+ Lage, Sauberkeit, Komfort, Aussicht und Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wunderschöne Apartments in perfekter Lage direkt am Ozean. Die Aussicht ist beeindruckend und die Umgebung lädt zum Entspannen ein. Das Apartment war sehr sauber, komfortabel und gut ausgestattet. Besonders gefallen haben uns die Ruhe, die Nähe zum Strand und die gepflegte Anlage. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

+ The location is quite literally a stone’s throw from the beach, offering breathtaking sea views in a peaceful and exclusive setting. The beautiful white sandy beach is just moments away, making it easy to return to the apartment within minutes whenever you wish. Excellent bars restaurants and amenities literally within walking. No car required. The apartment itself is exceptionally spacious—more like a small villa than a typical apartment—and is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The pool and facilities are immaculate, beautifully maintained, and provide the perfect place to relax. What truly made our stay special was the wonderful staff, who were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. An outstanding property in a stunning location that we would happily return to.

− Just a few points of constructive feedback that could make an already lovely property even better. As there is no air conditioning, the apartment may become quite warm during the peak summer months. Providing a few more fans, or upgrading to more powerful fans, would greatly improve comfort for guests. We also found the beds to be quite firm, so newer or softer mattresses may be worth considering for future guests. Aesthetically, the property is a little dated in places, but it was spotlessly clean and very well maintained, so this didn’t affect our enjoyment of the stay at all. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and these are simply suggestions that could enhance an already fantastic property.

− The house was cold, we’ve sent message the the host but we didn’t receive any answer. Generally it will be better to respond to your guest’s messages.

Erholsame Wochen am Atlantik

+ Die Lage direkt am Strand. Die weitläufige Promenade vor Der Wohnanlage. Die Größe des Bungalow reicht für 4 Erwachsene aus. Aber nicht mehr. Der Service durch die Verwaltung war sehr gut. Kleinere Mängel wurden umgehend beseitigt. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen.

− Der Pool ist zu kalt! Die Parkplatz Situation hier direkt am Meer ist teils sehr schwierig. Eine Markise auf der Terrasse und in Wasserfilter in der Küche haben wir oft vermisst. Eine Wohnraumuhr fehlt. Der Fernseheempfang für deutsche Programme ist uns nicht gelungen. W-Lan ist ok. Wenn man ein Tablet mitbringt.

− Why are there cameras in the apartments? I don't understand. Violation of privacy. Be careful. I got nervous.

+ The house was amazingly located right on the Spiaggia del Duque, very well equipped with everything needed for a week's stay, the pool was well kept and clean, and we always found parking space in the public lot near the complex. The complex itself was very clean, well kept, quiet and with a good vibe. A very good place for both a beach holiday and exploring the island.

− It would have been nice to have some more toiletries and a second set of towels provided, but it wasn't that much of a problem.

+ Amazing location. Easy walking to some great restaurants and beach a stones throw away. Lovely apartment. We felt very much at home here.

Gorgeous seaside apartment

+ Amazing location only steps from the beach with a stunning sea view. Huge and well equipped apartment. Beach towels provided. Very easy to check in and check out. Very private and quiet pool with umbrellas provided in the apartment.

+ Perfect location. Right by the beach. 20 minutes walks to the beautifully quaint la Caleta and the same to the Fañabe and all the bars and restaurants the Other way. Pool was lovely. Plenty of sun loungers.

− It’s a little bit worn around the edges but not too bad and definitely value for money on the price.

+ The terrace and location were exceptional. It was a very clean and well maintained, secure complex. Very well equipped for self catering. Great for a stroll along the adjacent promenade in both directions. Half hour's walk to lovely La Calleta with great choice of traditional seafood restaurants and you can walk 10 miles in the other direction all the way to Los Christianos if so wish.

− The wardrobe in the twin room is difficult to use as the sliding doors keep getting stuck and/or coming off their tracks.

+ Location was perfect- Terrace superb. Extremely clean both inside apartment and whole complex in general. Spacious accommodations. Fantastic pool.

+ Perfect location and apartment was a lovely size. Balcony was big and well furnished.

− The apartment was a little tired. Second bathroom had no shower. Hot water ran out quickly. No air conditioning.

Perfect location, we loved being so close to the beach.

+ So close to the beach - a few steps and you're on a beautiful beach. Feels like a lovely area, very quiet at night. Nice complex, lovely pool although very chilly. Property has everything you need, is very clean, great terrace to have breakfast on while you watch the world go by.

− We could have done with a couple more fans as it was hot and stuffy in the rooms at night.

Clean apartment with great patio and close proximity to the beach, supermarkets and restaurants.

+ It's a perfect location, close to the beach, close to various restaurants and supermarkets. The patio was perfect, large and sunshine all day. Swimming pool is close by and was really nice for the hottest days. Very clean apartment and hosts easily 4 people even though were were only 2. Internet was easy to connect to and speed was adequate for regular usage. Bedrooms has plenty of closet space and master bedroom had the main bathroom. Kitchen was well equipped and had a dish washer and a fridge with a freezer.

− The bed in the master bedroom was too stiff for my preference. I got used to it after couple of days though. In the kitchen I could not find any towels to clean the tables. Had to spray insect killer for the kitchen table top as we had bugs coming while working on it. After spraying there were no signs of the bugs.
