+ La comodidad y el atendimiento de los propietarios. Súper agradables.

+ La casa en general está muy bien , no le falta de nada, cómoda,los anfitriones muy amables y dispuestos a ayudar si necesitas algo . El bañito en la piscina después de recorrer la isla se agradece y el silencio y las vistas espectaculares .

+ Alles was fantastisch. Het huis was compleet, schoon en prachtig gelegen. Weg van de drukte bij de zee. De eigenaren zijn lieve mensen en het verjaardagsfeestje van Yvonne was heel gezellig. Paco en Yvonne bedankt voor deze fantastische ervaring! We komen zeker terug

− Alleen dat het bed een beetje aan de harde kant was, maar ja dat is persoonlijk

+ Viel Platz! 3 Terassen! Eine komplett ausgestattete Küche! Super nette Eigentümer. Im Pool chillen oder Grillen Abend hier kann man alles und noch mehr. Das Gefühl auf eine eigenen Casa in Spanien leben? Dann hier genau richtig!

− Das Bett war mir zu hart.

+ Tener todo el alloggio para nosotros y poder estar como en casa, a nuestro aire y nuestro ritmo. La tranquilidad del sitio. Ojalá siempre siga así. Host 🔝🔝

+ Wir haben sieben Tage in der Casa La Era gewohnt und uns trotz schlechtem Wetter wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank Wir kommen gerne wieder.

TENERIFE 2026

+ Cel mai mult mi-au plăcut proprietarii cu o poveste de viață minunată demnă de urmat Locația foarte bine amplasată cu vedere la ocean fantastică și foarte aproape de magazine și autostradă. De menționat că trebuie să ai mașină închiriată,faci 4 minute până la autostradă și maxim 15 minute până la Spiaggia de las Americas și 10 minute până la Costa Adeje Vrei liniște după o zi de plimbat prin agitația Insulelei aici o găsești Nu vrei să pleci nicăieri, nicio problemă, stai la piscină,faci un grătar la umbră și te relaxezi

+ Allereerst de zeer vriendelijke eigenaars ! 👍 Verder de ruimte, het gezellige appartement en echt alles wat je nodig hebt was er, zelfs een mini airfreyer. De uitzichten waren prachtig, en het huis lag rustig. Top, in 1 woord. 👍👍 aan te bevelen.

+ En stor och bekväm lägenhet med två härliga uteplatser med en fantastisk utsikt. En stor pool, som vi i princip utnyttjade helt själva. Ett stort kök med alla moderna bekvämligheter. Vi kom lite tidigt, men värdparet är förtjusande och underhöll oss och bjöd på öl medan vi väntade på att städningen skulle bli klar..

− Det fanns för lite av en del glas, tallrikar och skedar, vilket gjorde att man behövde köra diskmaskinen onödigt ofta.

+ Super schönes Haus in einer kleinen grünen Oase. Wunderschöne Aussicht auf die Küste von Adeje mit dem schönsten Sonnenuntergang. In der Wohnung hat man alles was man braucht. Sehr nette Vermieter!

+ L'alloggio estaba bien, tal y como se veía en las foto pudimos disfrutar de la piscina y de las terrazas de la casa

− SIN LUGAR A DUDAS Y CREO QUE ALGO DIGNO DE DESTACAR ES QUE UNO DE LOA DÍAS RECIBÍ LA VISITA DE UNOS AMIGOS QUE RESIDEN EN LA ISLA DESDE HACE 5 AÑOS, DOS DE ELLOS SE TUVIERON QUE QUEDAR A DORMIR Y AL DÍA SIGUIENTE EL DUEÑO QUE VIVE JUSTO DEBAJO NOS AMENAZÓ CON ECHARNOS DEL ALOJAMIENTO Y LLAMAR A LA GUARDIA CIVIL POR EL SIMPLE HECHO DE HABER RECIBIDO UNA VISITA EN LA CUAL NO SE HICIERON FIESTAS NO SE PUSO LA MÚSICA ALTA NI NADA POR EL ESTILO. SI VIENEN A ESTE ALOJAMIENTO TEBGAN EN CUENTA QUE ESTILO SOLO PARA LAS PERSONAS QUE LO ALQUILAN NO PODRÁN RECIBIR VISITAS NI DE AMIGOS NI DE NINGUN FAMILIAR YA QUE ESTÁ PERSONA LES AMENAZARA CON HECHARLE DEL ALOJAMIENTO Y LLAMAR A LA POLICÍA.

