El apartamento estaba limpio y equipado con todas las instalaciones necesarias. La cocina, los banni y los dormitorios estaban limpios y bien decorados.

The property is very centrally located and was very clean throughout our stay. It had all of the basic needs for cooking and having evening in however because we were so close to very nice restaurants we went out most of the time. I would recommend this to someone after an affordable but basic stay that meets your needs.

The apartment is a great size. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked with appliances. Great location, we walked everywhere. Supermarkets close by. Photos accurately represent the apartment.
Great location close to the river on the edge of the old town. Easy walking either in old town or across the river to the Triana area. Beautifully equipped 2 bedroom apartment, with two bathrooms - perfect for both of us and our adult daughter! Lovely kitchen, and very handy washing machine. Easy communication with Elena, who also allowed us a much appreciated earlier check in! :)

El departamento es muy amplio, acogedor y tiene todas las comodidades para descansar después de una jornada en Sevilla. La ubicación es perfecta.
Solo por decir algo, ya que está excelente. El termo de agua caliente no es para duchas largas en un grupo de 4 personas. Si quieren ducha larga deben esperar 15 a 20 min entre ducha y ducha
It is very unfortunate to leave this review, but I've been requested to leave a review so many times, and I don't want to receive requests any more. There were hundreds of ants (only counted visible) in the property. When entered the property on the first day, we considered to cancel the booking (either possible or not) and moving to a hotel, but my family was too tired to do it as we were travelling multiple cities.
Alojamiento muy cómodo y muy bien ubicado, a 5 minutos andando del puente de Triana. Comunicación con la anfitriona. Por un problema familiar tuvimos que modificar las fechas y nos dio todas las facilidades para ello.
L'alloggio es muy cómodo especialmente si vas con niños, cerca del centro y limpio y con más detalle que cualquier otro apartamento en los que he estado. Tenía bolsas de basura, pastillas de lavavajillas, cápsulas de café cosas que se agradecen cuando vas a un alloggio. La propietaria nos dejó una bañera para el bebé e incluso una toalla para el.
Al ser un edificio antiguo se escuchaba mucho a los vecinos
Appartamento molto accogliente. Perfetto per due coppie, uno con bagno in camera l’altro con bagno di fianco alla camera. Posizione ottima, ci siamo spostati sempre a piedi. Zona abbastanza centrale ma tranquilla. Consigliato!
A very nice stay in the appartement, with all the comfort you need.
All the comforts (much more than the basic ones) had been taken care of very well. Elena is prompt and accurate with responses and is super helpful. Offered all kitchen essentials including the cooking oil and certain breakfast options. Amazingly well kept… all the very best.

The apartment clean and equipped with all needed facilities. The kitchen, the bathrooms, bedrooms, were clean and well decorated. The host replied fast and provided all necessary information. Everything in the city center was within a walking distance (10 ~ 15min).

Host was very friendly, informative and helpful and promptly responded to any queries. Apartment was well equipped and clean. Location was convenient and only a short walk from the river, Triana and the historic city centre.
