+ La ubicación y amplitud del piso.
Las camas eran muy cómodas, ropa de cama y toallas blanquitas, los armarios grandes y espaciosos para colocar todas nuestras cosas.
Y la terraza del ático en los giornos que hace fresquito puede dar mucho juego, con vistas preciosas a la playa de la Misericordia. Todo cerca, restaurantes y supermercados. Y acceso en 2 minutos a la autovía, o 15 minutos al centro de la ciudad en coche. El parking incluido es un plus muy importante, ya que es una zona muy concurrida y a veces no hay aparcamiento.
− Un poco más de menaje de cocina, la ducha del baño del pasillo la tienen que arreglar. Y quizás retirar las alfombras sobre todo la de la terraza del salón que se mojó con una tormenta que hubo. Y fundas para el sofá para poder lavarlas entre unos huéspedes y otros.

+ Conveniently located. Walking distance to market, beach, great restaurants and a short taxi or uber to center of city and port. Apartment was clean, comfortable and easy to navigate. Parking spot was very helpful too.

+ Lo espacioso que es el apartamento, con varios ambientes para disfrutar de una sobremesa de amigas. La terraza de arriba espectacular, aunque por el tiempo que nos hizo no pudimos disfrutarla (para la próxima!). La ubicación. No estas en el centro, tienes accesos buenos y aparcamiento sin problema. También tienes todos los servizios que puedas necesitar sin necesidad de mover coche.

+ Close to the beach and it had a beautiful big terrace it was spacious all bedrooms had wardrobes.

Close to beach, plenty of restaurants and food around, quite close to city historical center.
− The place needs fixes, quite a few. Lights, toilet, shower, kitchen. Still manageable, but annoying. Could not figure out TV. Working lights are blinding and cold. Noise insulation is not good. Door to smaller terrasse did not close - defective/broken - causing cold air to come in. No human interaction at all -- although it worked out, it's odd.
Despite the vast space it seems there were few places to hang or stowe personal belongings.

+ Apartment was lovely and spacious. Fantastic roof top terrace and small side balcony also. Great location on the beach and 2min walk to a supermarket.
− About a 50 minute walk into the historic centre along sea front. Easy to book Ubers and approx 18-20 euros per journey for one for 5 of us. Pillows slightly hard. Other than that apartment was perfect

It’s easy to get from the nearby airport by taxi or bus at a cost of around €10–15. The bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds, although one room facing the courtyard is slightly smaller than the others. There are two bathrooms, which was very convenient for our group of five people.
− The kitchen is functional but needs some updating – the cabinet doors are worn and the appliances are old. It would have been nice to have coffee available considering the price, as well as perhaps a welcome package with water, wine, or fruit. The rooftop terrace is large and pleasant, but the sofa has worn and dirty fabric, which meant we didn’t use that area.
Overall, a nice accommodation with a good location, but with some details that could be improved.

We used taxi to go to the city centre, it takes just few minutes. The communication with the owner was excelent.

The layout and decor of flat is gorgeous. Very comfortable! All very clean and new. One balcony and one big terrace. Nice bathrooms and kitchen a too.

The host refunded the money for the first night.
I understand that problems happen, so how the person deals with it is the important.

+ De locatie was uitstekend bij een fijn strand en niet te ver van het centrum. Ook was voor de rest alles aanwezig wat we nodig hadden, genoeg materiaal in de keuken om ook zelf te koken maar ook zeepjes in de badkamer met föhn.
Alles was modern en zag er goed verzorgd uit, alleen de trapleuning was niet in goede staat.
Voor onze groep was dit appartement ideaal met door de twee buitenplekken genoeg ruimte om je af en toe even terug te trekken als dat nodig was.
Het appartement had ruime kamers met kasten en goed werkende airco bij allemaal.
