Apartamento con Terraza en Eixample

+ Buena ubicación de las cosas

− Creo que hay información importante que debería estar indicada de forma más clara antes de reservar. En ningún momento vi que se trataba de un quinto piso sin ascensor (información que me dieron el mismo giorno del viaje), y además hay varios tramos de escaleras antes de llegar a la primera planta lo que hace que tu piso pase de ser el 5 a al 7, por lo que la altura. Esto puede ser bastante complicado si se viaja con personas mayores, niños o maletas pesadas. También me pareció poco clara la información sobre el check-in y la tasa turística. Se especifica el precio del check-in presencial, pero al elegir el auto check-in no queda claro da el principio que pueden existir otros pagos obbligatorios, te informan de esto cuando ya tiene la reserva lista y te fías que la opción gratuita segura siendo así hasta que te dicen que debes pagar por una tasa turística que en mi caso fueron 85€ Creo que simplemente deberían informar de estos aspectos de manera más visible para que el huésped pueda decidir con toda la información antes de reservar. No decir todo eso cuando ya estás por ir al viaje.

− Un sesto piano senza ascensore. Odore di muffa. Abbiamo dovuto fare noi il letto per i miei figli ( ho pagato per 4 persone). Mancanza di carta igienica e bagnoschiuma sufficienti. Li abbiamo dovuti comprare. Macchina del caffè senza caffè. Il condizionatore che perde acqua con un secchio per raccoglierla. La terrazza non è accessibile perché le porte finestre sono chiuse a chiave.

− Няма асансьор и до 5-тия етаж е тежичко, от климатика във всекидневната течеше вода и под него бяха сложили една кофа, стъклото на банята беше счупено,завивките бяха изцапани, дивана също беше силно замърсен,а възглавниците скъсани. Мазилката по стените беше напукана и падаше,имаше и един контакт,който беше счупен и си беше опасничко да включиш нещо в него.

В целом всё понравилось. Хозяин устранил недостаток по посуде очень быстро.

+ Отличное расположение, всё в пешей доступности. Шекарная терасса и современная бытовая теника.

− Не понравилось качество уборки, не хватало посуды в наличии для семьи из четырёх человек. Очень крутая лесница на практически 8-й этаж без лифта.

− Las sábanas y cobijas manchadas una cosa de locos. Solicite una tetera, el Tv estaba malo y me dieron una tetera oxidada y llena de agua horrible

− The apartment has good potential, but overall it feels like guest experience is not a priority. The bed was very uncomfortable. There were three of us, and one person chose to sleep on the floor while another used the sofa bed because the mattress was too uncomfortable. Basic amenities were also lacking. We were only provided with one toilet roll for a four-night stay for three people. When I asked about getting more, I was told it was part of a “welcome pack” and that we would need to buy additional supplies ourselves, which felt really disappointing given the price. - "What is in the apartment is part of a welcome pack, once it runs out you will have to buy more. Thank you!" The living room furniture also needs attention, particularly the sofa, which looked disgusting and very worn. The kitchen was poorly equipped, with only one mug, no cups and no proper set of cutlery (no forks). The check-in process was confusing. Communication was done via WhatsApp from an unknown contact, which looks suspicious when seeing it first time, and we were asked to pay an additional €30 for in-person check-in. It wasn’t clearly communicated that free key collection was available nearby, which could easily mislead guests. Luckily, I read that when booking our stay. The apartment is on the top floor with no elevator. This was mentioned in previous reviews, but it’s worth highlighting for anyone with mobility concerns.

Pessimo e assolutamente sconsigliato

− Partendo dall’inizio ci hanno detto che avremmo potuto lasciare le valigie e la spesa a casa prima che venissero effettuate le pulizie dell’appartamento ma al nostro ritorno sia la spesa che un caricabatterie originale della Apple dal costo di più di 20€ sono spariti, abbiamo cercato invano di contattare la struttura che per i seguenti 5 giorni non ci ha risposto, quindi se avessimo avuto un qualsiasi altro problema saremmo stati da soli, successivamente l’appartamento era prenotato per 4 persone ma gli asciugamani erano solo per 2 e il divano letto è stato lasciato chiuso lo abbiamo dovuto aprire noi e abbiamo dovuto metterci noi le coperte e le lenzuola, la pulizia dell’appartamento è ridicola, il divano sembra preso dalla discarica, se siete in più di due a farvi la doccia l’acqua sicuramente non sarà calda e 7 piani di scale sono insostenibili (di questo eravamo già al corrente ma dato il resto dell’esperienza non si accettano più nemmeno le scale) l’unica cosa positiva è il gran balcone ma non eravamo stati avvisati fosse adiacente alle finestre dell’appartamento accanto, l’unica cosa su cui sono stati puntuali e precisi i proprietari dell’appartamento è stato il check-out e i pagamenti per il resto esperienza pessima e assolutamente sconsigliata

+ Lokacija je odlična.

