+ Los anfitriones José María y Leti fueron muy agradables. Nos recomendaron los mejores sitios para comer. José María estuvo especialmente atento.

Lieu parfait ou l on aimerait retourner rapidement !

+ Cet appartement est trique ment charmant avec sa terrasse privative délicieuse et une autre un étage au dessus sur les toits très agréables. On se trouve idéalement situé dans Cadiz mais avec un calme absolu à l intérieur. La literie et la hauteur sous plafond rende l espace apaisant . Les hôtes son tes sympathiques et disponible en cas de besoin .

+ The appartment was situated in a beautiful courtyard of a family building. Our host was most kind and extremely helpful before and upon arrival. I highly recommend this location.

Tolles Haus, schöne Wohnung, aber alt

+ Die Gastgeber José und seine Schwester sind sehr freundlich. José hat uns direkt geholfen alle Koffer in den 2. Stock zu tragen. Am Check-Out Tag durften wir flexibel bleiben, da keine direkte Folgebuchung bestand. Das nimmt mit zwei kleinen Kindern Druck raus. Die Lage ist sehr gut mitten drin. Man kann mit dem Auto dennoch direkt vor die Haustüre fahren zum entladen. Allerdings nur, wenn gerade keiner hinter einem ist. Es muss meistens sehr schnell gehen. Aber es ist möglich! Geparkt haben wir 5 Min. entfernt im Parkhaus Santa Barbara (15 €/Tag). Es ist eine alte Wohnung, die versucht wurde gemütlich herzurichten. Man sieht dennoch an der ein oder anderen Stelle, dass es eben kein Neubau ist. Aber man kommt gut aus. Ich denke die Wohnung lebt von schönerem Wetter. Wir hatten leider kein gutes Wetter. Und man hatte wenig Ausblick. Wir gucken gerne auf den Trubel, auch wenn das bedeutet, dass es mal ein bisschen lauter sein kann.

− Der Wasserdruck der Dusche könnte besser sein. Ansonsten gab es ein paar kleine Punkte zum verbessern. Diese haben wir José genannt und müssen daher nicht hier geteilt werden.

+ Fenomenal estancia, en buena ubicación, cerca de todo. Apartamento con todo el utillaje necesario y con una preciosa terraza para disfrutar.

− Lo único a mejorar sería disponer de dos bagni completos diferenciados. Los alojados en la “suite” tienen que compartir la ducha situada dentro se su habitación. Y salir al otro baño para ir al lavabo.

+ Während des herzlichen Empfangs durch Jose in der Wohnung gab er uns wertvolle und hilfreiche Tipps zu unserem Aufenthalt. Die Restauranttipps erwiesen sich als top, Infos zu Bushaltestellen, Ständen etc. als sehr nützlich. Der Schnitt der Wohnung ist großzügig, die Zimmeraufteilung optimal, die Terrasse ist praktisch und schön. Die zentrale Lage der Wohnung machte unseren Aufenthalt in Cádiz perfekt.

Delightful stay in the heart of Cadiz

+ Location was wonderful, the host was very helpful and accommodating, waiting for us despite our late arrival. The property was attractive and clean with much more space than we were expecting, including a private outdoor area and access to a rooftop terrace.

− The apartment is on the second floor and there is no lift so getting suitcases up and down was a challenge. Also taxis don’t come right to the entrance. That was not a major problem for us but could be for some guests. The trade off is you are right in the centre with Cadiz charm in all directions!

+ Beautiful apartment , right in the centre of old town. Easy walking distance to everywhere. 2 amazing outdoor spaces, one of which is private. The other one is on the roof and is a shared space however it has various seating areas and is extra large with hundreds of pretty plants so wherever you sit it feels private. The building is owned by a lovely family.Leti was so helpful and gave us lots of useful ideas for our trip and tips of where to go to eat etc she allowed us to book in early and stay later on the day of our departure.

+ The apartment is situated in the old town, close to Plaza San Antonio and in easy walking distance of all the sights, bars restaurants etc. The apartment itself is comfortable and well-appointed. A particular treat is the little tapas bar on the opposite side of the calle - el Veedor - at which we ate several times. We also enjoyed the roof terrace of the apartment. Our host was friendly and helpful, providing lots of useful information by WhatsApp.

An excellent week, in accommodation which I can highly recommend.

+ The apartment was very unusual and included a small and shady private terrace. It was part of an old converted house, in the old town, close to the sea and all the interesting sights. Our landlord, Jose, and his sister, Letitia, were both extremely helpful and friendly, so we really felt like guests rather than tenants. It was quiet and peaceful, despite being on quite a busy street, with shops and bars close by.
