Ottima scelta a Mojacar

+ Appartamento molto pulito e curato nei dettagli, comodo a tutti i servizi. Il complesso è un pò datato ma la piscina è grande e ben tenuta, ed anche il parcheggio è molto comodo. Raccomandatissimo

Paz en Mojácar

+ Las vistas maravillosas y que tenía todo lo necesario. Una piscina enorme y cercanía dando un paseíto a muchos restaurantes teniendo mucha tranquilidad.Además la dueña nos explicó genial todo lo importante así como las instrucciones de entrada. Había cápsulas de café , agua y cerveza fresca en la nevera así como aceite y sal de cortesía. Como en casa..

Wat een heerlijke plek, blij dat we hier 4 nachten waren.

+ De locatie is prachtig. Vaak zie je foto's met uitzicht op de zee, maar valt dat achteraf wel mee. Maar vanaf het balkon wat aan de zijkant van het complex zit kan je prachtig over de zee kijken, maar ook een stuk over de bewoonde wereld. Het zwembad was groot en mooi. Hier hebben we in november alleen geen gebruik van gemaakt. We wilde ook veel zien en doen. De omgeving is mooi. We zijn naar boven het oude dorpje in gelopen. Een hoop leuke restaurants en barretjes in de buurt, met uitzicht over zee. Al met al een plek waar we best naar terug zouden komen.

− De badkamer is wat gedateerd, en er zit een beetje een urinelucht bij de wc die je niet weg krijgt. We denken dat het gewoon onder de wc pot vandaan kwam. Maar verder was het appartement prachtig.

+ We loved the views, the location and how clean it was. It had everything we needed.

− The only thing we felt it was missing was a lamp in the living area, as the main light was too bright. Also, perhaps nicer lighting out in the terrace.

On the whole an enjoyable stay

+ Apartment was in a good location with plenty of places to eat. Beach was lovely. Lots of live music around. Bus service good and cheap. No noise at night time. Didn't use the oven so can't comment on that. Plenty of cooking utensils. Coffee machine, kettle and microwave. Pool looked nice and clean but we didn't use it. Small supermarket near by, limited stock but enough to get by with. Would stay in this apartment again. Travelled early Oct.

− The washing machine needs instructions for use and in English. TV we couldn't get to work even after translating the instructions, these to need to be in English. There is access on the tv for BBC I player and ITX but they can't be used as the host needs to log into those and set up an account. There were new supplies of bedding, towels and the pool towels were under the bed but this wasn't communicated properly. Strong smell of chlorine when in the shower.

− La terraza da a una casa abandonada que le quita un poco de encanto a las vistas, y sube olor del bar de abajo.

Lugar con potencial, pero con detalles importantes por cuidar

+ El apartamento está en primera línea de playa y tiene un balcón amplio con vistas preciosas al mar. La piscina es grande y tranquila, y disponer de plaza de aparcamiento es un gran punto a favor. El mobiliario es funcional y el sistema de acceso con claves funcionó sin problemas. Pese a estar en primera línea no es ruidoso. Si bien hubo cosas al principio regular, la estancia ha sido buena y relajante. El contacto con la persona que lo alquila bien, incluso con un tema de salud personal que tenía.

− En la descripción no se indicaba que es un segundo piso sin ascensor, algo importante cuando viajas con personas mayores. Lo peor es que al llegar, todo el textil (sábanas, toallas, almohadas, cojines y sobrecolchón) tenía un olor muy fuerte a humedad, hasta el punto de que tuvimos que comprar sábanas el primer giorno y usar nuestras toallas de playa ara el baño, y luego lavar todo antes de poder utilizarlo. La lavadora funcionaba de forma irregular y, tras un lavado a temperatura alta, no permitía iniciar otro hasta que se enfriaba. La limpieza en algunos puntos dejaba que desear, con moho en la ducha y cierta sensación de dejadez. Sin espacio para dejar cosas en baño y dormitorio. La playa de enfrente es de piedras, y para encontrar arena hay que caminar 10-15 minutos sin sombra.

+ The location was superb. Near a variety of restaurants/bars. The view of the sea was lovely. My host Cristina was a delight. The apartment was fully kitted out, just like home. Nice balcony with a table and chairs.

Suited our needs for 3 days, easy to find, beautiful pool, car parking on site and very helpful owner.

− Surroundings weren’t the best with an abandoned property next door. A few bars very close which weren’t noisy in February but would imagine could be later in the season

− There is a nightclub nearby that plays music sometimes very loud, but they do stop by 11 when I was there
