Hemos pasado una semana estupenda

+ Comidas 10,todo que hemos probado muy bueno,cerca de la playa de levante y de las tiendas,muy limpio,personal muy amable.

− Ascensor lento y el aire un poco ruidoso

+ La ubicación es excelente.

− Un poco anticuado. Necesita reformas.

+ Las habitaciones, la terraza, buffet y piscina

Hotel céntrico con gran relación calidad-precio y trato excepcional.

+ La ubicación es excelente y el personal fue muy amable. El hotel en general merece muchísimo la pena. Recomendable para viajeros solitarios, parejas y familias sobre todo. Me gustaría volver a este hotel y mando un saludo a todo su personal.

− Solo como crítica constructiva y con finalidad de mejora. Los ascensores son lentos, calurosos y muy pequeños. Espero que los reformen porque es de lo que más se quejaba la gente. La piscina es genial, muy tranquila y con unas vistas bonitas pero consideraría instalar algunos toldos o poner sombrillas porque hace mucho calor. Te achicharras y ves con cierta envidia a los del hotel Barceló con sus sombrillas. 😅😅 Por último, me gustaría que las neveras de la habitación enfriaran de verdad. La mía calentaba en vez de enfriar y no puedes guardar nada. Estaría bien si consideran cambiarlas. Nada más, el resto estaba muy bien.

− Pas assez de climatisation il fait trop chaud la nuit dans les chambre. chambre donnant sur une cour intérieur, pas de balcon. Salle de réfectoire hyper bruillante

− Los ascensores muy viejos lentos y pequeños al final íbamos siempre por las escaleras , él buffet había varias cosas que no estaban buenas

+ Very dated hotel. Live entertainment 5 out of 7 nights is the same piano player and the food we gave up after day 3

Great location, superb breakfast and good facilities, ideal for a short stay

+ Location superb, right in the old town and close to the beaches. Excellent choice of hot and cold food at breakfast and staff were very friendly and quick to clear tables. Rooftop pool and sun loungers a bit cramped but there was always availability. I didn't use the main hotel bar but it looked very nice.

− My only minor complaint was that the aircon in my room didn't seem powerful enough to properly cool the room. It was very warm as you expect in July but slightly uncomfortable to sleep at night.

Not good

+ Location brilliant. Upgraded to a balcony but when opening patio doors your greeted with a big tree so no view ,room 119. Then came back from a night out to open door to a pool of water went to reception waited 15 minutes then when guy turned up just said air con . He came up to room put a towel on floor and left . Was awake all night with the drip drip sound .maintenance man came next morning and drained it all .

Satisfactorio, excepto en lo detallado para mejorar.

+ Completo y bueno en general el desayuno y las comidas.

− Modernizar los ascensores, muy lentos y poca capacidad. Tener la nevera con ventilación, para que enfríe mejor. Poner algo antideslizante en la bañera, es muy peligrosa, y más para personas de mayor edad.

PÉSIMO

+ para nada para ser un 4 estrellas

− la climatización pésima en todas las instalaciones

Convenient hotel to stay

+ Hotel Avenida close to Levante Beach, Restaurants , ATM’s , banks , shopping areas and polite staff

− The air-conditioned can be noisy at night . But it was resolved right away , I was offered to transfer to the fourth floor and I’m happier .

+ Having stayed here msny times over the past Few years i have to say this hotel has gone down hill. The food quality has gone down Bar staff miserable. Several guests and myself thrown out if the bar at 1215 we had just bought our drinks.. unbelieveable yes all inclusive but we were naughty and stayed after 12 . Never again they say 4 stars not the Case 3 star max better hotels than this Seens they cater more for the spanish Fair enough hasta lavista NOT!

+ Ubicacion y personal insuperable, a 2 minutos de la mejor playa de levante, situado en el centro de compras y cafeterias, bufete muy variado y de calidad, el personal muy amable. Piscina agradable.

− El personal sabe que las instalaciones necesitarían una actualización, las habitaciones casi están al giorno pero aún les falta,. Al estar en el centro si vas en coche hay que ir antes al parking Ruzafa a 100m. 25€ dia y después al hotel, algo normal en Benidorm, ya sabes sábados a partire dalle 14h y domingos se puede gratis en zona azul. Muy amables si hay disponible habitacion de cortesía para la salida, se agradece mucho.

Mixed experience

+ We booked into a Comfort Suite for 5 days. The suite was an adjoining room with just a door between us and the room next door. We could hear everything from the room next door as though the guests were in our room. No sound proofing at all. It meant the living area of the suite was unusable because of the noise from the next room. The air conditioning was useless as it did little to cool the room with 30c heat outside, so it was difficult to sleep. The pool on the roof, although small, was fine and the water was warm which we enjoyed. The breakfast was fine - nice selection and the quality was fine. The hotel is a bit dated and needs upgrading We won’t be staying again.

+ Great stay here in June. Came for a week with friends. Hotel was very clean. Rooms are spacious and bed comfortable. Only issue was just one flat pillow. Food was fairly good. Could have been warmer but was edible. Plenty of choice. The hotel is in the old town and close to all amenities and a 2 minute walk to the beach. Would stay here again. Staff were very friendly

+ A group of 10 girls travelling for a relaxing holiday. Location is great, right in the thick of the town with only steps to bars/restaurants/shops/beach. The hotel itself is not a 4* in my opinion. We had issues with our air conditioning and it just wasn’t powerful enough or cool enough, waking us up in the morning as the room was just so warm. I reported this numerous times and I believe they attempted to fix it, but was still exactly the same. The balcony door was really tricky to close properly, I was coming off the runner and you literally needed to slam it. We told reception about this issue too as it didn’t feel safe. The toilet seat needed tightening up too as it kept moving to the side. I’m vegetarian and the food was pretty bad. I saw a worker use the same tongs to move and cut the ham pizza and then the cheese one, so completely contaminated it. The salad was nice but very samey. I had the same meal pretty much throughout the stay. A very small selection of food, but the veggie options were extremely limited. Going all inclusive wouldn’t be on the top of the list! The pool area is extremely small, although lovely views. Would I stay here again ? No. The sea and beach were lovely. 6 euros for a bed 6 euros for parasol. Temperatures were high 20’s, no need for a coat on the evening. Altea is a must - 20 euros in a taxi and it’s beautiful.

+ Loved the hotel and its situation in the old town. Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Went half board, food and drinks were very good. Rooftop pool was great but not much shade. Beach only a few minutes walk away. We took our own travel kettle and tea for the room and there was a fridge. Only negative was that we didn’t book a balcony so had a first floor inward facing room with a small window.The air conditioning was poor but we asked for a fan and it was brought to us straight away which solved the problem. Rooms were very clean and clean towels daily. There are only 2 small lifts but didn’t have to wait too long for them. We enjoyed our stay so much we are going back in a few weeks (have booked a balcony this time).
