Not up to the standards compared to the price

+ There were any in the bathroom and despite the fixed the smells of sewer it kept returning. The. nice view is not a compensation for the poor quality interior.

Great location & staff

+ Super location, very friendly & helpful staff, fantastic breakfast with lots of choice. Room was large and spotless each day after cleaning. Only negative was I didn’t like the pillows (but I have bad neck!).

+ Too expebsive for what it offered but very convenient location.

Hotel très bien situé

+ Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel idéalement situé; tout est décoré avec goût et les petits-déjeuners sont fabuleux; mais à noter que la piscine ferme à 18h30, c'est un peu tôt!

+ Room was quiet and clean with lovely view. Great location. Friendly staff. Breakfast was amazing. I would highly recommend.

+ My family of 4 stayed at this property for 4 days. Check-in was easy and our room was located in the FERGUS building behind the beachfront property. The room was spacious and the beds including the sofa pullout were comfortable. This building is the one with the pool access. The only negative is the parking situation. There is only street parking or parking in a nearby parkade. The street parking is hard to come by and you have to pay every 2 hours. Not convenient if you are on vacation. We ended up parking at the parkade which was about a 10 minute walk away. And you could pay per day. The beach itself is ok, as it’s beside the marina. There is plenty of restaurants and shops all walking distance. You can take the train into Soller which is a fun tourist thing to do. Overall a good stay for our vacation to explore this area.

+ Bedste placering lige ud til stranden i Spiaggia de Sóller. Morgenmaden var virkelig god og alsidig. Vi havde betalt lidt ekstra for værelse mod vandet, det var så smuk en udsigt til bugten. Gode senge og lækkert badeværelse. Vil helt klart komme her igen.

+ Ok hotel in reasonable location. Family suites do not have sea views, only inner court yard/walls. Staff nice but not overly helpful. Regular powercuts and parts of building without air-conditioning for days. Breakfast buffet was vrey nice, as was lunch, great location and nice seating areas. Pool 2 mins walk up the road from main buikding, clean and good size but road noise. I woulc not stay there again and wish id spent more for Esplendido instead. My partner and children were happy enough though.

+ I would never recommend this property. There were so many problems that the stay was extremely unenjoyable. The Wi-Fi, power, electricity, and water did not work our first day there. The air conditioning was broken the entire day, so the room was above 90°. The staff didn’t seem to have any sense of urgency to have it repaired. For a four star hotel, we expected a level of decency.

God placering

+ Centralt i port de Sóller. Lækker morgenmad og virkelig god service.

+ Port Soller is a beautiful place and well worth a visit. We arrived to a lovely greeting from Gregory. The entrance and front desk are well presented. Breakfast was good with a variety of food. The staff were good but a bit miserable apart from the lovely lady making the omelettes. The room was turned over well every day. The hotel is very basic and not 4 star in our opinion. Lots of grubby areas in the shower and the floor was not cleaned thoroughly. The communal toilets were smelly and disgusting with overflowing sanitary waste. The pool was round the corner from the hotel, which was not mentioned in the description, although it was clean and well kept. The location was fantastic and the beach opposite was beautiful and clean. If we were to go back Fregus would not be our choice.

+ We enjoyed our stay at Fergus Style Soller. The hotel/room was clean, the room space was excellent. There was some details missing, like two cups in the room but no tea/coffee option. Also, no glasses/bottle opener in the room, we had to ask the reception every time, but the personnel was always kind and helpful so overall it was fine. The pool was nice, even if it closes early at 6:30 pm. I would recommend this hotel!

+ Front desk was always great and helpful. Gregory took his time everytime to make sure he helped with suggestions. AC never worked the room was always humid it would cool off only a little bit at night.

+ Gammelt og nedslidt. Pool ligger ikke på hotellet, men oppe af vejen. Skuffende morgenmad. Ucharmerende. Central og god beliggenhed ved stranden

+ there was nothing unique at this hotel. Very average state of the room. Very small terras, very tiny bathroom. Walls needs to be repainted, furniture doors hanging. Not enough storage room and the entrance door that should be a fire retention door but the light comes through at the edges??? Oh i almost forgot. The window of the bathroom looks at the terras of the room next door? Lack of privacy. they can look to you when taking a shower. The service is average to. Beach towel can not be changed every day but Personel was very friendly.

+ Prima kamer, goede bedden, goede inloop douche. Leuk ontvangst met een glaasje cava. Uitstekend ontbijt.

+ Amazing location, staff were so friendly and helpful, had a beach view and it was great, breakfast was excellent.

+ property was clean and neat with a wonderful location. morning breakfasts were great with a view of the Mediterranean. we got in at night and parking was a hassle but not once we figured it all out. people were all wonderful.

