+ Ubicacion, limpieza, comodidad, facilidad para llegar y hacer check in y check out. El apartamento estaba listo antes de nuestra llegada y nos dejaron acceder sin problema. Nos enviaron un dossier con mucha información práctica sobre el apartamento y la ciudad. Es un apartamento fantástico para una estancia en familia o en pareja. Muy amplio y comodo.

− Una silla del comedor tenía una rotura y la mampara del baño principal no corre adecuadamente, pero son pequeñas reparaciones para un apartamento que está en perfectas condiciones y que es muy cómodo y completo con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de una linda estancia en Malaga. La ubicación es inmejorable con vistas a la catedral y a dos pasos de Calle Larios y múltiples restaurantes y bares cercanos.

+ Piaciuta: posizione centrale ed avere due camere matrimoniali con entrambe un bagno padronale. Edificio con ascensore e zona molto tranquilla. A soli 15 minuti dalla spiaggia Malagueta Propietario molto disponibile e attento. Risponde velocemente ai messaggi.

− Consigliere solo di pensare a cambiare il materasso delle camere. Ma comunque ho dormito lo stesso bene.

Perfect location, clean and very comfortable, a couple of slight issues need sorting.

+ The location was perfect, couldn't be better. The hosts were great and very quick on responses. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms worked well.

− Unfortunately the building next door was being renovated and the work was very loud from early in the morning, not our hosts fault but something to think about. The ceiling fan in the main bedroom was broken. The sliding doors into both bedrooms were very heavy and stuck often, quite difficult to move. The air con didn't seem to work very well, might have been my error. The reclining chair in the living room needed to be fixed. Slight problem with getting the keys to begin with, but the hosts sorted it as soon as they could.

El tamaño que tiene el apartamento es para estar perfecto.

+ La ubicación es perfecta. Las camas cómodas. Televisión en la habitación perfecto.

− El sillón del comedor está roto. Uno de los dos secadores no funciona. La limpieza no es muy buena. Le falta una mano de pintura. Arreglar la cortina del cuarto principal. En el techo de la entrada al edificio había dos arañas enormes. Luces de la entrada fundidas.

+ Doar localizarea

− Lenjerie și prosoape necălcate, uzate, pătate cu miros urat, aerul condiționat din dormitorul mare are filtrul necurățat de ani buni, e plin de praf, bacterii și e un focar, nu funcționează cum trebuie, face gălăgie și nu face față să încălzească, pereții au mucegai, fotoliul din living e rupt din 2024 conform recenziilor și este foaaarte murdar . Din aceste motive am fost nevoiți să ne mutăm și nu au vrut să ne returneze banii dar voi continua cu reclamațiile. Totul e foarte vechi, uzat iar pozele nu reflectă realitatea; efectiv am fost păcăliți! Booking nu te ajută deloc!!!!

− Było bardzo zimno-hiszpańskie apartamenty nie są ogrzewane.

We made it a great stay in a beautiful city but accommodation/experience could have been better.

+ The location of the apartment was absolutely spot on, right in the heart of the historic centre. Communication was good prior to arrival and during our stay, apart from not being informed of building works. We were able to check in early which was good news. Hairdryer was decent and beds comfy. Good fridge freezer and kitchen equipment plentiful

− Sadly there was very very loud drilling and building works going on in the building which started at 8.15 am and ended at 5.30 pm. I raised this with the host to ask why we were not informed of this prior to arrival, to be told the works are out of their control. I feel we would have been able to change accommodation had we of known beforehand. The apartment is in need of a little tlc and in parts is looking tired, grubby and dirty, photos to back up comments. Would have been handy to have a t towel in kitchen. There were 4 of us staying and only enough hot water for 2 showers. We didnt use the air con but instructions for use, given. The entry door also needs attention as key sticks and sometimes difficult to turn in lock. TV only spanish channels, not important for us. The spare pillows had no covers on them so un-useable. Imform guests in advance if building works taking place, decent thing to do.

Bydlení v centru Málagy hned vedle katedrály

+ V samém centru Málagy hned vedle katedrály. 15 minut pěšky na vlak který jede na letiště. Cesta na letiště vlakem 10 minut. Přes park začíná promenáda podél moře. Jedna ložnice s výhledem na krásný vzrostlý strom růžově kvetoucí. Druhá ložnice s oknem do světlíku, ale nevadilo chodili jsme se na byt jen vyspat.

− Bouwwerkzaamheden naast het appartement, maar daar kan de verhuurder niets aan doen, om 08:00 begon men met boren en sloop wzh

+ La estancia fue muy buena, todo estaba limpio y la ubicación es inmejorable.

