Very disappointing

+ We stayed in this apartment for two weeks and booked it specifically because it was advertised as having two bedrooms. While the location is excellent and the main bed was very comfortable with nice, fluffy towels, unfortunately the apartment itself fell well short of expectations.

− The biggest issue was the air conditioning. When we arrived, the owner met us and the floor was already flooded because the AC unit had leaked. He mopped it up, placed a towel underneath it, and explained that it was due to the humidity, assuring us it would be fine and could be used 24 hours a day. Unfortunately, every single time we used the AC it leaked heavily. We had to keep a basin, mop bucket and towels underneath it throughout our entire stay. We reported the problem three separate times within the first four days. Each time we were told someone would come to fix it, but nobody ever did. We spent the full two weeks cleaning up water and trying to prevent the floor from flooding. The persistent water also seemed to worsen the ant problem. There were already ants in the apartment when we arrived, including some in one of the beds. By the end of our stay, the kitchen was covered in ants and we found ourselves regularly spraying, cleaning and mopping to keep them under control. The apartment also wasn't as clean as we expected. The bathroom, in particular, felt very run down and was in need of a thorough deep clean. The second bedroom was another major disappointment. Although the apartment is advertised as having one double bed and two single beds, the second bedroom is incredibly small. It contains one single bed, with the second bed stored underneath as a pull-out. If both beds were in use, there would be virtually no floor space left in the room. In our opinion, this apartment is simply not suitable for four guests despite being advertised as accommodating them. More importantly, the second bedroom has no air conditioning. It came with only a very small floor fan that was ineffective. After we requested another fan, the owner provided a larger standing fan, but even with that the room remained unbearably hot. Both of us tried sleeping there on separate occasions, but it was impossible due to the heat.

− La única pega que pondría es que el aire acondicionado solo está en el salón y a la habitación del fondo no llega el aire por lo que en esa habitación en verano no se es preferible no dormir, pero al tener un sofá cama en el salón suple este inconveniente

+ L'emplacement et le calme. Le (petit) extérieur terasse. L'agencement pratique du studio. Assez moderne et en même temps dans son jus.

− Le manque d'ustensiles/vaisselle...côté cuisine. Le manque d'entretien (réparations) de l'appartement. Le ménage pas top.

− Mimo informacji, ze obiekt udostepnia miejsce parkingowe, to miejsce było zajęte. Taka informacja powinna być aktualna na bieżąco.

+ Ein sehr aufmerksamer, freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Mitarbeiter, der immer schnellstmöglich uns aushalf.

− Ameisen in den Betten. Zu warm. Klimaanlage muss gewartet werden, bzw. eine zusätzliche Anlage gekauft werden.

− Materasso scomodo , da sostituire. Mancanza di asciugamani per il bidet e ganci per appendere asciugamani in bagno

+ Loistava sijainti vanhassa kaupungissa. Asunto sijaitsee hiljaisella ja rauhallisella kadulla. Kadun hälyäänet eivät juurikaan kuulu asuntoon. Lyhyt matka lähikauppaan ja bussipysäkille. Kaksi maluuhuonetta, keittiö sekä tilava olohuone. Kaikki palvelut mitä Booking.comin esitteessä luvattiin, olivat myös tarjolla huoneistossa.

− Porraskäytävä oli hieman ahdas ja suihkua piti säätää saadakseen sopivan lämpöistä vettä. Pieniä jaittoja.

+ Nada era un antro.

− Estaba muy sucio, las fundas nordicas sucias, el apartasmento muy viejo, no entiendo como en los tiempos que estamos se atreven a laquilar estos antros. Nos acostamo los 4 vestidos encima de la cama y al dia siguiente ni nos duchamos de sucia que estaba la ducha. Horrible!!!

+ El apartamento esta en muy buena zona, limpio y tal como se muestra en la descripción.

Céntrico pero mejorable

+ Il meglio del alloggio era la ubicación, a pocos pasos del centro histórico de Valencia y del paseo de Turia. El dueño amable, nos guardó el equipaje antes de marchar.

− El canapé de una habitación estaba roto (base suelta), había hormigas en el baño y gotera en el desagüe del lavabo. Una de las camas no era muy cómoda. Poco espacio de almacenaje (2 mesillas en cada habitación y una balda, no más). Había escaleras de acceso bastante empinadas. Tuvimos que pagar en MANO 60 EUROS MÁS (20 por giorno) por llevar a un niño mayor de 2 anni. No nos lo dijeron hasta 2 giornos antes de nuestra llegada.

+ Lokacija apartmaja je res dobra. Blizu vseh glavnih atraktivnosti. Trgovina v bližini. Apartma točno tak kot je na sliki!

séjour excellent

+ Appartement très fonctionnel. Décoration sympathique. La terrasse extérieure est un plus. Quartier assez silencieux.

− tuyau de douche sale. Manque Éclairage d'ambiance dans le séjour. Escalier d’accès au logement un peu étroit et raide.
