− Generally the apartment was clean throughout, unfortunately the floors inside and out were very dusty and dirty, we ended up with black feet.

+ Very comfortable and spacious apartment in well-maintained and managed private residential block. Quiet residential area, but less than 10 mins walk to town centre, including market, station and harbour. Easy road access to Sintra hills and Atlantic coast. Excellent Wi-Fi. Our host João was very welcoming, but discreet.

− No strong criticism. We were a party of 2 in a x6 apartment; so perhaps some more large mugs, and two more lounge chairs would be useful for a larger party. Shower unit very small (but other shower in bath fine).

+ Es una casa bastante grande , mucho mejor de lo que se ve en foto ! Camere de buen tamaño con un buen colchón en las letti , los bagni impolutos y de buen tamaño , la cocina muy bien equipada y grande y el salón también. Una estancia fenomenal, gracias a Jõao que fue super atento y muy amable

− La verdad que nos gustó todo , por poner algo malo que tampoco lo es , sería que las almohadas eran un poco bajitas para nosotros

− Etwas mehr Ausstattung wäre gut, Besonders negativ war die Lautstärke des Verkehrs. Haben daher wenig auf dem Balkon gesessen, der auch zum Essen mur für 4 Personen geeignet ist. Auch das Haus ist sehr hellhörig und nicht alle Bewohner halten sich an die Nachtruhe.

− Appartement kan wat gehorig zijn maar tussen 23.00 en 07.00 uur is het stil!

+ Świetny apartament w spokojnej okolicy. Trzy sypialnie i trzy łazienki idealne dla trzech par. Klimatyzacja w każdym pomieszczeniu. Bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia - zmywarka, pralka, kuchenka mikrofalowa, kuchnia gazowawa i wszystko czego potrzeba do przygotowania jedzenia. Apartament znajduje się na 2 piętrze, jest winda. Do nadmorskiej części Cascais i plaży można dotrzeć spacerkiem w 15 minut. Gospodarz bardzo przyjazny i pomocny, dobry kontakt był z nim. Szczerze polecam ten apartament.

+ Great accommodation just 15 minute walk from beach, bars, restaurant and supermarket. Very well equipped and spacious, insideandout. So much cutlery, crockery etc that you never need to wash up. Just load the dishwasher. Highly recommended.

− Temporary building work close by but that's not the accommodation fault.

Excellent apartment in Cascais, which is a beautiful part of the world.

+ From the moment we were collected from the train station, everything was excellent. João was very kind and friendly. The apartment is huge and has everything you need. The outside space and 3 bathrooms are a big bonus.

Good value for money and highly recommend.

+ The neighbourhood is quiet and safe. Daikin air conditioning in living / bed rooms are of good quality; so as the Borsch washing and dish washing machines. The apartment is spacious and bright. Our family of 4 have spent an enjoyable and cozy holiday, thank you the host Joao for accommodating our request and arranging the transfer to/ from the airport with a comfortable 6 seater and nice driver. There is a Auchan supermarket or superstore near the train station which provides all kind of food / house products. People around are friendly and decent.

− The only negative maybe a little walking is required to/ from the town centre but it only takes about 15mins downhill and we enjoyed the walk when the weather is good. This is a positive too as the apartment is away from the crowd, adding more tranqilness and know more about the Cascais city. We occasionally took taxi near the train station or town center (close to Burger King).
