La dueña, la limpieza, la comodidad, la piscina, todo excelente

+ Todo , cuando llegamos estaba todo muy limpio la habitación es perfecta la decoración de la comunidad teníamos paraje también dentro del parking y para mí todo perfecto

+ Квартира с хорошим ремонтом, много комнат, есть воздушное отопление, паркинг.

− Квартира располагается в 50-и метрах от места, где монтируется огромная сцена и с 13.00 часов дня до 3 часов утра проходит очень крупный концерт, на который съезжается население Испании. К дому не подъехать, тк улицу перекрывают, грохот динамикой и музыки такой, что ощущение, что концерт проходит в твоей комнате. Спать невозможно !!!

Pleasant and relaxing with everything we needed within walking distance.

+ The location was excellent and walking to Arenal beach was quick and easy with access to shops and restaurants. There was lots of space and it was very clean. The host was very friendly and polite and offered assistance if needed. The apartment was very quiet at the time we were there.

− I would suggest leaving a couple more trash bags.

+ Fijn verblijf! Goed uitgeruste keuken. Heerlijk schoon. Ingebouwde airco door hele appartment. Mooi ingericht. Veel kastruimte. Goed contact met host. We konden wat eerder inchecken om onze 2 jarige een middagslaapje te laten doen. Erg fijn!

− We konden het zwembad niet gebruiken. Niet verwacht met het mooie weer dat oktober al als 'winter en buiten het seizoen' zou gelden. Dat hadden we beter kunnen vragen van te voren.

+ Everything about this was fab. The host was very attentive and had the place super clean for us arriving despite us booking extremely late.

+ De accomodatie is net zoals op de foto,wij hebben met ons gezin Genoten en komen zeker nog eens terug!

Mooie accommodatie in relatief rustige buurt.

+ Ruim en zeer schoon appartement. Beddengoed rook lekker! Veel kastruimte in de slaapkamers. Zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw en snel bereikbaar bij vragen. Parkeergelegenheid in een garage. Mooi, groot en schoon zwembad. Nette tuin. Accommodatie is op zo’n 10 minuten loopafstand van het strand, winkeltjes en restaurants. Supermarkt op loopafstand.

− Beetje weinig waterdruk in de douche.

+ Tasteful, nice decor, well-equipped, large balcony with garden view is the jewel in the crown.

− It’s near quite a busy road and the hum of traffic can be heard. Person above is a night owl and could be heard stomping about a bit upstairs. If sensitive to noise, this place may not be for you.

We love Javea and this apartments location is perfect for exploring without the need for using a car all the time.

+ Perfect location for getting to the Arenal and the port. The pool is amazing and the grounds are spotless.

− If you want to have air conditioning on in one room you can’t, it does all rooms at the same time ( unless we couldn’t work it properly).

+ Perfect location for walking to the port and Arenal for restaurants and bars and the beach. Also just a 30 min walk to the old town which is a must !. The pool was lovely and quiet and comfortable to relax under the umbrellas. The apartment is stunning, and has everything you need for relaxing, cooking and sleeping. Plus a lovely balcony overlooking the pool to eat or sunbathe. Our host was amazing and communicated with us with suggestions for places to visit and if we needed anything so thank you Agnieszka ☺️

+ Beautifully furnished, well equipped, comfy beds and large balcony. Lovely communal pool area and very friendly contact on arrival and check out. Will definitely return and recommend to others.

Beautiful and Family-friendly apartment

+ When planning my next trip to Spain, I was looking for a place where I could live with family and friends and it wouldn't be home. This was quite a difficult task until I found Isleta Marina 4 - absolutely special place located on the coast of Balearic sea, 300 m from Spiaggia de Muntanyar, and only 5 km from the nature reserve el Montgo. The apartment looks even better than in the photos: 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and plenty of space guarantee that the time spent there is restful and enjoyable. There is also a swimming pool at guests' disposal, so if someone does not like swimming in salty water bodies, this is definitely an added value. In short - I found exactly what I was looking for and I plan to visit it regularly.
