Alloggio sporco all’arrivo con resti di ospiti precedenti

− Esperienza purtroppo negativa. Al momento dell’arrivo (circa ore 20:15), l’appartamento non era pronto né pulito, nonostante il check-in fosse indicato come disponibile dal pomeriggio (orario check in indicato 15.00). All’ingresso, il gestore era presente e ha cercato di effettuare una pulizia rapida e improvvisata, spiegando che l’alloggio sarebbe stato pronto nel giro di circa 15 minuti. L’appartamento presentava chiari resti del soggiorno di ospiti precedenti: – letto sfatto – biscotti nel lavandino – bottiglie di plastica lasciate all’interno – bagno visibilmente sporco Le operazioni di pulizia e sistemazione avvenivano alle 20.30 eseguite dal gestore stesso, non da un personale di pulizie professionista, rendendo l’alloggio non fruibile al momento del check-in. Dopo la segnalazione del problema, il gestore ha insistito dicendo che stava facendo solo una pulizia di “ripasso” e che sarebbe stato pronto per le 21.00 quando invece era evidentemente in condizioni non fruibili e ancora con i resti degli ospiti precedenti, quindi l’alloggio non era utilizzabile all’arrivo e nessuna pulizia professionale era stata fatta. Abbiamo dovuto scegliere un altro hotel la sera stessa perdendo totalmente i soldi della prenotazione perché hanno rifiutato di rimborsarci. Per questi motivi, l’esperienza non è stata soddisfacente e la struttura non può essere consigliata.

+ Great value for money particularly with the outside space. 4 minute walk to Main Street. A great coffee shop on the corner block of the Apartments selling great cakes baked in store. Clean apartment, plenty of space and comfortable. The owner was flexible and helped with late check in and a late check out. Some local cafe bars around which close early evening. Bus stop on the same road a few hundred yards from the apartment and the number 6 bus is 15 mins to a great beach at Spiaggia Grande. Correlejo Main Street has lots of variety in terms of bars shops and restaurants and this is a 5 min walk away. Close to the port area 15 min walk and a ferry over to Lanzarote.

− Minor suggestions/feedback. All questions need to be directed to Francisco via whattsapp, he answered these. TV channels are spanish only not a big issue. Location could do with a late bar nearby not a big issue as there are bars 5 min walk away. Overall a great stay. Thanks Francisco.

Schöne Wohnung mit toller Terrasse, zentral gelegen

+ Das Apartment liegt im 3. Stock (Lift bis 2. Stock) eines Gebäudes mit Privatwohnungen in einer Nebenstraße, unmittelbar neben einem großen öffentlichen Parkplatz (nicht asphaltiert). In 5min ist man zu Fuß im Stadtzentrum bzw. am Strand. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, schön eingerichtet, das Bett bequem, die Terrasse groß (mit Liege, Tisch und Waschmaschine in einem kleinen Verschlag), die Küche solide ausgestattet (Gäste haben Tee, Zucker etc. zurückgelassen). Das Apartment scheint einem Unternehmen zu gehören, die Kommunikation via Booking verläuft problemlos, jedoch unpersönlich und kurz angebunden. Beim Check-in wäre es praktisch gewesen, zu wissen, wie man ins Gebäude gelangt. Zufällig hat mir ein Bewohner die Haustüre geöffnet. Im Apartment (nicht markiert, Tür stand offen) hat dann ein freundlicher Herr gewartet, der mir via Übersetzungsapp das Apartment und die Check-out-Modalitäten erklärt hat. Bonus: Eine Nachbarskatze, die auf der Terrasse zu Besuch kommt.

− Das Apartment ist an manchen Stellen etwas abgewohnt (Flecken in Dusche, Kunstrasen hat Löcher, Kästen sind wackelig etc.), außerdem riecht es aus der Wohnküche etwas muffig bzw. nach Abfluss. Der müsste vermutlich gereinigt werden.

Super comfortable sunny apartment right next to everything

+ Location was amazing so close to everything, the apartment is really comfortable, gets the sunshine all day, very quiet at night and had everything I needed for a really great stay! I especially loved the roof terrace

− Only small thing that would have been ideal is to have some oil for cooking and a couple of pods for the coffee machine - maybe just enough for first night or two for a short stay as I didn't want to have to buy all of these things as there was a lot leftover. Otherwise everything was amazing!

+ Perfect place for a short and long stay. Has everything you need to feel like home. Great terrace overlooking a volcano, all amenities in the kitchen, lots of storage. Restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. Walking distance to town and the beach (approx. 7 mins). Very helpful and responsive hosts.

A terrible disappointment

+ Parking is easy in the area.I'll be honest. I'm not the type to find fault. But I will never book at this place again

− It did not cover the reality of what was described on booking.com about the facilities. Elevator not working. One with limited mobility cannot go up to the 4th floor. No oven. The equipment is not suitable for cooking or baking. Broken washing machine not working. Dirty bed linen. There was no ventilator. The terrace is unusable due to the lack of shading. The sunbeds are broken. The host only speaks Spanish. I am very disappointed that I have to write these things down, but maybe no one else will fall victim to this apartment, or the host will fix the mistakes after this. Amateur host.I tried to ask for compensation, but I didn't get a response. I left the accommodation a day early.