Estancia fantástica en una ubicación idílica.

+ Hemos estado súper a gusto en la casa, Paco e Yvonne nos han hecho una estancia fantástica. La casa es perfecta, unas estancias súper cuidadas y muy agradables. Las vistas da sus dos terrazas son espectaculares. La piscina que nos dejaron disfrutar los 15 giornos para nosotros solos era fantástica. La ubicación es perfecta sí quieres moverte por la isla con tantas cosas que visitar. Supermercados muy cerca. Nos sentimos muy agradecidos de poder haber podido disfrutar nuestras vacaciones en vuestra casa. Muchas gracias por vuestra amabilidad y cortesía. Rosa, Carla y Pedro

+ Perfect house for a holiday in Tenerife! Private pool, stunning views, and two terraces to enjoy the scenery. Spacious rooms and very comfortable beds. Everything was flawless — would gladly come back!

+ Our stay in Tenerife was because of Casa La Era an amazing experience, that we are very grateful for. The facilities are exceptional, location brings you piece and quiet, for people who want to escape crowded places. Interior, as the outside of Casa La Era is just lovely. We are very grateful for our hosts, Yvonne and Paco, who made our stay so welcoming and nice. They are incredible hosts!❤️ If we ever visit Tenerife again, we will deffinitely want to stay here. Would reccomend!

Tranquility, in an Excellent Traditional Style Property

+ We loved the tranquility of the property, the views are amazing. Great location if you just want to chill and relax. Traditional style property with everything you could possibly need. Paco and Yvonne were excellent hosts and made you feel very welcome.

− Having to drive into LaCaleta or Costa Adeje to walk as the property has no gentle or easy walks in close proximity.

Exceptional

+ Fantastic views on a clear day, La Gomera makes an appearance often. Great location near TF 1 motorway up the hill from handy choice of supermarkets and retail units. Short drives to Adeje and La Caleta both gorgeous and quieter than Las Amercas and Los Cristianos Make use of the wonderful kitchen and dining areas, 3 of which are available in and out of the property. There are 2 balcony seating areas and a private garden as well as shared pool area. Yvonne and Pacco were amazing hosts, they will be at hand anytime you need anything. The property is split with their residence down stairs private away from the rental. Great hub to start our travels around the South. There is so much space and peace to be had at this location. A magical, tranquil few days were enjoyed.

− We don't have any complaints but we will say be careful when driving at night as you leave the motorway. Take your time it is well worth the effort and you get used to the route pretty quickly.

Perfect house in secluded setting, yet close to everything in South Tenerife.

+ Secluded location, well equipped. Beautiful property with great views of the ocean. Very friendly hosts made everything very easy.

+ Yvonne and Paco were wonderful hosts. Always very kind but nevertheless reserved. Both terraces were excellent for breakfast and dinner. The swimming pool was very clean. And we were the only guests. The view from all parts of the villa to the beaches of Adeje was great. The rooms, particularly kitchen and living room, were spacious. Free parking was included on the ground. Spiaggia Del Duque is a very recommended beach, ten minutes to drive there. Plaza Del Duque parking garage is cheap with large slots and only 5 minutes away from the beach.

− Dishes for our party of two were sufficient, but for 4 people you would have to use the dish washer daily. The knives could be sharp. In German you would say riding on it would not hurt you. No further complaints :-))