− Había una obra justo en el edificio de al lado, pared con pared, y durante dos días nos despertaron antes de las 8 de la mañana.

Falta Mantenimiento....

− Hay una obra en construcción Al lado.. y se escuchan los motopicos y escombros cayendo desde las 8 Am hasta las 17... imposible descansar El edificio es viejo feo y con olor a humedad en su entrada.. Al apartamento le hace falta mucho mantenimiento... Pero es muy lindo amplio y súper bien ubicado Las puertas de las habitaciones si las quieres cerrar se bloquean estuvimos encerrados un buen rato Los colchones son viejos e incómodos. Al aire acondicionado del cuarto principal está viejo y le falta gas..

Piacevole ma con diverse problematiche

+ Struttura situata dietro la cattedrale e a due passi dalle vie principali del centro storico, con un parcheggio sotterraneo a 5 minuti a piedi di distanza.

− Appartamento buio, ingresso principale del palazzo maleodorante. Quando siamo arrivati l’appartamento non era pulito, né a terra e nemmeno i letti. Dopo un primo tentativo di pulizia, non andato a buon fine, solamente in tarda serata con un secondo intervento siamo riusciti a far cambiare le lenzuola e il copriletto, con il personale delle pulizie molto scocciato.

+ J'étais venu souvent à Malaga. Le logement est très bien placé et confortable.

− Les lieux de vie ne sont pas très bien organisés. La table sur l'entrée était cassée, et nous avons dû la réparer.

+ The location was perfect!

− Slight miscommunication about obtaining the keys due to no telephone or wifi, but friendly housekeeping staff from elsewhere in the building called for us and straightened it out.

− Sliding Door to 2nd bedroom very stiff and difficult to open/close. Very unpleasant drains smell in building ( not inside the unit)

Perfect location, apartment could be improved to reach a higher standard

+ The location was absolutely perfect. Central yet quiet at night. Easy walk to historic centre with all the sights, restaurants, the port and the beach. Taxi stand opposite and close to buses and the park. Well set up for two couples to stay - rooms with en suites.

− The outside is off putting, graffiti nearby and bad smell of drains. The apartment is a bit tired and needs some care and attention. Deep clean in the bathrooms (around the showers and wash basin). Dirty armchair needs to be replaced. Walls could do with painting. Small point, but staying for two weeks as we were, it was annoying and seemed rather mean to be given just one rubbish bag and told it was only ‘a courtesy’ that we had that.

Really enjoyed our stay in Malaga and would recommend.

+ The situation was brilliant, so close to loads of interesting sites and things to do. Surrounded by shops, cafes and restaurants.The lift was good. It was clean and comfortable and ideal for our purposes. The staff were lovely and helpful when we had a couple of problems.

− Couple of things didn’t work, i.e. Wi-Fi, microwave, heating was a bit unpredictable but it could have been us just not being very clever about it. However, there were no instructions which would have helped.

Well located apartment just lacking some care and attention

+ The best thing about the property is its location right in the centre of Malaga .

− A number of things Firstly the WiFi didn’t work we were told it was a problem with the password but nothing resolved it I was disappointed by the lack of engagement by our host the first time we have had WiFi is back at the airport The towels really old and very poor quality The apartment is very cold there is no heating and inadequate quilts There was no tea towel or any scrubber to clean dishes Finally guests should be aware that there is a fee to check in after 9 pm of € 20

− Dark with only 2 exterior windows, cheaply made building products, worn furniture.

Reasonably priced apartment that would benefit with some updating but is in a great central location in Malaga.,

+ The apartment is in a fantastic location in the centre of town. Really close to the historical sites, the harbour and great bars and restaurants. The master bedroom was a good size and having 2 en-suites in the apartment was perfect. Communication with Maria throughout was very good and helpful.

− The external entrance door to the main block was difficult to unlock. There was an unpleasant smell in the lobby areas but not in the apartment itself. The furniture was quite worn and a few bits were broken. The kitchen had most basics but for example no bottle opener. I would say the apartment is okay for 3-4 nights but maybe not ideal for longer stays. Could be better with a little attention and money spending on it.

+ The things that we appreciate the most are the two bathrooms and the location of the apartment. You can be disturbed by the noise in the street during the night when the window is open but it is a small minus point in regards to the location and the outfit of the place. La señora María was very helpfull for any questions we had and reacted very fast. :)

+ Perfect very central location, still the apartment itself is very quiet. Good thing there were two separate bathrooms, which was very handy when traveling with a group of friends.
