+ Muy buena ubicación

− Un papel informativo de cómo funciona la vitro. No tan tacanni con el papel higiénico, detergente de lavar ropa.

Podría ser top si cuidarán los detalles

+ El apartamento está muy bien y la ubicación perfecta, lastima que no cuiden detalles fáciles para que obtener una puntuación top.

− El pequeño patio interior muy sucio, el secador roto, la barra de la cortina de la cocina descolgada, los tendederos rotos, son detalles de mantenimiento en los que se ve claramente que solo le hacen un limpiado superficial, lastima que no cuiden esos detalles que son fáciles de detectar. Las incidencias las notificamos y al giorno siguiente nos llevaron un secador nuevo y un tendedero para colgar en balcón o ventana la cual no teniamos.

+ Pat confortabil, curat, locație excelentă, peste drum restaurant cu mâncare foarte bună. 5 min până în centru. Netflix, bucătărie echipată foarte bine.

− Hârtie igienică limitată, capsule de spălat rufe nu au fost disponibile. Loc unde să întinzi prosoapele sau hainele lipsă.

Great and plesant stay!

+ We liked everything about this property! The facilities were great, the location was perfect, and the host was friendly. The apartment was clean and we really liked our stay and I could definitely recommend it!☺️

− The only incredibly minor details that could make it even better would be ensuring the balcony floor and cutlery drawer are wiped down a bit more thoroughly between guests, and perhaps if possible providing a dish sponge, cooking oil and salt. But these were very minor things and didn't take away from an otherwise perfect experience

+ Todo en general estaba muy bien equipado de todo, hemos pasado unas vacaciones de lujo y lo de la mini terracita superbién para pasar ratitos entre risas

+ Sobre todo la ubicación y lo bien equipado que estaba y para ser un estudio estaba súper completo.

− En general estaba todo limpio pero había algunas cosas que pogiornos ser un poco más detallado con la limpieza pero bueno y luego que no tiene persianas y entra toda la luz da la terraza

+ Estaba en muy buena zona ya que la playa, mercadona, estación, etc estaba todo cerca, muy cómodo y bonito.

− Si tuviese que poner alguna pega sería que no tiene persianas.

− La basura que dejan los vecinos

+ La ubicación del alloggio, cerca del centro.

− La limpieza dejaba que desear.

Para lo que necesitamos OK, pero mejorar la limpieza del apartamento en general.

+ Equipamiento en general, no faltaba nada.

− El apartamento no estaba limpio de manera correcta, solo estaba limpio lo superficial. El patio estaba lleno de arena de playa de los anteriores ospiti.

+ La ubicación, el aire acondicionado, la nevera grande, la ducha y que tiene lo suficiente para disfrutar de unos buenos giornos en Nerja y alrededores. El detalle de las cápsulas de café también es de agradecer.

− Quizá que no tiene horno.

+ La ubicación era perfecta, cercana al centro y con bares muy buenos cerca.

− Podríamos decir que la almohada.

Pleasant

+ The apartment was clean and comfortable, and overall I had a good stay. The location was convenient, and everything in the property was as described.

− I had a significant issue with the security deposit. It was supposed to be refunded on the first business day after check-out, but I ended up waiting nearly three weeks. During this time, I had to contact Booking.com multiple times to try to resolve the issue, which was frustrating and time-consuming. This delay in returning the deposit really impacted my overall experience. I hope the host can improve this process for future guests.

Superb

+ Only a 5 minute walk from the bus station, the access code and location of the keys were very easy to manage. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay even a washing machine and an enclosed seating area, a clothes line was provided where we were able to dry our clothes. The apartment was very clean and suited our needs for our 3 night stay. The number of beaches were only a short walk away down to the centre of Nerja were you also had access to loads of bars, restaurant's and shops, a large supermarket was only a ten minute walk for our groceries. Messaging the owners when I had a query about the accommodation was easy and I received an answer promptly.

+ We had a wonderful stay and the apartment was lovely and clean and the roof terrace was fab. The apartment is in an excellent location and we will definitely stay again.

− Patio area was tiny and got no sun, not a big issue though.

+ The studio apartment was immaculate - very clean and extremely well presented, with everything I needed including water in the fridge when I arrived. Communication was great, too. Location was brilliant - easy access to shops and restaurants (highly recommend the one on the corner!), and not too far to the local beaches. I'd definitely stay again!

− Would've preferred to know there was going to be building work opposite. Luckily, only disturbed me once, as did the rubbish being collected at 3am but appreciate these things have to happen.

+ The studio was modern, clean and in a good location. We spent a lot of time on the rooftop balcony.

Small but comfortable

+ We have stayed at this property before and even though it’s a little more expensive than other properties of its size we would rather pay this and have the cleanliness and the comfortable bed

− We didn’t get any contact from the property until just before we was going and then just before we was due to fly we got asked to fill in a forms which we couldn’t understand why they hadn’t asked before and a 100eruo bond was ask for, which we are happy to do , but was taken from our bank on the day of arrival; when we arrived home and noticed this we messaged to ask why and there was no apology ,as this should not have been taken

+ Very nice, clean appartements. We stayed in both appartements after we prolonged our visit, and they are so nice both of them. The top one has a beautiful roof terrace! We had good communication with the owners and they did all they could to make our stay nice. Nice, quiet street with a good restaurant just opposit and in walking distance to beaches and city center.

Beautiful Studio

+ This was a lovely clean and modern studio with a private roof terrace. It was well equipped with everything you could need. We were able to check in early and were very impressed a bottle of water was provided. We will stay again.

Exceptional

+ The apartment was spotless. Shower was fab and bed very comfy. All the little extras were great. We had pods for the coffee machine, shower gel, cleaning stuff and washing detergent and fabricate conditioner for washing machine all supplied. Roof terrace was also a lovely private space. We arrived early and gained access to the apartment with no trouble. The hosts were extremely quick to respond via whatsapp