Séjour en demi-teinte

+ Déçu par rapport aux avis de l'établissement. Nous avions reservé une suite qui se trouve dans un bâtiment séparé à 100 m de l'hôtel principal. Insonorisation très mauvaise, réveillé à 7h30 par les claquements de porte et les bruits dans l'escalier. Piscine pas très conviviale qui se trouve entre plusieurs immeubles. La propreté semblait ok sauf la douche particulièrement sale (cheveux des précédents voyageurs sur la douche pluie). Nous l'avons signalé à l'accueil sans réelle excuse en retour. Quelques points positifs : localisation de l'hôtel avec la plage de Port Soller, qualité du buffet petit dejeuner. En conclusion, un séjour de 4 nuits un peu amère. Environ 200€/nuit, le rapport qualité/prix n'est pas bon. Un peu plus de transparence concernant la localisation de la suite dans un bâtiment séparé et la vue ville serait appreciable à ce prix.

+ Hôtel très bien situé en bord de mer avec une belle terrasse pour boire et se restaurer . Super accueil à notre arrivée avec Gregory. La chambre en revanche fut bruyante ( on entend les va et vient et les gens au dessus + toilettes ). Le petit déjeuner en revanche est vraiment très complet et bon. La piscine est dans un autre lieu à proximité de l’hôtel.

+ So happy we chose this hotel which is in the middle of Port de Soller close to shops and several great restaurants. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Our sea-facing room has a balcony with lovely views. The beach is directly opposite the hotel. The bed and pillows in our room are very comfortable and breakfast is excellent with plenty of choices. Easy access to the tram which passes in front of the hotel and a shortish walk to the bus which will take you to Soller/Palma. We would highly recommend Fergus Style as a central and value-for-money place to stay.

+ It was an excellent location and a pleasant stay clean and friendly . Go for a sea view. Great for people watching very relaxing .

+ Vi hade ett problem med dörrlåset. Löstes effektivt med nytt större rum och ett glas Cava. Serviceinriktad personal. Mycket fin frukostbuffé. Bästa läge. Kan varmt rekommendera detta hotell.

+ The location is amazing a it is right on the beach, with the tram passing by right where you have your meals or drinks. We were upgraded to a suite, which was nice, but I would have preferred a room overlooking the front of the property. That aside, the breakfast is great, and i have to call out Gregory and Cata for the amazing attitude and service they provided from the front desk. Extremely friendly, helpful and effecient. I'd stay at this hotel again, if I ever come back to Mallorca. Oh and don't forger to try the really delicious pizza right at the side entrance to the hotel call La Cuarteta. Loved the pizza!

+ I enjoyed staying here. Couldn't sleep in tho, as its loud in the AM. Doors banging and loud talking. Gregory was great and attentive. Would recommend staying here, quite relaxing w ocean view. Room was cleaned everyday.

Beautiful sea view, and nice staaff.

+ Four-star hotel, unfortunately it did not smell nice in the corridor, narrow corridor, dirty walls, dirty pillows on the furniture in the hall, view of the old blocks of flats from the back was not interesting, stay at the end of September and 250 euros per night is too much for this hotel, normal breakfast, the same every day. I won't stay again.

+ The location was superb, quiet and peaceful for sleep, the Hotel staff were extremely helpful, we booked a garden view but were given a terrible view of the back of other buildings. I think Expedia are to blame for this.

+ Had to move rooms due to mold/mold smell. The staff was eventually very nice but they were very difficult when it came tot her concern, eventually they finally let us change rooms. Breakfast food ok. Great idea, great location, beautiful view if you get a sea view room. Pretty basic as far as facilities and niceness of room though

+ Väldigt lyhört. Tycker inte boendet förtjänar 4 stjärnor utan snarare 3 samt att det var för dyrt för vad man fick jämfört med andra hotell i Port de Sóller för samma pris men mycket nyare och fräschare. Rummen var okej men städningen sådär. Redan när vi checkade in var det sandigt på golvet. Frukosten var okej. Läget är bra men det finns massor av andra hotell för samma pris till bättre standard. Kan tyvärr inte rekommendera detta hotell.

+ Very friendly staff they gave us the best room because we were only staying one night. Welcome dinner and breakfast included. Great location in Port se Soller - walking distance to every restaurant.

+ It’s location. Port de Sóller feels like it’s taken from a picture and the hotel is moored right in the middle. Great service at the reception. Nice swimming pool although one block away if you are staying in the main building. Sumptuous breakfast, good quality food, drinks live cooking all top notch. Everything fine apart from a glitch with cleanliness related to food preparation. Rooms are rather small. Be careful with the parking upon arrival. The street is closed and if you go right to the doorsteps you risk getting a ticket
