Honestly phenomenal value for money, rooms were gorgeous, the rooftop pool was fabulous to take the edge off in the Augu

− Manque d’information pour le petit déjeuner et pas très bien reçu par l’employée (dommage car l’ensemble du personnel très sympathique).

Cozy and comfy hotel in an awesome location

+ Location is perfect, beds are comfy, views are great, minibar is well-stocked and the hotel restaurant is excellent.

− Pool is small and only open from noon to 8PM.

− Nebija drēbju skapis ar durvīm. Neviena krēsla istabā, tikai tāds kā pufs. Maksāju par superior bet neuzdkatu ka numurs tāds bija. Brokastis pa 25€- nē, švakas. Pabkukas vienu rītu nebija, šorīt bija jēla mīkla pa vidu.

− O berço não estava no quarto na primeira noite, apesar de ter sido pedido e confirmado previamente. Não se ofereceram para resolver a situação e disseram mesmo que na primeira noite não podiam pedir o berço porque já era tarde e não tinham a chave da zona onde guardam os berços. Funcionárias do pequeno almoço pouco simpáticas, visivelmente incomodadas quando pegiornomos a cadeira para o Bebé. Limpeza dos quartos diária superficial Piscina muito pequena

− Our room was on the side of the building by a pedestrian walkway. Very noisy at night. Roof top bar was a QR code. Not chargeable to the room. More sunbeds and less chairs considering it was a real skybar.

Fantastische ligging!

+ De werkelijk fantastische ligging! Vanuit het hotel zit je direct in de bruisende wijk Gran Vía. Je loopt overal makkelijk naar toe. De kamers zijn ruim en comfortabel. Bed en douche zijn uitstekend. Heerlijk ontbijt met veel vers fruit. We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad.

− De koffie- en heet watermachine werkte traag en gaf van de 4 ochtenden 1 ochtend heet water. Wel top dat er meteen vanuit de bar een theepotje met heet water werd gebracht. Het zwembad was eigenlijk een groot poedelbad van 80 cm diepte, maar wel lekker om af te koelen en een prachtig uitzicht vanaf het dak.

+ Everything was amazing! The room was incredible and spotlessly clean, with housekeeping provided every day, and the terrace was incredibly spacious. The pool was perfect for relaxing, while the restaurant felt very cozy and intimate. The central location made all the difference for us: all the shops are nearby and Opera metro station is right in front of the hotel. We will definitely come back!

+ The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. The location was the best. We could walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned exceptionally.

− The breakfast was ok. Not a lot of choice for cooked food. The sky bar was expensive it was also brought up from the bar downstairs and not actually a bar by the pool which we thought there was. Didn’t like the open plan shower in the room. No privacy.

+ The location, food, roodtop pool, the service and facilities were all great

− It was very noisy. There is a nightclub nextdoor, giving sound from midnight until five. On Sunday night there then was roadwork. The walls are thin, so all sounds from the corridor can be heard to the room. Recommend to use earplugs.

Great pool terrace. Walking distance to just about everything.

+ Pool terrace overlooking the Opera House was stunning, especially since there was a performance streaming on the big screen the night I arrived. A special treat! The pool was small but a welcomed respite on a hot day. Easy walk to just about everything.

− The giant TV hanging just at the foot of the bed.

+ La ubicación de este hotel es magnífica y el hotel es moderno, bonito y muy limpio. El personal es eficiente y muy agradable.

− La única pega que le pongo es que la piscina no abre hasta las 12h. Con el calor que hacía en Madrid y con las ganas que teníamos de relajarnos en la piscina... nos fastidió bastante que no abriese, por ejemplo, a las 10h.
