Pobyt idealny! Villa jest duża, piękna i wygodna. Jest tam wszystko, co może się przydać podczas pobytu! Na start dostaliśmy nawet wodę, napoje, kawę :) nasz pobyt był magiczny, a basen i otoczenie cudowne! Do tego wsparcie podczas całego pobytu i bardzo miła obsługa :) polecam!

It has everything it says on your web site. Great indoor lounge, kitchen, dining areas. Lovely balcony area outside living room overlooking the private pool, well kept gardens and sea view. Fabulous outside kitchen and dining area with everything you need to cater for outside cooking. The owner Javier brought us a professional outside paella pan when said we wanted to cook Paella. ( fabulous) Garden areas are great, orange and mango tree in side garden. The villa is very well equipped with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and fabulous supply of drink glasses. Bags of ice cubes all ready for you in both freezers. The villa has an abundance of well established indoor plants which add to the fabulous ambience. The owner Xavier is always available and responds. There is a large Mercadona supermarket within walking distance down hill, which is fabulous with everything you could wish for. They will even ring you a taxi to get back up the short hill, costs 5 euros. The main bus route is outside the Mercadona. 103, 121, 112 get you all over Benalmadena. We were six female friends ranging in age from 74 down to the youngest 57. So different fitness levels. However, we had a fabulous week. Highly recommend this property but not for young children.
It is so fabulous in every aspect I feel the only comment, or bit of advice would be for Xavier to look at the bedroom situation and bathrooms. For groups of 6 friends sharing.
Hola!. Vivienda muy confortable, decorada con mucho gusto ,con todo lujo de detalles y equipada como debe ser, tanto el interior , la terraza ,como la zona de la barbacoa ,el jardín y la piscina .El plus lo pone Javier, el anfitrión .Al ver que nos acompañaba una bebé de cinco meses nos proporcionó inmediatmente una trona para la peque. En fin, dispuesto para cualquier incidencia o imprevisto y a prestar información para disfrutar de la zona. Buena ubicacíon, a un paso de supermercados , bus , gasolinera y a pesar de ello , una zona muy tranquila y con buenas vistas. Resumiendo, cumple y supera las espectativas de largo.
Todo perfecto. Un consejo para Javier: Nosotros añadiríamos la foto del segundo cuarto de baño , el que has reformado y la zona de la piscina de noche.
Chill areas, quiet, brilliant balcony , stunning views, inside of house was well finished furniture wise owner Javier has great taste and a great eye for detail with lovely unique furniture that he made, beds were really comfortable, pool was good. A lovely place overall to relax and take in the sun. Javier was a great host attentive, helpful, and friendly and made the extra effort amazing host.
if I had to say just for constructive comments , en-suite needs updating, jets not working in bath, pool and pool area need a little TLC and updating, stairs and steps to house could do with some non slip sort of top on them as hazardous if wet.

Although functional and clean, I would have preferred a shower, rather than a bath off the main bedroom.

This property was absolutely amazing , me and my partner and my 5 year old son stayed for a week and we loved it . Very private and Javier is a great host does everything he can to help you.
A beautiful clean comfortable house with an excellent outdoor pool area with a great sized pool. So many different little areas to sit and relax, including shaded areas too. Situated in a quiet and peaceful area, but within 10 mins by car to shops, restaurants and most attractions. Supermarket only short walk. Air conditioning in each room and USB charging ports beside the beds. Perfect kitchen facilities.
Javier is an excellent host, we requested a paella pan to cook with on his poolside kitchen and he came the following day with the pan and set up the pan and the gas adaptor. He went above and beyond with any of our requests. Very responsive and flexible with arrival times. The house is set in a hillside and has lovely views of the town and into the sea. The house itself is beautifully laid out, much better than the photographs show. Everything in the house is of good quality, and there are many lovely areas to relax in. Especially good is the poolside terrace with outdoor kitchen and dining area, which offers shade during the day and is a lovely place to gather.
Perhaps there could be a bit more crockery and tableware as this is a house that you'd like to hang out and cook in.
Honestly could not of asked for more. Our stay was fabulous. Ideal location. The Villa was immaculate and had everything we needed. Beautiful views and surroundings. Javier was great and if we needed anything we could drop him a message. We was sad to leave. It was a great villa for our family holiday. Thank you 😊

Perfect location, house is fabulous. Javier is a really great host, good communication and always ready for advice or help. The house, garden, swimming pool and patio had everything for a relaxing holiday!
Minor comment, but bathrooms are bit outdated.
The villa is perfect, it's even better in person than the photos. Location is great, right near 2 supermarkets. The pool is clean and modern, bedrooms are nice and great A/C. It's a dream of a villa you won't regret it.
The only criticism I had was there is a LOT of mosquitos... It's obviously difficult to control in the summer but I'd advise the hosts to look around the property for stagnant water (or in the properties next door). There must be some stagnant water somewhere as the mosquitos are pretty crazy at night (again not really the hosts fault but I think there's some things you can do to improve it).
Communication was excellent from the day of booking to the last day of the stay, I cannot recommend this villa and javier as a host enough. The pictures do not do the the villa justice it is outstanding, immaculately clean, the bbq and other out door seating areas are the best I have experienced. The bed in the main bedroom is extremely comfortable and free Wi-Fi was really good and even worked by the pool. There are two supermarkets with in easy walking distance mercado at the bottom of the hill and lidl at the other side, the bus stop is easy walking distance to go to the beach or to Puerto marina/carehuela/Torremolinos/Malaga etc. The cable car in benalmadena is about a mile walk which is down hill or get the bus is great fun and well worth the trip as the panoramic views are incredible and fun to look out for the villa, there’s also a bird of prey show at the top which was good and only €5 for adults and 3 for children. We walked to have a drink and browse the area annd ended up in Arroyo de la Miel which lit up beautiful on an evening with excellent shopping and restaurants, it’s down hill from the villa, so called at a lovely quiet Italian, then at a biker bar with live music and carried on into town and had lovely cocktails. We hired a car and now knowing what we know would not have bothered as parking is hard, we even got a parking fine and didn’t realise that if we had paid in the machine at the time we wouldn’t have had it. I didn’t understand Spanish enough (my ignorance)and contacted javier who was so so helpful and he paid it and sorted it out online and wouldn’t except the money as said it is a chain of kindness..keep it going 😍 How lovely..we will be back.
The only down side is if you are struggling with Mobility there is 2 lots of steps to the villa, once inside it is a bungalow. Plus it is on a steep hill. THIS DID BOT PUT US OFF, THE VILLA IS WORTH IT ENJOY
The place is a piece of paradise
amazing place. lots of different spaces to relax including around the pool. great veranda and indoor spaces. near to good shops and a bar. slight walk uphill to reach the property, car maybe recommended.
a couple of minor maintenance issues but they were fixed asap.
