+ Большая и комфортная квартира. Кухня хорошо оборудована. Рядом магазины, рестораны. Отзывчивый персонал.

Espacio amplio y cómodo para que cada uno tenga su espacio.

− La limpieza. Había letti con edredones manchados. Algunos bagni y la cocina tuvimos que limpiarlos un poco.

This place is a must stay! Fantastic!

+ The property was exceptional. Very clean and spacious - exactly what we needed for a group of 8 of us. On two levels, with two spacious living areas and three seperate balcony’s and with a lovely swimming pool! We couldn’t ask for more. It was also only a short journey to Puerto Banus and a convenient supermarket directly across the road over the fly over bridge.

− There was nothing we didn’t like. Could not fault the place at all.

Apartment ideal. Would return. Bur expect a much higher standard presentation of premises

+ The location was perfect. I know the area already. I choose an apartment especially because of the balcony and the aspect for the sun. I had a friend check his for me. The apartment location and layout were perfect for our needs.However while the apartment was ideal and clean inside the balconies were not clean and the sunbeds provided were filthy and could not be easily cleaned by me. Therefore we could have the holiday that we planned.

− The local agent was totally dependent on a whats app translation system. which made it very difficult to communicate with her and after some futile efforts to sort first day issues eg. keys, security safe, clothes iron ( broken) we decided that our efforts to communicate were pointless. After some days she offered to send a cleaner and a maintainence man. Our holiday was coming to and end at that stage, we declined. All the items (plus others) should have been attended to before our arrival. It was very obvious to all of us that there was no proper inspection done before our occupancy,

+ The space was fabulous. Being able to keep car safe and Carrefour, bars and restaurants close by.

− There was nothing we didn't like.

+ good location close to shops and quick taxi to Puerto Banus. very spacious and comfortable

− the pool depth was shallow all around the pool which isn’t ideal
