Siamo stati molto bene, la stanza ha una vista spettacolare e gli host sono molto gentili e disponibili

+ La vue est magnifique et l'emplacement est parfait pour visiter l'île.

− Le logement n'est pas insonorisé, c'est une catastrophe on a l'impression de vivre avec les voisins. On entends tout, la douche, les conversations, la vaisselle....même la porte du micro ondes. Il n'y a qu'une fenêtre qui donne sur une petite terrasse commune et donc si on ouvre on a encore du bruit. J'ai tres peu dormi. Concernant le logement, il commence à veiller donc des petites choses sont cassées ou abîmées, comme les poignets de porte de douche, pas de barre de douche donc impossible de prendre une douche correctement, des fissures au plafond de la salle de bain. Nous sommes venus 11 nuits, un seul changement de serviettes de toilette et de draps. Les oreillers sont hors d'âge, le tapis et le sommier sur pieds sont tachés. Et des odeurs d'égout sont régulièrement présentes.

+ If you are looking for all-in one, cozy and practical stay, this is your best option. Luxurious interior, kitchen that is perfectly equipped (even with to go containers, salt, sugar, oil, coffee capsules, detergent, microwave, kitchen towels...). You can see that the owners have big attention to details. The views from appartment are spectacular and outside there is dining area, which is also really nice.

− L'extérieur qui est censé être le point fort inexploitable car trop de lézard. Dès que nous nous sommes assis dehors un dizaine de lézard monte sur la table et ils sont très vivace.

+ Las vistas al mirador Cristo Rei, al mar...fue lo mejor, también es cierto que hemos tenido la suerte de que nos asignaron el apartamento 1 y tenía mesa y bancos en la terraza común, al igual que el apto 3 porque lo que no se entiende es que el 2 no tenga.

− Me pareció un poco angosto y olía algo a humedad.

Best value for money in a great location.

+ Felipe the owner was extremely helpful and kind. Sara, who I was communicating with on booking.com was also very helpful and accommodating.

− Apartment 1 has a stiff door and need to be mindful of the amount of steps going down to the room. But other than that it was really nice.

Dreadfull and dangerous for your health.

+ The location was good but that was about it.

− The walls were full of mold beneath the wall paper and we spend the whole night coughing and so we had to cancel our stay for the next days. We contacted the host and demanded a refund, initially he tried to convince us there was no mold and then he admitted and agreed to give us a refund of the other nights (he charged the first night and cleaning fee). We had to call he a lot of times until he gave us the refund since he was always trying to postpone it.

It was overall incredible.

− La doccia non aveva la possibilità di avere il sostegno a parete fisso ed era un po' scomodo.l'acqua calda è prodotta dal boiler e la seconda doccia l'acqua calda non era molta

Ein netter Aufenthalt und schöner Start in unsere Madeira-Rundreise.

+ Nette Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter online, sehr schöner Blick auf die Christus- Statue von der Terrasse. Sauberkeit im Zimmer und Bad. Vorhandensein einer Kaffeemaschine mit Kapseln.

− Es war in der Nacht etwas zu warm für mich, vielleicht, wegen der Decke. Wir haben aber am Abend die Klimaanlage nicht gesucht und nicht eingeschaltet, da es kein heißer Tag war. Mit viel Gepäck ist die Anreise/Abreise etwas umständlich, da man nicht direkt vor dem Haus parken kann und in der Unterkunft auch einige Stufen bis zum Zimmer zu überwinden sind.

− Sprzęty kuchenne w kiepskim stanie. Patelnia zużyta, porysowana, co uniemożliwiało przygotowanie posiłku. Brak wymiany ręczników podczas 3-dniowego pobytu. Dodatkowo wilgoć w pomieszczeniach.

+ Es war sehr schön eingerichtet. Vom Bett aus hatte man einen Blick auf die Christo Statue und das Meer.

− An der Dusche hat ein Griff gefehlt. War aber nicht schlimm.

+ Parfait pour la localisation et la vue.

− Matelas inconfortable, chien qui jappe à toute heure, bruits (type moteur) à intervalles réguliers même la nuit. Logement sympa mais il fait avoir un sommeil de plomb.

+ La vue. Les équipements

− Le bruit externe: chiens du voisin, pompe piscine. Le manque d'intimité à cause de la baie vitrée sans rideaux (voile) autres que occultant. Long escalier pentu sur 2 étages, difficile pour les bagages.

− Literie un peu molle, le récipient à gel douche était vide. Nous n'avons pas rencontré les propriétaires..

Très bon rapport qualité prix

+ Studio très agréable avec vue sur la mer, literie confortable et salle de bain irréprochable. Nous sommes restés qu'une nuit.

Habitación solo para dormir

+ Las vistas. Cerca de funchal (si dispones de coche). 15 min.

− Los muebles no funcionan bien. No hay Wi-Fi. No hay cobertura en la habitacion (al menos en la nuestra). Los perros del vecino (3 perros) ladran a las notti No hay parking. No hay desayuno. Agua caliente limitada (lo justo para 2 pax)

We had a great stay with a great room that we could cook after our long days.
