Frustrating and disappointing stay due to a misrepresented property and the complete lack of a pool.

+ You can’t really ask for a better location, everything you need is within a five-minute walk, and it’s also close to the airport. The apartment itself was as advertised and met expectations. The balcony is small but perfect for enjoying the sun, and having access to the roof is a nice bonus.

− The property was misrepresented. We specifically booked it for the private pool, which was our only non-negotiable requirement, but on arrival it was completely unusable and under refurbishment with no prior notice. We were then offered alternative pools, but one was inaccessible and also unavailable, and another was only offered on our final day, making it pointless. Communication from the host was poor and misleading throughout, with no proper solution provided.

+ La terracita estaba muy bien ,para desayunar aunque daba todo el sol,la situacion muy buena cerca de playa y restaurantes.

− La plaza de garaje muy pequeña,aunque lo dejamos en otro sitio porque el coche no cabia.

+ Location was very good. Apartment was clean and tidy. Access to the apartment was very easy - with well explained / detailed info. supplied.

The apartment was what was advertised and we enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent for the beach and restaurants.

A very enjoyable stay in a spacious apartment at the heart of things.

+ Plenty of space. Well equipped. Very central location. Constant hot water. Good a/c. Good balcony. Supermarkets, including Aldi, very close by.

− Bath does not have bath taps!!! Just a shower above it. No safety rail. One bedroom has no wardrobe. Generally clean but edges of floors need more attention. The location can be noisy at night (revellers and bin emptying) so bring ear plugs. Very few channels in English on tv

+ Ideal location, Close to Benalmádena harbour. Easy access to La Carihuela beach and its beautiful promenade. Gibraltar was only a 90 minute drive away.

− Wi-Fi signal kept dropping out.

Fantastic apartment, home from home, will stay again.

+ We loved everything, this apartment has great security, it is a home from home, we will be looking to stay here again. Location is perfect, close to supermarkets, beach and restaurants. Our host IV estates where we picked up our keys was such a lovely helpful person.

+ Loved the location, very close to restaurants, coffee shops and Aldi supermarket. The apartment was very modern and comfortable. The balcony was mostly sunny and had a side sea view. The beds were very comfortable. The management (IVI Real Estate) allowed me access at 2pm and I really appreciated that. I would be happy to return.
