Beautiful large villa in a quiet location and large pool

+ Die Finca ist wirklich so schön, vor allem der Außenbereich😍 Die Finca war sehr sauber, die Betten bequem, viel Platz, viele Badezimmer. Vincente war ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war einfach nur top.

+ Собственник виллы очень гостеприимный человек . Он был на связи с утра до вечера , заказал для нашей подруги угощение в пекарне на день рождение , помогал делать бронирования и делился полезной информацией . Встретил нас с фруктами , что так же было приятно .

+ Der Vermieter war sehr nett und die Ankunft und Schlüsselübergabe incl. kurzer Einweisung um 23 Uhr waren trotz einer Flugverspätung sehr gut. Bei Fragen konnten wir uns zu jeder Zeit melden.

+ Ein wunderschönes Haus mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht, un sich den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Ein sehr freundlicher und immer erreichbarer Vermieter. Total unkompliziert und korrekt. Der Pool einfach Mega.! Mit dem Auto gibt es in wenigen Fahrminuten zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

+ Die finka war traumhaft Der Pool war sauber und perfektes Wasser Es war alles da was man so braucht Und der Vermieter war super zuvorkommend Macht mehr für seine Gäste als er müsste Könnte ich höher bewerten würde ich es tun

+ Marcos was very helpful. The pool was a good size and there was a nice table tennis set and area for basketball. Comfortable veranda and pool side seating area. Well located next to the greenway walking/cycling route and only 10min drive to nice beaches and the shops. We enjoyed going on a boat trip and visiting a local market.

Ein toller Urlaub in einer tollen Finca!

+ Klimaanlagen in den Schlafräumen und viel Platz in der Finca. Ein sehr sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter.

− Sehr viele Wespen am Pool. Weiterhin viele Mücken, weshalb man abends kaum draußen sitzen konnte. Bei 10 Personen wurde das Geschirr im Geschirrspüler leider nie wirklich sauber, wir mussten per Hand abwaschen.

A perfect villa for your quiet and relaxing stay in Mallorca

+ Villa Marcos is perfect for your stay in Mallorca if travelling with a large group of people and if you have a rented car. The villa is super big, with a lot of rooms (all very clean and with air conditioning), really nice area outside with huge table for your dinners outside, nice grill facilities, big and clean pool, sunbeds, ping pong table and other ameneties. The host was absolutely friendly, very available, explained us for more than an hour what is in the surroundings, gave us delicious Mallorcan pie twice during our stay. In the evenings you may hear some animal voices from the farm situated near the villa and it gives you a perfect sense of vacation and relax far away from other people and roumors of the party villages! Thank you!!

Great family holiday with older kids

+ A beautiful house and fabulous pool. Well equipped kitchen. Bedrooms are large and comfortable. A/C was a big plus. The basketball net in the concreted area was great, as was the table tennis. And the amazing outside table was perfect for dining al fresco. It's in a quiet, rural location with a well kept Greenway running right by the house which is used regularly by cyclists, walkers etc. Cala Millor is about 10 mins car drive. Vicente was very attentive and helpful during our stay.

− The mosquitos were a bit of a pain but we expected that and Vicente did help with a strong spray.

+ I would like to say a big thank you to the owner of this house. I had a perfect vacation with my friends in this house. The rooms are very spacious, and most importantly perfectly clean. The yard and garden are large, with many parking spaces. the pool with filtered and clean water. Bbq, table tennis, volleyball and basketball and much more. If you want to have a perfect vacation, I recommend you to go here. Thank you!!!

We had a great stay. It's a beautiful house in great surroundings, with a very friendly host!

+ It's a great house with a beautiful outside, garden, swimming pool and lots of space. There is also a ping pong table and a basketball court. Host Vicente is an absolute legend. Very friendly, easy to contact, responds fast and with lots of tips and suggestions. The house is located very good for (day) trips, activities and the beach is nearby.

+ The villa is gorgeous. Very well equipped. The pool is an excellent size, more than big enough for the 11 of us and the perfect temperature!

− The outside seating could be more comfortable and pillows were not the best, but these are minor points.

Perfect, peaceful family holiday

+ The property was just perfect. Spacious, fully equipped with everything we needed. The pool was clean and there was plenty of entertainment for the children. The views were stunning. The owner went a live and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. With a kind greeting, lots of recommendations and support throughout our stay, booking restaurant’s for dinner and many thoughtful gestures. The whole family enjoyed this holiday very much. We will most definitely return.

+ - The owner of the house was nice, gave us a lot recommendations about Mallorca. - Low price -After some additional care has the house great potential, the location is nice and quiet

− - We’ve chosen the house because of exterior pizza stove. Right from the begining, we’ve been informed that the stove is not working (no mention about it in the description of the building) :-( - The surrounding of the house is unfortunately quite unpleasant. There is basicaly no garden around the house, a lot of concrete everywhere. There is just small area with the grass behind the pool but bad setting of the irrigation system causes humidity and small pools on the concrete. This leads to extreme amount of mosquitos which bite you almost constantly. We never have probem with so many mosquitos in Mallorca so far. - There was also problem with the rubbish bin. The owner demand from us to take the trash out of the house a leave it somewhere in the city! (The house is in contryside area and obviously no service of garbage collectors). After we insist, the owner was willing to manage it. However I think it should be automatically provided when you rent the house. - Only one remote control for air conditioning shared with 3 bedrooms in the upper floor.
