+ Toni es un perfecto anfitrión, cercano, amable y cuidadoso con tu estancia. Tiene un libro donde te explica cositas alrededor. El piso es acogedor, tiene piscina y garaje comunitario. La zona está muy bien comunicada con la GC500 y tienes supermercados alrededor al igual que centros comerciales.

+ Overall great property. already want to book again for my next visit. pool area was also lovely. Having the washing machine and beach towels to use while on a short stay.

− Apon arrival was difficult to find the actual location of the apartment within the block As advertised as Casa Lolina but its room 422 within a residential block

Amazing vacation apartment

+ Great vacation stay, big apartment with huge balcony with the sight on the internal patio and the pool; sun is there all the day (10am-5pm) so if you’re lazy you can even sunbathe on the balcony! Very clean, very comfortable bed, no luxury but you have all the amenities that you need; great quality to price ratio; thick black curtains and enormous strong fan help keep inside the perfect temperature; the pool downstairs is amazingly clean and well maintained; location in the very center of Spiaggia del Ingles, 5min walk from Yumbo Center. Highly recommended place. Thank you Tony!!

For what we paid for this room and what was provided, it's definitely a thumbs up from me!

+ The location was very good, not even a 10 minute walk from Yumbo centre. The pool looked good with easy access to sunbeds, I didnt see anymore than 8 people, so felt alittle more private. Everything you need is within the hotel it's self, basic shop, hairdresser and restaurants. Washing machine, cooker, iron/ironing board, kettle was provided within the property. 1st time we all came back with clean clothes.

− It can be a little loud in the mornings with kids playing on their bikes etc, it did not bother myself personally but my 15 year old daughter mentioned it once or twice. As there is not any air-conditioning windows are always open. But honestly this was sush a minor thing.... but it's the only fault I could find.

Enjoyable, pleasant stay with all Spiaggia del Inglés has to offer in walking distance.

+ Very clean and central to everything in Spiaggia del Inglés. Flat had Eva I needed for a short stay. Supermarkets and restaurants in 4 minutes walk. Local contact lady very friendly and helpful.

− Residential development mainly and could be noisy in early evening but families live here and tourists can’t have it all there own way.