− Malo je reći da je stan slabo opremljen. Ni jedna viljuška, ni jedna čaša. Jedna šolja. Nikada bačene kutije od starih stvari u svakom ćošku. Frižider je smrdeo kao kuga, nismo smeli da ga otvaramo. Fen duva samo hladno. Klima (bilo je hladno napolju) ne greje. Grejnog tela nema. Nameštaj u raspadu, prljav. Buve nas izujedale na jednom kauču. Toalet papir jedan, najlošijeg kvaliteta. Terasa lepa, ali nema na šta da se sedne. Ceo stan se oseća na vlagu.

− there was just one glass to drink, just one roll of toilet paper, the hair dryer was broke and that’s really dangerous, and at last the coffee machine had no capsules and we couldn’t find the right ones in any supermarket.

Çok güzel bir aile tatili yaptık çocuklarımızla birlikte.

+ Ev tam fotoğraflardaki gibiydi, terasta oturmak çok keyifliydi. Herşeyi düşünmüşler aynı bir otel gibi. Minik şampuanlar sabunlar, birer çamaşır makinası bulaşık makinası tableti gibi temel şeyleri ayarlamışlardı. Eve girerken tertemiz kokuyordu, çarşaflar temizdi ve yerler yeni silinmişti. Her sorumuza hızlı yanıt alabildik, tüm çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi.

− Sadece asansör olmaması bizi biraz zorladı o da bebeğimiz olduğu için zorladı yoksa eski bir mimaride merdivenden çıkmak bile keyifliydi.

− No lift, so had to walk up lots of stairs.

− It supposed to have some basic things,like coffe,tea,sugar for welcoming guests etc.. And more light needed in the apartment.

Barcelona is great, this apartment is more than poor.

− The apartment wasn't really clean. The couch impossible to sit on, is simply dirty. The furniture so as everything poorly equiped and poorly maintained.

Apartamento no recomendable.

+ Artefactos elettricos en buenas condiciones. Sin embargo no recomiendo el hospedaje en este apartamento.

− Escaleras inseguras y pasa manos flojos. siempre oscuras de dia y noche, no se siente un ambiente confortable ni seguro. El Baño, el área de la ducha muy deteriorada, y mucho moho. La cama desajustada y el colchón vencido. Mueble, vencido. El apartamento tiene un olor a humedad. .

+ L’appartement est bien nettoyé et propre tout est nickel le seul souci c’est que l’appartement est au 5eme étage sans ascenseur ce qui est trés dure et l’emplacement ça va à part ça tout est bien

− L'appartamento si trova in 5. piano SENZA ASCENSORE, !! La pulizia è da rivedere, e il divano va sicuramente cambiato o almeno mettere un copridivano decente ... Cuscini stra usati, vecchi pieni di macchie...

complessivamente bene, peccato le tante scale, ma la nostra famiglia l'ha affrontata con entusiasmo

− non avevo letto da nessuna parte che l'appartamento si trovava al sesto piano senza ascensore. le cancellate per andare sul terrazzo erano chiuse a chiave e non siamo potuti uscire e goderci lo spazio

+ La ubicación.

− El apartamento es aceptable, pero ES ENGAÑOSO ofrecerlo sin informar que se trata de un QUINTO PISO SIN ASCENSOR. De haberlo sabido no lo alquilábamos. Por edad y salud ninguno de los tres estamos en condiciones para subir esas escaleras y lo hicimos porque no nos quedó otra alternativa. Trepar con las maletas cargadas fue una pesadilla, y todos los giornos tuvimos que organizarnos de manera de bajar y subir una sola vez.

− Aurcondioner doesn't work unhygiene to hot without windows terrece and when you try to contact the property person they can't reply your massages to bad experience in my whole life 6th floor without lift.

If the cleanliness and primary beauty treatment of the apartment is done, it is worth the price.

+ The location was great. You could walk everywhere (Park Güell, Sagrada Familia, Balloon Museum, Casa Mila, Casa Battlo, Barcelonata beach, Aquarium, zoo). The host was very friendly and helpful.

− Unfortunately, the cleanliness left much to be desired. There was a bit of mold in the bathroom, many things were not cleaned (oven, washing machine) and some things were broken (the parquet on the stairs leading to the balcony, the bathroom wall and the sofa-bed).
