Mi Patio

+ No me dio tiempo a opinar , solo con ver la limpieza del apartamento decidimos irnos.

− La limpieza del apartamento, estava muy sucio

+ Spacious accommodation with everything you need for a long stay. Washing machine, iron and board a real home from home set up.

− Some of the furnishings and fittings are showing a bit of wear but everything is in good working order.

+ Pulizia, ubicación e instalaciones todo muy bien

− La nevera pequeña y dentro pocas estanterías, cajón sin estantería de verdura, la puerta de la nevera incompleta sin poder poner botellas, la nevera cutre la verdad para el apartamento, si

+ Rymlig och vacker lägenhet. Allt var utmärkt och vi trivdes jättebra. 3 personer, varsitt sovrum med stora bekväma sängar. Inredningen var ljuvlig! Det enda vi saknade var extra filtar att mysa med i soffan framför TV:n.. Fyra härliga nätter!

Nice place to stay, an apartment that has seen the better days.

+ I like how apartment was spacious, has two bathrooms, and is close to the city center. Not far away from beach, also few kids playgrounds are arrround.

− Apartment will require some maintenance/reconstruction, as furniture are starting to be quite old and worn. Patio is located inside of block, other neighborhoods are flicking ash to patio (directly in the middle of doors) from their balcony.

+ Mi Patio apartment was very clean and well laid out... Supermarket right across the.road that had everything you would need. Everything was supplied in apartment for cooking and comfort even extra blankets and pillows. Could not fault any part of the accommodation.

− Nothing that we didn't like but maybe information on the local taxi app and how to call a taxi or information about local restaurants

+ L'alloggio está muy bien, tiene un patio muy bonito y nos dejaron pequeños detalles para el aseo personal y en la cocina infusiones, cápsulas de café… gracias!!!

− Les recomendaría revisar el aire acondicionado… a veces tiene un olor a tubería muy desagradable.

+ El apartamento estaba muy bien en general, la terraza es lo mejor sin duda y la piscina estaba casi siempre vacía.

− La limpieza es algo que mejoraría de este apartamento (principalmente de la cocina) . Además, éramos 6 y no había vajilla suficiente para todos, aunque el hotel, al comentárselo nos proporcionaron platos y cubertería. El aire acondicionado muchos giornos no olía bien.

A wonderful apartment and with the proximity to everthing makes it a great choice.

+ The apartment was really big and airee, with three good sized bedrooms. There was no problems to check in at 1:30 am in the night. There was towels, toilet paper, schampoo. there was no problems to fill up at the reception if you were out of anything. It had a great location. Rosa Mazón Valero, 7, 03184 Torrevieja. Outside of Habanares Shopping Centre is this restaurant which you really need to try: Wok Buffet, Av. − Now, if you are taking a taxi to Mi Patio, use the adress to Hotel Madrid, C. Villa Madrid, 15, 03181 Torrevieja, instead. It is only 150 meters between Hotel Madrid and Mi Patio = 2 minute walk. The taxi that we took, dropped us off at the wrong adress on Av. Diego Ramirez Pastor, 2500 meters wrong, in the middle of the night. The navigator in my phone also shows the wrong adress. There is something wrong with the numbers on this street! The other thing was the guests above us, they were throwing ashes and cigaretts on our balcony. The Pink Lake? Don't waste your time, it is NOT worth it. The lake should be viewed from afar. A great advice is: KEEP THE DISTANCE. The mudd that surrounds the lake is like glue, it sticks to anything it comes in contact with. There is no decent pathway down to the lake. The lake becomes more and more blue, the closer you get. Some of the areas that i walked by when trying to get to the lake is littered with garbage. If you now, dispite the warnings, still want to take a closer look. This is the best spot to do so: Go to the crossroad of C. Sol and C. del Lago, in Torreta.

Really nice environment, no night time noise or light pollution and near to centre of town and port area.

+ Good sized apartment with two shower rooms/ toilets. Excellent for four people, but would be good for six. Modern, clean, with all appliances that may be needed. Patio and dining area has seats for six people.

− I have nothing negative to say.

Lovely apartment would recommend totally honest opinion

+ The size of the apartment was great 👍 and super clean. Plenty of toiletries and condiments, toilet rolls etc.... It was lots of walking to find places at first until you know where everything is. We had an issue with the washing machine but the owners were great and replaced it. The owners had fast communication with me when I needed them. I could not fault them. The garden is big and sunny but with a shaded area. Don't put music on though because you have items thrown at you from neighbours behind your apartment. This was before 9pm. There is a handy shop across the road for all your needs. We also found a big supermarket much cheaper than the UK. There is an Irish pub called Mulligans a couple of blocks up from the apartment and there is a live singer on a Saturday and music bingo on a Monday. The little cafes in the side streets are typically cheaper the Spanish cafes are lovely the staff were always pleasant and we did not have a bad meal the whole time of being there.. It's not the most touristy area but it's nice. If you walk to the beach/harbour there are loads of pubs on the front but so expensive...but your only there once so why not. We went to a Chinese restaurant which was situated up by the fountain with lights on the front, which was amazing with great service. I went to the pink lakes for a day out but it was only an hour we Only seen one grey flamingo it was a baby I think. The train tour was literally about how the salt is made.....it was boring in my opinion. We went on a boat trip to a small traditional village....that was nice we had a meal and came back. I think it was 29 euros each for the boat trip which you book from the front beach/harbour area.. We got a taxi to a big shopping centre La Zenia it was huge with lots of places to eat....and meals were very reasonable, but the taxi coming back was a nightmare two and a half hours wait. I would give it a miss unless I hired a car next time.

− I loved the apartment but I did not like the pillows, I used the cushions to sleep on, they were much more comfortable.

− There for 9 days and towels or bedding were never changed No pool towels provided even though it states on the site that they are Patio doors and some windows would not lock and maintenance had to be called. They came relatively quickly but this is something that should have been checked beforehand

− The noise from other apartments and distance to promenade is about 30 minutes the closest beach is 15 minutes. Not enough toiletries.

Modern, spacious and comfortable central apartment.

+ The listing photos really don’t do the size of the apartment justice. There were three of us during our stay and you could easily accommodate another 2-3 with ease. The two bathrooms were very useful and the kitchen was very well equipped. The large private patio was a very nice outside space to relax in. Super fast internet with coverage in every room and a modern smart TV that enables you to login to your Netflix/Prime TV accounts. The supermarket just across the road from the apartment was very useful too.

− The soundproofing left a little to be desired as you could hear people sneezing and laughing in apartment directly above us.
