Lovely apartment in the beating heart of San Sebastián

+ The location was great, right in the heart of San Sebastián. It was wonderful to have an outside space. The owner was very helpful & friendly, made us very welcome, left a lovely welcome package in the fridge. She gave us lots of tips on what we could do when in San Sebastian. We hope to come back & stay here again. We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment.

+ Larraitz apartment is PERFECTION with the most amazing, kind & friendly host. The Terrace is beautiful, so peaceful, situated on a pedestrian street. The apartment is spotlessly clean and has everything you need. Everything is within walking distance - bus station, restaurants, supermarket, shops and the beautiful beach. We would highly recommend staying here if you plan to visit San Sebastian, we hope to return again soon!

+ The location was great, just a short stroll to the beach. Located by a supermarket. Easy walking to the old town. The apartment was lovely and so comfortable. The host was kind and extremely helpful.

− Als je met een auto komt, moet je een parkeerplaats reserveren (26€ per dag!) want het appartement ligt in een voetgangerszone. Er is wel een lift in het gebouw, maar je moet nog heel wat trappen doen vooraleer je op het 7de bent. De bedden zijn maar 1,40 breed en de matras is doorgelegen.

+ The friendly owner met us on arrival and provided helpful advice on places to visit. She also provided a good selection of breakfast items which was very useful. The flat was very well equipped and very clean with a nice kitchen and balcony. The seventh floor flat (reached by a small lift and short flights of stairs) is located on a pedestrianized street in a fashionable shopping district within easy walking distance of the bus station, beach and old town. The flat was very quiet with no noise from traffic or neighbors. Highly recommended.

+ The property was amazing it had everything you needed and the host made sure to help us along the way if we needed anything more. They left us some food in the fridge and coffee and teas. The rooms were perfectly sized and the patio was so great on a hot day to escape the city. We got to use the owners parking in the San Martin Market which was helpful.

− The location was one of the best, you were right in the heart of San Sebastián with access to the beach and a quick walk to old town. It was super quiet and access was never a problem.

Wonderful stay in a lovely apartment in the centre of San Sebastián

+ The location is wonderful. The apartment beautiful. The terrace a great place to have breakfast. And the host is a lovely lady with lots of suggestions for things to do.

We had a fantastic stay, our host was very welcoming and kind, we would definitely return.

+ The apartment is very well located, within a commercial area, a couple of minutes from a large supermarket, a short walk to the beach, old town and bus station. It had everything we needed for our stay, loads of space for clothes and storing suitcases, the kitchen was well supplied with utensils and appliances and there was a supply of teabags, coffee, nespresso pods, condiments etc. There is a lovely balcony with outdoor furniture and space to set up the clothes horse for drying clothes and towels.

Beautiful apartment in a perfect location!

+ Carmen the owner, and her lovely apartment, were fantastic! The perfectly located apartment was right in the centre of the shopping district, a short walk away from the beach, the old town and a vibrant supermarket. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and lovely - you can tell Carmen has thought of everything to make it a real home away from home for her guests. The bedrooms and living areas were comfy, the kitchen was well stocked and Carmen had even left us bits and bobs for breakfast in the fridge! The terrace was a personal highlight for me - as it had great views and was a real sun trap! I would happily return here and stay again!

− My only very small critique is that the apartment doesn’t have air conditioning, and although Carmen did help us with some strategically opened windows to allow air to flow through (which definitely helped) if you are visiting when the weather is as hot as it was for us (over 35°C) then it may be a little warm! The first few nights we were there it was a little cooler in the evenings and we had no problem!

+ Fantastic bright apartment with lovely terrace and a great view. Very clean and very well equipped with everything we needed, iron, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, washing machine even an umbrella (essential when we were there). Good location. Large supermarket very close and short walk to cafes restaurants and pintxos bars. Best of all was the lovely host. She stays in the apartment next door. A warm friendly greeting on arrival and very helpful throughout our stay. We would highly recommend

A beautiful and magical stay in San Sebastian!

+ We very much appreciated that our host,Carmen, provided a bowl of fresh fruit, bread, milk and other breakfast items. The location of the apartment is ideal right in the center of town. Our host was very helpful. We loved the view of the cathedral tower. It was magical lit up at night. We enjoyed the terrace as well. The apartment is very elegant and comfortable.
