− The staff when texted were not responding in a timely manner. no beach towels. Funky coffee machine and only 3 pods for 2 people. Pods not easily available for purchase in local store

+ Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern und mit allem ausgestattet (Föhn, Küchenutensilien, etc.). Außerdem ist die Aussicht ein absolulter Traum: Hinten sieht man auf den Pico, vorne auf den Hafen. Auch Parkplätze sind direkt auf der Straße davor vorhanden - man findet immer einen.

+ A pesar de ser un tanto impersonal, con poca decoración, no podemos decir nada negativo al respecto. Se notaba que era totalmente nuevo. L'alloggio lo tenía todo, incluso lavandería y una zona para tomar el sol y poder comer en la terraza. Estaba limpio, bien ubicado y no echamos nada en falta. Cuando el giorno estaba despejado, se pogiorno ver Pico da las ventanas. Lo recomendamos sin duda!

Csodás apartman, csodás kilátással!

+ Nagyon szép panorámával rendelkezik az apartman, a teraszról látni a Pico hegyet. A fürdőszobából az óceáni kikötöt. Van mosó és szárítógép egy közös helységben, amit lehet használni.

+ La vue est très belle: d’un côté sur le volcan pico, de l’autre côté sur la mer. Le logement est très confortable, très bien aménagé et très propre, très calme.

​Klid a prostor versus zima

+ Ubytování je v klidné části města, apartmán byl hodně prostorný. Velká lednice a mnoho ručníků.

− V pokoji 1 byla fakt zima od podlahy. Museli jsme každý večer na pár hodin zapnout klimatizaci alespoň na 26 °C, aby se to trošku prohřálo a i tak jsme spali v mikině. V jiných pokojích je tomu třeba jinak, ale to nevíme. Postel taky docela nic moc. Ubytování také inzeruje parkování (podle fotek někde ve vejzdu), ale parkujete na ulici vedle domu, kde se vlezou tak 2 auta a kolem projíždí docela velké zemědělské stroje. Informace ohledně parkování se hodně vzdalují realitě.

Se voltasse ao Pico, sem dúvida que voltava aqui. Recomendo.

+ O tamanho de todas as divisões excelente, a cozinha super bem equipada. Duas varandas, uma com vista espetacular para o Pico, outra na entrada com vista mar e com espreguiçadeiras. Ar condicionado. Tudo muito bom. A localização, apesar de não ser na Madalena, de carro chega a todo lado e fica numa vila com tudo.

− Só não dei 10 na pontuação, pois o colchão podia ser um pouco melhor, e ter champô e creme de banho em separado.

+ Perfect stay, I'd give 11 stars if I could. We got a free upgrade, very well equipped kitchen, ocean and pico view, good parking at the street, self check-in any time, free washing machine and dryer. Amazing.

Atención bastante mal

+ Estaba limpio y las instalaciones bastante bien

− No hay teléfono de contacto de emergencia, o por lo menos no contestaron. Llegamos por la noche y el apartamento no tenía electricidad. Intentamos llamar a todos los números que teníamos y que encontramos por internet y nadie nos atendió. Estuvimos 15-20min buscando los cuadros de luces hasta que lo pudimos solucionar solos. Les envié un mensaje por booking sobre el problema y ni me contestaron. A los giornos me mandaron una contestación diciendo que si nos íbamos antes de tiempo del check out que les avisáramos para limpiar..

Enjoyed our stay

+ Large comfortable apartment — new, modern and clean. Very comfortable bed with excellent pillows and plush linens. Huge bathroom. Large enclosed shower w/good pressure, plenty of hot water, a free-flowing drain and a non-skid floor mat. Good space around the bathroom sink to set toiletries. Huge kitchen table. Lots of windows for good daytime lighting. Heating and A/C unit. Strong WiFi. The free washer and dryer (in a common laundry room for all guests) worked great. Good location for reaching all parts of the island.

− Very dim lighting on the main floor of the apartment so very difficult to see in the evening. (Ironically, lighting in the upper floor bedroom is very bright where high illumination isn’t needed.) Despite this minor inconvenience, we enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property to other travelers.
