приезда полиции, были просмотрены камеры и определили, что номер «почистил» мужчина одетый в форме персонала отеля!Это просто ШОК!!!!!! Как в отеле такого уровня может происходит подобные ситуации?!!!! Администрация отеля отказывается компенсировать украденные вещи! Отпуск был испорчен и мы покинули отель раньше на 2 дня запланированого срока!

− Воруют вещи сотрудники отеля! Администрация покрывает это и не реагирует, не принимая никаких действий! Отказывается вызывать полицию и помогать своим гостям! Никому не желаю жить в этом опасном отеле!!!!!!

Dieser kurze Städtetrip an die Côte d‘ Azur hat uns sehr gut gefallen!

+ Die Dachterrasse (Rooftop) mit Restaurant, Bar, Pool und Liegen war schön. Frühstück, Speisen und Getränke waren reichlich und schmackhaft, das Personal überall sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, abends gab’s auf dem Dach Live-Musik (instrumental und gesanglich) guten Niveaus. Wasserspender kostenlos auf den Etagen, Fitnessraum, nett! Und die gute Lage, fast alles Spannende und Interessante war fußläufig erreichbar .

− Die verhältnismäßig hohen Zimmerpreise muss man wohl mögen, wenn man in Nizza gut untergebracht sein will. Ähnlichen Standard hatte ich in anderen Stadthotels schon günstiger.
